Problem for releasing blocked sales order on Creditlimit

Hi Gurus,
        I a   hve a problem for releasing blocked sales orders
         what i have done: 1)i have blocked sales order based on exceeded creditlimit
         (i have change SDType in 'OVAK' is 'C')
                  2)now i have to release for furthur processing so i have done following steps
                  3)Goto VKM3/VKM1 T.Code and then release what order that is blocked.
                  4) order will appear in the list.
                  5)Select that one.
                  6)Click on the green flag that appears on the left hand side.
                  7)Click on save.
                  8)click on back it will ask for "Leave list".
                  9)Click on yes.
                  10)It said that Sales orer has been released
Still what my problem is:
Problem: 1)So i'm trying to create deliver for Sales order but it shows an error
         2)"Sales order is blocked for delivery: Credit limits" Even it was released
Plz kindly help me what i do....

we define the Customer credit Limit during the master data creation only
(see the KNVV table)
say you defined the credit limit as 50,000 INR, so once it reached
when you create a sales order again then it throws a error .

Help with parallel arrays of different data types

Hello all, I am having an issue with parallel arrays. My program requires me to read information from a text file into 4 parallel arrays (2 String and 2 double). My text file needs to look something like this:
John Johnson
0000004738294961
502.67
1000.000
Jane Smith
0000005296847913
284.51
1000.000
...and so on
Where the first thing is the name (obviously), an account number, the balance in the account, and the credit limit. I just cant figure out how to read everything into the arrays. We havent learned anything too heavy, and this seems a little too advanced for my class, but I guess we will manage. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Man this is a dumb homework assignment. The requirements scream out for a class along the lines of
public class Account{
private String name, number;
private double balance,creditlimit;
// more code here
}and then to use a List of Account objects.
Anyway what's your actual problem. There's nothing very hard about it. A loop. So....
You should consider posting (formatted) code showing what you have done and where exactly you are stuck.

Clientgen does not fully qualify superclasses

I have datatypes that extend classes in a different package. When I use
WLS81 ANT task clientgen to generate client-jars from WSDL files obtained
from web services generated by servicegen, the superclasses are not fully
qualified in the generated java code, nor are there import statements for
the superclasses. This causes the generated code to have compile errors.
Other dependencies are fully qualified in the generated code, but the
superclass is not.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the WSDL was generated by querying the URL
of the deployed webservice. If there is something missing from the WSDL,
it may be due to servicegen, or a problem with deployement. All of this
used to work in WLS 7.0 sp1.
I submitted this case (459937) to BEA Support on 11/12/03 and have given
them my EJB jar file so they can reproduce the problem using servicegen.
I would appreciate any input you can provide to resolve this problem, but
you can let Support handle it from here if you wish.

should be something like <xsd:import namespace="..."

Problem with thousands and decimal separator (Excel 2000)

Hi, i have a problem with the download option to excel 2000.
When downloading numbers over 1000 the thousands separators change in decimal separators.
My config is:
Locale (location): Español - España
User Interface Language: Español
For example, if I have a value as 1800:
1) in OBIEE show "1.800" (ok)
2) in Excel 2000 show "1,8" (bad)
If i choose Locale (location): English - United Stated and
User interface language Español.
1) in OBIEE show "1,800" (bad)
2) in Excel 2000 show "1.800" (ok)
Can someone help me solve my problem?

The thousands separator change in the backend dind't work. (+ it only works for text input fields, not for text fields)
Anyhow, this is how we created a workaround :
Suppose we did this : NSTR(@CREDITLIMIT,"C.2")
This resulted in the field being displayed as 67,234.56
The 'dirty' way to convert this to an european format is :
REPLACE(REPLACE(REPLACE(NSTR(@CREDITLIMIT,"C.2"),",",";"),".",","),";",".")
Output is 67.234,56
(we just replaced the '.' by ',' and vice versa)
I still feel quite uncomfortable with this solution, but this is the only way we got it to work.
I really hope a next patch/servivepack provided a more elegant solution for this problem... (hint hint)

Don't get a result set from a query to mySql database

Hello everyone,
I am writing a program in which i refer to a mySql database.
I encountered a problem using the executeQuery in which i don't get a resultSet at the end of the run,
instead i get a null.
gust for the record, the api says that it will never return null(se 6), also i queried the DB with a mySql client and the data is there
and when i use execute("") everything works fine.
I just can't get my wished result.

