Creative Zen-is it compatible with the Griffin Player pa

Looking for info on accessories. I was at Circuit City, and they have a Griffin Player Pack, which includes an fm transmitter with charging capablities, and a house charger (it also has a california roll for storing, and an audio in cord). It doesn't say specifically if this is compatible with the Creative Zen, and the guy behind the counter had never even seen the Zen before. Has anyone tried these? Also, is there a difference in fm transmitters? Are the more expensi've ones any better than the cheap ones? Thanks for any help!

- It's just mp3 files (about 200 CD's ripped to mp3 files)For small sources (music) you can manually build and drag your MP3 files to your manually built folders.

If the Zen Micro isn't being recognized by Vista then you will need to use an older system (windows xp) to upgrade the firmware on the Zen Micro. Once Vista recognizes the Zen Micro you should be able to download Vista compatable versions of the software for the device from the creative website.

My daughter has a Creative Zen Micro MP3 player, no video feature, just the the music player. She recently got a new computer that runs Windows Vista. She tried to install the program on her new computer, and it said the software was not compatible with Windows Vista. Creative ZEN V lost video with the panda!

Please, help me! I've just formated my mp3 accidentally. It's stupid I know, but there were some pic and videos I rly like and they already were on this mp4 when I bought it. There was video with panda and funny music and some pictures for the wallpaper. I can't find them in the internet. I've got the same issues... but remember that the ZenCast videos are also there for Zen Visual:M and Zen Visual:W and all that, not just for the Zen V Plus.
I've been able to successfully convert movies from http://www.pocketmovies.net/. But that's about all. Oh and one successful attempt to get RocketBoom on my little device!

Yes/No/perhaps. All depends on the specifics of the system and its configuration. most stuff should work, but of course there always could be compatibility issues.

Griffin's Pro Speaker Breakout Cable compatible with the iMac G5?? HELP!

I would love any suggestions anyone has as to making Griffin's Pro Speaker Breakout Cable compatible with the iMac G5.
I just made the very foolish mistake of purchasing Griffin's Pro Speaker Breakout Cable for my iMac G5, which I am sure others, more up to speed on their apple products, realize are not compatible. The Pro Speaker Breakout Cable, as its name would suggest, connects to the Apple Pro Speakers Minijack available in G4s and G3s.
I need someway to connect this Apple Pro Mini plug (2.5mm plug) to my audio-out 3.5mm output jack on my iMac. I have found this connector http://www.mpja.com/productview.asp?product=11298+AD but I am not sure if the 2.5mm Apple jack is the same as other 2.5mm jacks. Does anyone know if the two are compatible???
I guess the other option is the iFire - or, conversely, to just forget the whole thing and get some new speakers.
Any suggestions on the best/ most cost effective option would be greatly appreciated!!!

Forgive me for not being specific enough. I do not want to connect apple pro speakers. I want to connect my household speakers via the Pro Speaker Breakout Cable http://www.griffintechnology.com/archive/audio/prospeaker.html to my iMac. However, I did not realize that the breakout cable connected to the obsolete Apple Pro Speaker Minijack 2.5mm.
Basically, I am just looking for the most cost effective method to get suitable sound from my computer. The threee options I am considering are:
a) 2.5mm jack to 3.5mm plug converter allowing my breakout cable to fit into my audio input (which I am not sure will work - as I am not sure if the Apple minijack is a standard 2.5mm)
b) get the iFire, plug my breakout cable into the iFire and then to my computer.
c) get a different sound system entirely.
I am really looking for any advice as to which would be best.

Zen Micro is compatible with Audible.co

Creative Labs Direct Sales responded to my question with this quote "Yes, the Zen Micro is compatible with Audible.com. Any format used at Audible.com should work just fine with the Zen Micro."
Everytime I try to transfer Audible content to the Zen Micro I receive an error message. Is there software that needs to be downloaded? Is the transfer process different?

It's not... there are a few other threads here containing workarounds (sorry I don't know how to post the link to them here) that involve either ) burning the Audible.com files to CDs and then ripping the CDs or 2) converting the Audible.com files to wav files using a program called Microsoft Graph Edit, and then converting them to mp3 or wma.
You aren't the first who states they have received incorrect information on this subject. Further, I contacted Audible about their future plans to support the Zen Micro. They responded that they currently have no plans to support it (as of late January)
I am a huge fan of this player, but if you want to be assured of seamless Audible.com supprt, you should probably consider a different player until a clear direction is determined.

Bridge CC no compatible with the new After Effects CC 2014 ?

Hi, I'm updating the Adobe suite (CC 2014) .but After Effects CC 2014 no longer works with the old Bridge CC (there is no update of Bridge). Since "browse presets" in After Effects when choosing a preset (dissolves etc) there is an error message:
"After Effects error: can not import file" Entries lum.-marq.calque.ffx "unsupportedfiletype or extension (0 :: 1). With all presets.
I tried on other computers with other adobe updated it makes such licenses except with the old version of adobe after effects (after CC effects) I tried too to change language of Bridge and After effects (beharps this is a langage compatibility problem) but the problem is the same.
So I think the new version after effects CC 2014 is not compatible with the presets adobe bridge CC ??
How can I do? I have to go through the old version of after to apply a preset Bridge? I can not even download it in cloud creativ ... there is only the new version of after effects...

I have a 500 GB hard drive; that's how I've avoided the issue, to date. But you consider a 2000 shot bat mitzvah a small shoot, so I have know problem acknowledging you shoot a lot more than I do.
The key point about Aperture, to date, is that it doesn't add ANY data to original RAW files, period. Everything it appears to do -- everything is just a set of modifications to the master. This applies to sharpening, this applies to shadows and highlights, this applies to cropping... and it applies to metadata.
As for archival, etc., ... if you're archiving outside of Aperture... why not just use multiple Aperture libraries? It's a bit inconvenient (to the extent that it takes 15 seconds to change the setting and re-launch), but it gets around the problem. I mean, if you're archiving external to Aperture in original RAW format, you're not only "losing" the metadata... you're losing every single change you've made to the file. Truly, no editing functionality of anything would you be using in this scenario.
