CRM_SURVEY_SUITE

Dear All,
I could able to send Survey Url in Personalised Mails forms and Receipents also receiving it and filling the form and saving the Survey and its clearly indicating Survey has been saved successfully also. But im unable to receive their responses and could not able to track it in the Table level also . After filling the survey by Recipent and saving - Recipent is receiving the following Message :
The following recipient(s) could not be reached: 
crm.surveyattheaec.r3.sap-ag.de on 11/18/2008 12:37 PM
I have maintained User mail id and Sender mail id , from where system is picking the above id.
Please provide ur valuable inputs.

Hi,
First thing to check to receive responses is: to add ++ at the end of the url of the questionnaire.
Then check whether u r getting responses or not.
In case u have done that do let us know whether u r sending this mail to an external customer outside the boundary ofur system or is it an internal customer inside ur landscape.

    Hello Anne,
    I would like to suggest you that once you have created any survey and activated it there is no such option to deactivate it.
    The only option is that if you go and edit the survey then it deactivate the survey and creates a new version of the same.

    Could I get any kind of config documents or ppts on CRM_SURVEY_SUITE and Questionnaire preparation?
    I am working on CRM 5.2 CRM_SURVEY_SUITE and able to create questions and answers.
    My issue now is, in the below model question our client requires all the given answers with Single Radio Button or Multiple selection Radio Buttons and when the fourth option is chosen, then only the "Please specify" text box should be active to enter some text.
    Q:- How do you know about our company?

          ( ) Internet

    As Dipesh suggested, I have done the same already.But the problem here is, you can select any option and at the same time you can specify something in that text box too.
    In this way, we could probably get some wrong results.
    Could you help me, how can I upload the survey into IC Web front-end ?
    Our's is completely a Call Centre Survey handle by agents. After they save all the survey results, how can I get the complete scoring & answers list?

    Create your image as a mime object and then give the path of the same in the questionnaire.

  • CRM_SURVEY_SUITE, make survey available ouside your lan

    We would like to  run and analyze an E-Mail Campaign with a Survey.
    We had create the survey and generate the url for it , according https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/4057. [original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken]
    The problem is now the url is only available from our local network.
    AccessURL="http://server:port/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_svy_server.....
    If we made it public, we had to open our sap server, port(socket)
    which triggers security issue;
    Does someone have an idea to make it public for the internet ?
    what SAP recommends (I could not find yet best pratices..)
    (like on iview on our java server tied with it, but we have to work on client/server side, to store and record results)

  • Campaign Email Survey results

    Hello,
    There is couple of issues involved in this post . Please help to fix this issue.
    I have created a survey using transaction code CRM_SURVEY_SUITE and included in this survey in Mail form and send this email to customers/prospects with the  help of campaign. This survey is public enabled. 
    When customer open the survey in email ,survey opened successfully but when saved the survey ,error “The values cound not be analyzed. ”
    When I try the same thing in GUI , I’m getting message " The Values Were Saved Successfully" but
    When I choose Evaluation in the transaction there is  “No data is available for evaluation” message is coming .
    Please guide me to fix it.

    Thanks for your quick reply..I have tried it previously and even tried now by set the check box for "Evaluate Without Business Information Warehouse" . After take survey in gui ,when choose Evaluation button it displays message " No data is available for evaluation " .bottom of the screen.

  • Error in implementing stylesheets

    Hi,
    I created and activated a stylesheet using the tcode "smartstyles"
    I then went to the survey cockpit (tcode "survey") and created a new survey. I then created a questionnnaire using "create questionnaire". In the creation of a questionnaire; I am trying to change the stylesheet using the menu function: Extras->Change stylesheet.
    On choosing the same, a popup with F4 help to choose the stylesheet appears. but neither the stylesheet that I created nor the already existing standard ones appear in the dropdown (the same are found in the stylesheet maintenance using tcode: stylesheet).
    When I type in the name of the stylesheet that I created in this popup and press enter the following error comes up :
    ERROR - "<b>XSLT program Z_TEST_FOR_SURVEY is not available</b>"
    ERROR DETAILS - "<b>Message no. UWS_SURVEY_FORM_GUI028</b>"
    Request your help with resolving the above.

    Hello Dhaval,
    if you want to use the survey functionality for CRM Campaign Management you should not use Transaction Code SURVEY. Use CRM_SURVEY_SUITE. Here you can maintain the Stylesheets in the Survey Repository.

  • CRM 5.0 Marketing Campaigns - Send survey on IC Webclient ticket...

