CRM_IC - BuPaESearch. Where is this view?
Hi all,
I've this kind of problem: I've to modify views BuPaSearch that I reach when I navigate from views AuiItems selecting an e-mail and clicking on "Preocess and record" button. I arrive in a viewset with "BuPaSearch", "mailPreview" and, on the bottom, "BuPaEmptySelect". Where is the problem? The problem is that this viewset is "BuPaIdCustomerWithEmail" that list the view "BuPaESearch", that I don't see in CRM_IC, instead of "BuPaSearch" that I see in tooltip when I run CRM_IC.
Is there anyone that could help me?

Hi Stefano,
There is no BuPaESearch view as it uses the same view as BuPaSearch but there is a separate controller. If you look through the view you will see statements like:
if bupacontroller->get_active_identify_viewset( ) eq 'E'.
which determine the different behaviour.

Diadem mediabuilder "where is the viewer?"
In the help file for Diadem it says there is a free viewer for the files created with mediabuilder.
Where is this viewer or how can I get it?The free DIAdem CLIP and INIGHT viewer is located on the DIAdem CD. When you choose to install DIAdem CLIP or INIGHT using the setup program, the setup program will ask you which type of setup you prefer.
Choose "Player" in this setup selection box and the free DIAdem CLIP/INSIGHT player will be installed.
If you need additional CDs to share the free player with customers or colleages, please contact NI and ask for additional free DIAdem demo CDs to be sent to you.

Previously I could view my appointments/reminders in my calendar. This feature is no longer available. I know I have a reminder in the year 2020. Where can I view my appointments/reminders?
Reminders is a separate app from Calendars.
Appointments are in Calendar and remonders are in Reminder. -
Anyone know where I can view this?
Sorry, I'm sure this is a long shot but I thought since this guy is odviously in the Apple community somewhere, maybe someone might know where I can view this. Or possibly the creator might see this and pass along a valid link : )

2. Safari > Preferences > Extensions
Turn those off and relaunch Safari.

How to get distinct values from this view
I had created a view to get to display from 2 tables.But i got duplicate values in this.

I am not inserting values into newquoteorder,but i got values from that table ask,bid,stock values, it shows that values as null -
I downloaded a word file from an inbox mail (the mail app) onto my iPad, where is this file stored? How can I delete it if it takes up space in my iPad? Any ideas??
Did you ever figure out what happened?
I had the same experience as you did, but in my case it was a big fat pdf that Mail insisted I had to download before I could view it. As happened with you, I saw the file actually downloading, and after a time I was able to view the pdf. It's been my assumption that the pdf is still somewhere on my iPad, but I have no idea where, nor how to delete it if it is still there.

I am trying to create "View" in a Document Library and need to enable following:
1. Mark as default View
2. Folders -> Show this view : in Folders of Content Type : {Custom Content Type name}
I am using following code which sets "in Folders of Content Type : " to "Folder" rather than selecting custom content type despite passing Content Type ID of custom content type.

Before you set the content type ID for the view, you need to add the custom content type to the library firstly.
You can add the content type to library using OOTB feature “Add from existing site content types” in library settings or using Client Object Model.
Here is a code snippet for your reference:

list.ContentTypesEnabled = true;
var contentType = context.Site.RootWeb.ContentTypes.GetById("0x0120");

Nered to know where I can view ACL denies regarding "access-list deny any log" ?
I ask this question in the context of an SNMP access list. I am guessing that this line of config (access-list deny any log) will allow you to see which addresses were denied SNMP access.

Yes, with an extended access-list with the last line:
deny ip any any log
with "sh log" you can see the source address of the packets being dropped.
Take note that you must be at least in the logging level 6 (informational), by default console and monitor are in level 7 (debugging):
logging console debugging
logging monitor debugging
With older IOS versions (before at least 12.4) you had to add the following lines at the bottom of the acl:
access-list 101 deny tcp any range 0 65535 any range 0 65535 log
access-list 101 deny udp any range 0 65535 any range 0 65535 log
access-list 101 deny icmp any any log
access-list 101 deny ip any any log
to log the sources and destinations IPs and port numbers.

Bad news - There are non (Exactly as in iMovie 1 to HD6 or FinalCut)
Good news - There are sort of - at least project is presented in ONE row.
• Click on a specific iMovie PROJECT
• In this window - top right hand there are two small symbols - one blue three squares and one with two brown red symbols. Click on the three blue squares one.
• to get the Audio - under this there is a small wave like symbol - Click on this.
But still this view has so many quirks that a person familiar with iMovie 1 to HD6, FinalCut, Adobe Premiere and Avid can feel a bit of serious frustration. (at least I do)

How to create interface where we can view metadata of several databases:
Oracle Apex should display metadata of this particular DB (later on we can include multiple DB’s)
a. Report should first display DB name
b. When clicked on DB name, should display 3 schemas
c. When clicked on 1 schema, should display tables – when clicked on each table,
should display various column names and its corresponding metadata.
(similarly for other schema’s also)
d. In short, it should be like a drill down report.
Help required for craeting like above.

