Creeking Noise: When I press lightly on the center left side of my screen I hear I slight creeking noise it occurs with case off as well.  I believe it is coming from the screen.

No one here can say for sure what Apple will do. You need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have the device looked at, and Apple makes the final determination. If they find a problem with the device, they can replace it.
