CRM report combining leads and opportunities

Hi,
I have LEADS and OPPORTUNITIES data in different cubes which are getting data std datasources. Now how do i create a report which shows the list of leads converted to opportunities?

If you are using DSO 0CRM_OPPH / Cube 0CRM_C04, you will find IO 0CRMPLEAGUI - GUID of Preceding Lead, which captures the Lead GUID, which I assume is only when a Lead is converted to an Opportunity. You can check your data to confirm such cases. If so, restrict on 0CRMPLEAGUI where not # in your query to report such cases.

    Hi,
    We have a survey associated with each lead and opportunity i.e when creating either a lead or an opportunity there is a tab on the GUI in which we can fill up the survey when creating the lead/Opportunity and then save the transaction. The survey goes to a different Infoprovider and leads and opportunity to their respectice Infoproviders.
    We now want to link the survey answers to lead and opportunities. I tried infosets and there doesn't seem to be any linkage between these two . Any ideas or has anyone linked surveys to leads and survey to opportunities. Fyi we are on CRM 4.0 and BW 3.5

    The CRM Surveys are fed into the cube 0WS_C01. If you have set the correct setting in the transaction CRM_SURVEY_SUITE, the survey results are extracted to the datasource 0SVY_DATA_1. Through the appropriate GUIDs the answers to the survey from the table CRM_SVY_ANSW (do not exactly remember the name) can be linked to the header GUID in CRMD_ORDERADM_H. (May be through the link table CRMD_LINK)

  • Assignment of leads and opportunities by product

    Hello everyone,
    I need to assign leads and opportunities by product to selected personnel, is there anyway to detect more than 1 product in the lead or opportunity? This is because a lead and opportunity may have several products bundled together and it would be very repetitive for the sales person to create one lead\opportunity for each product they sell to the same customer.
    Any ideas on how to accomplish this? I was initially thinking of using Books, but it allows for only field comparisons of single values and not multi-picklists. So in the end the problem still comes back to having more than 1 product in a lead\opportunity.

    Yes, the initial thought here is to use a multi-picklist; but unfortunately I don't think the assignment manager supports multi-picklists.
    And yes, I would like to make it accessible to multiple people, not only one.
    Basically, the process goes something like the following:-
    1) Marketing obtains lead and enters into the system
    2) Lead is channeled to a product manager
    3) Product manager reassigns the lead to a salesperson
    4) Salesperson converts the lead into an an opportunity - Product Manager should be able to view this opportunity
    My question here is would the product manager still gain access to the lead once it is reassigned (salesperson is not reporting to the product manager in anyway)? And how can the product manager be able to view all opportunities which have the product he\she is in charge of?
    My initial thought here is that we have to fall back on using Books?

    I have assigned an internal number range to leads and opportunity, which are own transaction types, i have created by copying standard ones, but it is surprising for me to see that the numbers are being skipped in random intervals.
    Have any one of you have encountered this problem...what solution you applied?

    I would like to connect within SAP SSM reports and Xcelsius passing parameters to dashaboards of Xcelsius (with BO universes or not) and merge information from PAS Cube and data from other universes BO.

    Carlos,
    There are two different processes you use to get information into Xcelsius and into Universes. For Xcelsius you are using web services, since you are bringing in not only the data but the objective names, etc. to create the dashboards.
    For getting PAS data into Universes you create an ODBO connection to Voyager and from Voyager you create a Universe.
    In the Configuration Help guide for Strategy Management available from Service Marketplace (Installation & Upgrade Guides), Section 9.6 gives information on providing Strategy Management data for Xcelsius and Section 9.7 has instructions on providing Strategy Management Data for Voyager.

          In my projects we have lot of custom fields developed in BP, Lead and Opportunity. The client needs a report based on the cutom fields. When we tried to creat new reports through interactive report we can find one reports for lead and opportunity that to only the standard fields are available.
       how to create a report for custome fields. I am not able to create the DashBoard reports also. Can any one sent the settings for DashBoard.

    1) How do I include triggers, sequences, etc in the report? We are exporting this to document the data model and it is not complete.
    3) Could the report include a linked table of contents as part of the report?Well, at this stage reports are static. You can't change them.
    2) When I open the exported Microsoft XML document in Word 2007, it reports that the file contains formatting items that are not supported in the current version. I would suggest this be updated or perhaps converted to OpenDocument format to be more standardized.This suggestion will be considered, although you shouldn't have problems opening files with MSWord 2003 and above. Does Word say exactly what it doesn't like ? That's strange.

  • Analysis of Lead by subsequent documents (activities and opportunities)

    Hi all,
    I'm trying to define on BW a way to create some content that displays the number of subsequent documents that are created from a lead.
    Explaining, when a lead is created, some activities are made (phone calls, e-mails, etc) and also some opportunities are created and the idea is to have a report with this.
    Is there any standard content to display this or is it necessary some extra development?

    Can a single report in Crystal report XI (version 11.5.8.826) combine portriat and landscape oriented pages like Crystal report 2008?   For example, I have one main report with several subreports in the main report.  I want one subreport be in portrait page orientation and the other subreports in landscape.  Can I do something like that in Crystal report XI version?    I even tried writing a small .net program to do this, but it doesn't seem to allow me to do that programmatically either.  Please help

    I'd like to elevate this issue with Crystal Reports XI. There is a critical application which we developed in-house which needs both portrait and landscape orientation in each of the 30,000 plus documents we are sending out every month.If developers in Business Objects are picking this thread up - we need a patch for this limitation - quick. Right now, we are toying with the possibility of exporting the documents into a text format with markers indicating if a page is portrait or landscape. This is to be loaded into a Xerox machine (which costs hundreds of thousands of dollars), where it is mapped automatically to portrait or landscape. Note to Business Objects: This will provide us and countless others with much value. Think 80/20 rule - most bang for your development bucks and value for your customers!

