CRM system is supporting only one sales group to only one sales office, not supported to multiple sales offices.
Per ex : Sales Organization Distribution Channel Division South Sales Office South Sales Group
AJE EX BP S100 S01
AJE EX BP S101 S01
AJE EX BP S103 S01
AJE EX BP S104 S01
AJE EX BP S105 S01
Sales group S01 assigned to sales office S100, but i need to assign my south sales group S01 to different sales offices in South region. in PPOMA_CRM is not supporting for multiple assignment.
Anyone can provide solution for above issue?

IN EAST : OFFICE 9, OFFICE 10, OFFICE 11, OFFICE 12

*BUT SALES GROUPS MAINTAINED ONLY 4 LIKE SOUTH GROUP, NORTH GROUP, EAST GROUP, WEST GROUP.*
IN ENHANSED ORG I HAVE MADE UNDER FUNCTION TAB IN PPOMA_CRM
FOR SALES -
> ASSIGNED SLS ORG & R/3 DIST CHAN, R/3 DIVI
UNDER SALES --> SOUTH ---> ALREADY ORG INHERITED FROM SALES AND
UNDER SOUTH --> OFFICE1 --> IN FUNCTION TAB SALES ORG INHERITED, SALES OFFICE SELECTED AS OFFICE 1 AND CHOOSEN R/3SLSORG, R/3 DISTRCHN, R/3DIVI.
IN THE SAME FUNCTION TAB FOR SALES GROUP SELECTED SOUTHGROUP till THIS ITS WORKING FINE.
PROBLEM IS : -
For Office2 which is also belonged to south region, in Funtion tab inherited the sals org and assigned sales office but sales group i have to select southgroup only again for office2 also.
But system not supported bcoz southgroup already assigned to Office1.
Is there any solution inside PPOMA_CRM or we need to change the hierarchy of my client sales structure?

Check in Opportunity the sales org. u have used. Then go to path: SPRO-> CRM-> Master Data-> Org. Mgmt-> Assignment of Org. units from SAP ECC.
In this node, check the corresponding sales group you are using in ECC and then go to ECC and map the sales office and sales group.
If you dont want to use sales group or sales office then go to tx. PPOMA_CRM in CRM. Select the org. which you are using, then click on Function tab, select Sales radio button and delete the assignment for R/3 sales office and sales group and uncheck them as well.

Sales group not filled form sales order header in PGI accounting Document
Hi all,
we are creating a sales order . when sold to and ship to is entered the sales group at the header level is fetched from the customer master automatically.
Now after changing the sales group,different from customer master,the sales order got saved as usual with a warning mesaage 'sales group is diiferent from customer master'.
After doing PGI and billing , the sales group fetched in billing document is same as that of sales order header,but when good issue delievry document is displayed , in accounting document of the material document (ie. in FB03),the sales group in profit segment tab is getting filled from customer master.
Now the requirement is to fetch the sales group from sales order header instead of customer master.hi

Delta replication of Sales Org, Sales Off and Sales Group (ECC to CRM)

I am struck with the delta of the Sales Area.
Sales org with 6 Sales Offices and 6 Sales Group were created in the ERP and all this were replicated in to CRM in Initial but now my client wants to add 3 more sales offices with 3 Sales Groups.
Sales Offices and sales group were maintained in the ERP system and i have created the Sales Offices in CRM but the problem is those sales offices and Sales groups were not reflecting in CRM.
Newly added Sales Offices and Sales Groups were not replicated in CRM?
I was trying to assign the ERP Sales Org,Offices, Sales Group with CRM Sales Org, Office, Sales Group in "Assign SAP CRM Sales Org. to SAP ECC Sales Org.""Assign SAP CRM Sales Offices to SAP ECC Sales Offices" , "Assign SAP CRM Sales Group to SAP ECC Sales Group" but i can not view the ERP Sales groups.
So what should i do inorder to replicate the newly added Sales off. and Sales Groups in CRM which were created in ERP?