Maybe it's not the function executeQuery(query) that gives you the nullpointer. I think it may be that there is no connection to the DB, in which case the statement variable is null. Call to a method through this variable will trigger a nullpointer. Could you please post the exception text here? It may tell you where the NullPointerException occurs.

I'm new in this forum and new in java world; i'm testing a crm java based (in tomcat server): my problem is related to know what files contains query text because i discovered a bug in a query (when i try to execute this query tomcat server make a log file where i can see a query call to a wrong db field (i think programmer mistake to write the column name used by the query). Credit Limit and Balance dispalying on different lines

HI Gurus,
I have 0FI_AR_4 populating AR line items DSO, cube and on top of it is a multiprovider
I have 0FI_AR_9 populating a DSO, cube and is included in the same multiprovider as above.
Now when I am loading data and running the report I see companycode,netduedate,customer,balance on a dirrent row and for the same customer I see another line with customer,creditlimit data
How can I get all in to one row
In both my DSOs 0Customer is one of the key fields
I have read someposts on the forum and some suggest to lookup companycode and load the customer and credit limt based on companycode by creating a new Zinfoobject in the cube based on the 0FI_AR_9 DSO.
Is there any other solution?
If that is the only solution then please suggest the steps to implement this process along with the ABAP code.where to write the code and what to write.
I am not good at ABAP.

For credit limit data,
create a master data info object for Customer compounded with Credit Control Area and attribute should be credit limit.
(ii) create transformation from DSO based on 0FI_AR_9 to this master data info object so that data can be loaded for Credit Limit value.
(ii) This info object should be added to cube based on 0FI_AR_4 and map Customer and Credit Control Area to Customer and Credit Contrl Area coming from DSO for 0FI_AR_4.
(iii) you can remove the other cube from info provider
(iv) create a formula variable in query designer to read the master data attribute - Credit Limit
(v) use this formual variable in a CKf and diplay it in report
This way you can show the balance and credit limit for a customer in single row.

Set Credit Limit on Business Partner

HI all,
I am trying to set the credit limit on the Business Partner object using VB. From what I have learned its a Double value. I read in the value from a file which means its a String so i try to convert it to a Double like this:
oBP.CreditLimit = Convert.ToDouble(creditString)
but i am still getting the error "Conversion from string "" to type 'Integer' is not valid" when I try add the Business Partner.
Can someone please help me to set the value of the credit limit byt converting a string to double??

I'm printing out the string and I can see it looks like 20000 for example but for some reason when i use Convert it says conversion from String to Integer is not valid. I further do not understand this funciton as I am expecting a Double as a return value and not an Integer.
What am i missing??

Credit block issue

Issues is like that..
On 10.08.2010 order 9999 was released and was partially shipped. On 08.08.2010 riskcategory for customer was changed to 007 and on 22.09.2010 creditlimit was reduced to 50.000. Despite the creditlimit change to 50K (with outstanding of 48K) and the change of riskcategory apparantly it was still possible a new delivery was created and new invoice was raised 90190988, dated 05.10.2010 for 22.881,60 althrough all new deliveries had to be made on cash in advance basis. Can you tell me how it was possible that new delivery was not blocked even though creditlimit was exceeded and riskcategory should block new delivery. Please let me know how to prevent this? What could be a posiibilities ..Thanks

as indicated by Kapil. the existing documents will not get affected because of change in the risk category as the same would have been appearing as the information while the change was made at the FD32 screen.
all the credit related informations are updated in the S066 & S067 infostructures & this info structures holds the information on the documents specific to the customer/ document, you will not be able to see the risk category for an order as these are saved on the internal tables, you can try it out unders s066 & s067 possibly.
so when the correction program is run this informations are overwritten based on the latest master data, these programs are time consuming in Production environment & may require a minimal transaction volume while the program is run.

yes you should increase the creditlimit in transaction FD32 and you should check your creditmanagement entries in transanction OVA8.

Hi friends,
I intend to use the Heade Office / Branch concept in SD. For branches I have updated the head office codes in 'Company Code Data --> Account management. I am using automatic credit control and using the oldest open item to check the credit limit while creating sales order.
Need some clarifications. Will the system warn me if the oldest outstanding from either the head office or branch exceeds the value given in OVA8.

Hi Udayanath,
Credit limit will takes place based on the credit control area not based on head office or branch.
If you want head office level you need to define the credit control areas head office wise or if you want control credit limit based on Branch office you need to define credit control areas branch office wise.
Based on that you can give the creditlimit in FD32 transaction with respect to the customer.