    Hi Geetha,
    Create new CRM business role by copying standard SERVICEPRO or SALESPRO
    Even u can assign business roles SERVICEPRO or SALESPRO  to Oraganization units.
    Goto Org assginement and assign these business roles (Goto-Detail Object-click on business roles (Z or standard)-Save it.
    Assign your BP to org position
    Execute transaction code BSP_WD_CMPWB
    Enter CRM_UI_FRAME in test application and click on execute.
    select the profile -Left side menu you will find the standard reports.

    are you asking for a Reporting Services Report? You can find this information in Reporting DB (2010) resp. schema dbo for reporting (2013).
    Here a simple query:

  • Performance of BAPI's to create Leads and Activities in CRM

    Hi,
    I'm using the BAPI's BAPI_LEAD_CREATEMULTI and BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI to create Leads and Activities.
    The scenario is:
    1) The input file has 3 types of records coming in
    (a) Leads only
    (b) Activities only (Prospect Lead activities)
    (c) LEad + Activity (rescheduled activities)
    2) Depending on the type of record, I'm required to create the relevant order and if required link the lead and activity (scenario - C)(using the FM CRM_DOC_FLOW_MAINTAIN_OW).
    3) In addition to this, I'm also required to link campaign elements to both Leads and Activities (done within the BAPI's BAPI_LEAD_CREATEMULTI and BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI in the doc_flow structure).
    ISSUE:
    The issue that I am facing is that it is taking a lot of time to create these. I'm basically running a custom conversion program for LEads and Activities. The rate is almost 6-8 secs for each record, and we have about 500,000 records to be converted.
    Also, I'm having to use the following function modules after the creation of Leads and Activities:
    1) CRM_MA_ACT_SAVE - to set the status of the activity to OPEN or IN PROGRESS. This is being done after the creation of an activity because the BAPI BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI seems to always default the status to OPEN.
    2) CRM_ORDER_CHANGE_STATUS - to set the status of the LEad to OPEN or IN PROGRESS. This is being done after the creation of an activity because the BAPI BAPI_LEAD_CREATEMULTI seems to always default the status to OPEN.
    3) BAPI_LEAD_ATT_CHANGE - to set the STATUS SINCE field for a Lead. This is being done because I'm unable to set the STATUS_SINCE field using the BAPI BAPI_LEAD_CREATEMULTI.
    The logic being used within the code is to process a batch of records (500/1000 records - value is an input selection parameter) from the input file in one go, and then commit all of them after their creation. After this, the next batch of records is again processed and committed.
    We've also tried to create LEads and Activities record by record and not in batches... but the performance still remains the same.
    I'm not sure what is slowing down the process. If whether it is all the commits, or if it is the additional use of the FM's to change the 'status' and 'Stauts-since' values after having committed the leads and activities.
    When we look at the LEads and Activities that are created, everything looks fine. It is only that the performance is really slow.

    In order to improve the performance you could use several processes. Just start you conversion-program with several variants at the same time.
    Last time I converted 80.000 contracts it took me 6 hours with 5 processes.

  • BW CRM Report unavailable

    Hi gurus
    I am actually in the process of identifying the CRM Lead Analysis Reports in BW. I have identified most of the queries, but Win/Lost Leads reports is not seen in the business content. When i checked in the sap help site the reports is very much mentioned with technical name as 0MKTG_C01_Q7001. But when i check in the business content i can find a query for Lost Leads and another report for Won Leads but the Win/Lost leads is not available.
    Is there any note which i need to update or anything which i am missing. Please guide to locate the Query for Win/Lost Leads in BW CRM Analytics.

  • Simulair report for FBL5N and FBL1N for new general ledger on segment level

    We are working with segments in new G/L ledger. We want to run a open item report where we can combine customers and vendors by segment. The vendors and customers are linked in the master data. In the "old"  reports FBL5N and FBL1N you can do this but not by segment.I found the following report on segment level:
    - S_PCO_36000218 - Receivables: Segment
    - S_PCO_36000219 - Payables: Segment
    What I'm missing is to run 1 report for Customers and vendors. What I'm missing to is that there are only some fields available on line item level. (I like to have invoice number, documentype,.......)
    Is there a standard report for this in new genaral leger?
    Is it possible to ad additional field to th list viewer.

    What is this user license type?  All financial transactions need professional license.

  • Standard report for leading prod. order with variance  value  & qty.

    I am searching for  a standard Tcode to get the variance value/Qty against all the leading production orders which are settled in a particular period.
    Note: If a leading production order contains more than one sub orders then the qunatity of sub orders should merge with the leaing order and all the variance from individual sub orders should also merge with the leading production order.
    Please suggest the tables and fileds are used for storing the leading and non leading production order and its corresponding Planned/Actual and Variance values.

    Actually i am unable to use tcode: KKBC_ORD rather able to use KKBC only.
    Using KKBC (Target/actual/production variance) and activating collective order from setting option only able to see the details for a particular leading production order only relating toa  particular period .
    My requirement is to display all the production orders settled in a particular period along with (Material code /order number/ Qty/Actual value and variance value).
    Note: If any leading order exists then that should be collective order i.e.(value and Qty should come against the leading order number).
    If there is any standard tcode exists please let me know else provide the tables and logic to bui;d up such a report.