I had an application reading from multiple schema's for reporting purposes..IN that case atleast we just would build the selects using a function reurning SQL select, so that we could have an application item with the selected schema they wanted to use to build into the select returned...
For forms, that would be an interesting idea, don't know how you can dynamically change the table owner name, since it is a drop down control in development..

HT4897 Where can I view my mail aliases in iCloud?
There was a page on mobileme where I could view my alias list, where is this in iCloud?
The first time I looked there it said 3 of 3 aliases available.
I logged out.
The next time I logged in all the old ones listed.
This happened on several accounts I migrated.
Quit your browser and try it again.
Also test an email to an alias to see if it still works.

I bought and was charged for some music. It is not in check for available downloads or the purchased file. It does show up on my view my account recent purchases. Where could this music be? I recently recovered from an iTunes problem and had to uninstall and reinstall and finally manged to get everything back to work. Except for this most recent purchase which just happens to be my son's band so I would really like to have it.

Where has search view gone in Leopard

Below is a feedback that I have sent to Apple regarding my user experience with Leopard and how things have changed, with the disappointing loss of features and functionality that was present in Tiger. I place this oversight, on Apple's part, on the same level of the disappearance of the hierarchical menus on folder in the Dock. For me it is worse as I never actually used folders in the Dock this way. I do understand the frustrations of those that do though.

I am repeating this feedback because I find it unbelievable what has happened to searches with Spotlight Finder searches and Smart Folders in the transition to Leopard.
Spotlight searches have improved with added functionality but when it was introduced in Tiger the most exciting and visually usable feature of it was the separation of files into different file type categories in the Finder. I believe this was referred to as the search view and it used blue lines as separators. There was even a search view icon in the tool bar, where the column view usually is, to activate it and this was the default view when using the Finder to search and with smart folders.
This was very useful when working on a project. If I had a history of art project with images for a Picasso, Slavador Dali and Matisse these would be grouped together in a smart folder search and I could jump directly to a slideshow to view them. Now al I get is a jumble of files, images and text documents all together. Yes you can group them by kind but there are a lot more steps involved as there dose not seem to be a default view that sticks in this area: It is a moveable feast.
In any event the older search view was far superior, far more user friendly, and better to look at. The loss of this functionality is a big disappointment in Leopard and I am really surprised that this is not noticed by Apple
The other aspect of Spotlight/Finder/Smart Folder searches which is regressive are the location options at the top of the search windows, below the tool bar. The Options are This Mac or the current folder from which the search is initiated. If you decide that you should have applied the search on the Home folder you get backed out of the search when you you click the Home icon in the Finder sidebar. You then need to type the search word again in the search field and then change the location from This Mac to your user name.
In Tiger there were up to five location options that you could jump to within the search: Server, Computer, Home, the folder location from which you started the search and Others. This allowed searches to take place with far less steps.
The usefulness of the criteria Contents and File Name I would place as a far lower priority.
I hope that Apple can take into account that these criticisms highlight serious flaws in the design and ease of use of Leopard.I have to say that I completely agree. I have also sent a form in to Apple about this a couple of weeks ago. It is also worth noting that if you wish to search for system files, you have to do so by pressing Opt-Cmd-Space, Pressing the + button on the filters bar, clicking the left drop-down menu, selecting "Other..." and checking "System Files." From that point forward, if you wish to search for system files, you hit Cmd-Opt-Space, click the + sign, select the left drop-down menu, selecting "System Files," selecting the right drop-down menu, choosing "include," and entering your search query, and then sorting through the mess of files that appears for what you want. Yuck!
I saved the System Files + include search query by clicking the Save button in the filters bar (why isn't it in the File menu as well so that there is consistency?) and then created a Quicksilver trigger so that Cmd-Opt-Space opens up the System Files.savedsearch, and then I can search system files just by entering the search query, selecting the "System Files.savedSearch" button after Finder decides that I really wanted to search "This Mac," and then sorting through the mess of files for what I want. It's still really tedious, but it's less so than the default option.
How did I search for system files in Tiger? Easy: I invoked Spotlight with Cmd-Space, entered the search query, and if I needed the extra functionality, selected "Show All," where I was presented with a nice, clean, organized interface that separated files by type. In this sense, Apple has really taken us quite a few steps backwards in usability, and it is highly disappointing and really quite shocking. It's like we were eating cake before, and now we have to eat dry biscuits. I sincerely hope Apple addresses this very soon, and that enough people contact Apple about this so that they get on in sooner. -