You have already created 3 Sales Offices & 3 Sales Group in SAP ECC Enterprise Strurcture.Now you require these new sales offices & sales groups into CRM System.
For that you use Transaction CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE. Here in this transaction you can see your newly created sales offices & sales groups. You have to select these rows & click on "Generate Selected Lines".
Once you have done with this you can see new rows added with New Organization units for each unique sales Office & sales groups.After this dont forget to SAVE.
Now You can assign the ERP Sales Offices & Sales Groups to CRM Sales Office & CRM Sales Group.

Assignment of single Sales group to multiple Sales offices not possible
Hi all,
We need to assign single sales group to multiple sales offices in CRM. When we try to assign a Sales group to more than one Sales office the first assignment between Sales group and Sales office is removed. Only the new assignment is available.
Instead of having two assignments I still only get one.
First I transfered the ECC organization as Standard backend integration. When I realize I needed multiple backend assignment I ran the Conversion to multiple assignments. However, I am not able to realize multiple assignments.
Is it not possible to realize multiple assignment if you first transfered the ECC organization as standard (single) assignment?
Please let me know how to overcome this problem.

Starting CRM 4.0 multiple hierarchy with this enhanced org data model
works the following way:
- 1 R/3 org data mapped to ONLY 1 CRM org unit.
- multiple hierarchy (1 sales office assigned to several sales org,
1 sales group assigned to several sales office) is managed in the detail
of the org unit with tab Function and with sub tab sales office
and sales group.
For example if you have following R/3 org structure:
Sales org SOr1
_ Sales office Sof1
_ Sales Group Sg1
_ Sales office Sof2
_ Sales Group Sg1
Sales org SOr2
_ Sales office Sof1
In PPOMA_CRM you have to do the following:
For the R3 mapping :
Sor1 mapped to org unit 50000001
Sor2 mapped to org unit 50000002
Sof1 mapped to org unit 50000003
Sof2 mapped to org unit 50000004
Sg1 mapped tp org unit 50000005
And for the multiple assignment
- For sales org 50000001 and 50000002 you just have to maintain in tab
function, sub tab Sales org the Distribution channel division values
- For sales office 50000003 in sub tab Sales office the assignment to
sales org Sor1 and Sor2
- For sales office 50000004 in sub tab Sales office the assignment to
sales org Sor1
- For sales group 50000005 in sub tab sales group the assignment to
sales office Sof1 and Sof2.
If you have different division distribution channel on sales office sale
group compared to the sales org you can maintain manually the values.
Or if is it always the same values you can use * value for distribution
channel division (in that case please read carefully notes
691015 and 735020 if needed)
In addition regarding report CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE I would like to
clarify that this report can only be used for initial download, as
written in the customzing documentation of this report (spro-CRM -
master data - org management - data transfer - Copy SAP R/3 sales
structure ) it can only be executed once and so following org
modifications have to be done manually in PPOMA_CRM.
So for this report the correct way to use it is to create all the R/3
org data in 1 shot.
If only 1 R/3 org data is already mapped to a CRM org unit in ppoma_Crm
you will have red light and so it will be impossible to create all
dependent org data.
Hoping i have been able to clarify how it works.

Customers, Sales Orders Restrictions based on Sales Office and Sales Groups
hi all,
We have a typical scenario for one of our customers. They are SAP ERP, ECC 6.0.
They have sales employees/managers assigned to customers. In order to maintain the link between the sales employees and the customers, their earlier implementation partner followed the following method for the linkage.
Each sales employee and each sales managers are given a SAP User ID like 101, 012, 103 etc.. Sales groups OR Sales offices are also maintained with the same numbers/IDs. At the customer master level, each customer's sales group is given the sales employee ID (which is same as that of the sales group). The example is as follows.
Customer No. Sales Group Sales Office
CU1 101 108
CU2 101 108
CU3 102 108
CU4 103 109
CU5 104 110
The sales group names and the sales offices names are given the same names as that of the user IDs of the sales employees/sales managers. In the above example, the sales employee 101 (sales group 101) is assigned to customers CU1, CU2. The sales manager 108 (Sales office 108) is managing the sales employees 101 and 102.
Now the customer has some authorization issues. He wants us to provide authorizatinos in such a way that -
if the sales employee 101 logs on to the system he should be able to Display the CUSTOMERS and the Sales Orders (XD03, VD03, VA03) that are assinged only to him (In other words with the sales group 101) and similarly for other sales employees.
if the sales manager 108 logs on to the system he should be able to display the customers and the sales orders that are assigned to his sales employees (101, 102). In other words with the sales office as the manager's ID 108.
I tried to use the authorization object V_VBKA_VKO but this doesnt see to be serving the purpose as this object is not being checked at all in any of the above VA03, XD03 and VD03 transactions.
Similarly I did not find any other authorization object which makes use of Sales group field and Sales office field which also has a linkage to VA03, XD03 and VD03 transactions.
The customer is evaluating our contract with them based on this solution.

I want to know the relation between Sales Organization( VAKPA -VKORG), Sales Office( VAKPA-VKBUR) and Sales Group ( VAKPA-VKGRP) in SAP.
Relation in the sense, does One-to-One or One-to-Many relation exist between them..or do they form an hierarchy??

No we can not maintain multiple sales groups for a single sales office in sap crm until and unless we convert org model to represent multiple assignments in SAP ECC or R/3.
Path for maintaining this setting is
spro>crm>org management>data transfer> convert org model to represent multiple assignments of SAP ECc.

We have Org Model in CRM as below and we are replicating the Customers from R/3 to CRM.
Sales Org
--- Sales Office
Sales Group
In ECC, they added some Sales Group under particular Sales Office.
In order to Sync that, I have created the same Sales Groups under respective Salea Office in PPOMA_CRM.
But when I try to add those Sales Groups under "ASSIGN SAP CRM SALES GROUPS TO SAP ECC SALES GROUPS" in SPRO, Iam not able to see those newly created Sales Groups in the drop down.
Pl suggest what could be the reason.

I have created one custom table with Sales group (VKGRP) and its description(BEZEI). And also I have created one tcode for this table to enter the values through Maintain Table Views(SM30). So when you give the tcode, Maintain Table Views(SM30) screen will trigger to create the entries in custom table.
I have F4 help for sales group(VKGRP) field. When I press on F4, I will get list of sales groups and its descriptions.
My requirement is when I select one sales group from the list, sales group description for that sales group should populate automatically on the sales group description field How can I achieve this?

Restrict Sales order text based on Sales group

My requirement is currently 12 different text ID's showing in my sales order text.But I want to restrict certain sales order text ID's based on sales group entered in the sales order header. Is there is any user exit or routines available to restrict sales order text ID's.

This is actually a configuration item. Transaction VOTXN (VOTX in 4.6C) can be used to configure the text types, text procedures, and access sequences for sales order texts as well as other types of texts. Part of the configuration procedure allows for some ABAP control over the copying requirements.
This is from the online help for data element COPNR (on the VOTXN screen SAPMV80T 800, field TTXZI-COPNR) :
You can create your own routines for text determination. For example, if you want to send different messages to particular groups of customers, you can create routines that automatically assign different messages to different groups (e.g. wholesalers, retailers).
Note
The fields available for determining texts are defined in structure TVCOM, which can be found in the routine under FTVCOM. Generally, however, the fields filled in the structure are only those which are used or recognised for text determination by the caller. Other fields can, for example, be filled during sales document processing via user exits USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_TVCOM_H and USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_TVCOM_I. The user exits are described in the IMG under Sales and Distribution -> System Modification -> User exits.
I'm not sure if filtering by sales group is possible, but I don't see why not.

BAPI or Function Module to find Sales Order's of a Sales Group through Employee
Dear Experts,
Is there any BAPI / FM to find out the sales order's belonging to an sales group to which an sales employee is assigned, by providing that sales employee id as input ?
If not, what is the logic that we should go through to get that details ? What tables should be connected (like VBAK) to get those details ?

I feel the table which you have given is the right table but in my scenario we have created sales office and sales group(in org structure) independently in CRM, so now we need to find these values from the table independently as well as with relation to BP the table which you have provided can be used for second scenario but if we want to fetch the values of all sales office and sales group which table i have to use.
One more problem for second scenario is in BP we cant able to see the sales ofice & group values which we defined in CRM, if we can save BP with sales office and group values then only we can use the table which you have given