    Hello Experts,
    I hope someone can help me with the following:
    We are using IC Webclient in a B2B Szenario and want to monitor our customer satisfaction (according to the quality of our service) over a long period. Now our target is the following:
    Every day a couple of customers should get an eMail with a questionairy. BUT: Only those customers should be taken into account that have accepted/ closed at least one ticket on that day. If they answer they get an "Thanks for participation"-eMail.
    Now our idea was to use the campaign automization for that (CRM_MKTPL).
    First I would create the personalized eMail with transaction CRMD_EMAIL. Second the survey with crm_survey_suite. (This is easy)
    Third I would create a new target group, which is a little bit more difficult. My idea was to create a new table + extractor in which I put all customers that should receive the mail. Every day I change the content of the table, so that my target group always has the same name, but different customers. Then I would start a periodic campaign (run daily) that sends an eMail with the survey.
    My problem is that I don't know whether I can change the members of a target group in a running campaign or if I have to use some badi / modification or whatever to realize this. Has anyone of you had a similar problem and could help me with my problem? I tried my ideas, but somehow it didn't work (he says everything is fine, but no eMails are sent from my campaign element). Now I don't know if I'm to stupid to get it working or if there is something wrong with my idea.
    Any Ideas/ proposals would help!

    Hi Rainer,
    It is possible to refersh the same target group daily. You will have to schedule a background job, which must daily update your target group.
    Now How do we create a target group? for this your datsource can either be created from infosets or a BW infocube. The logic behind both will be two query the database to find the service tickets created today, check their status ( you can use CRM_ORDER_READ) and get the business partner number from it.
    And ofcourse your campaign will be a periodic campaign.

    in which tables we can find the values for the Questionnaires  whcih we have enterd, and how can we use the values in reporting.

    The value are saved in table CRM_SVY_DB_SVS as an XML string. If you want to use it, it's beter to flag the BI export (Data storage and evaluation section in CRM_SURVEY_SUITE) so the information will be stored in CRM_SVY_DB_SV.

  • Interactive Script Editor

    Hi all,
    I am using the SAP standard interactive script for Leads - SampleB2B
    When I click on the "Yes" button on the "Time for Questions" page, it has to take me to the Lead questionaire. This is configured in the Script editor too.
    But the Lead questionaire does not appear. It gives the following error
    "Survey Was not Found or Is not Within the Validity Period"
    I, then regenerated the Lead_Questionaire from CRM_SURVEY_SUITE. But the error still persists.
    Any inputs on this regard would be of great help.

    Thank you for your inputs. Apart from this I also found another missing connect.
    Although the latest version of the survey was active, I had to regenerate a newer version of the survey from CRM_SURVEY_SUITE and attach this one to the script.
    It works fine now.

  • Survey was not found or it is not withing validity period

    Dear gurues,
    Hope you can help me with this issue in CRM 5.0
    I have created one survey, it includes dynamic questions by using function modules PBO and PAI, and fortunately it works fine when testing in trx. CRM_SURVEY_SUITE.
    Now i am trying to generate a URL by BSP. It works almost fine, but for some weird reason, once I type "Yes" or "No" for the first question of my survey (next questions depend on the answer of first one, if "Yes" - second question should be shown, if "No" - second question should be hidden), and then click enter, I get the following system message:
    survey was not found or it is not within validty period.
    I have already maintained the validity period under maintain survey attributes in trx. CRM_SURVEY_SUITE.
    the idea is to use this survey in e-mail campaign.

    I am also getting the same error...
    Survey Was not Found or Is not Within the Validity Period.
    In GUI it is working perfectly.
    I tried the solution given by RAJA but it is also not working...
    I added a cutom button... Function code is SAVE.
    Didnt write any code for it..
    When Pressing that button i got the above error....

  • Surveys Text not saved

    Hello All,
    After creating a survey using CRM_SURVEY_SUITE, texts are not been saved in table CRM_SVY_RE_ANSW. Even when we've activated the questionarie several times and applied SAP Note # 1057321.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi Marisa,
                Please Check for the Survey has been Generated(CTRL+F2) Properly or Not,
    After Activating the Survey you shall select the Following Option for Successfull generation of the Survey.
    Else Try Editing the Survey form by making Some small change in the Header and Activate the Same again,It should get Activated and your Survey answers should get Saved.
    Also Ensure in Settings in Survey (CTRL+F12) you have Selected the CheckBox for "Save Completed Surveys" in the Technical Settings Tab.

  • Survey code not working

    Ok so I'm making a survey for a website and I have a series
    of questions where the user can rate it from a list of choices and
    I have these questions in a table in access and the rating options
    in a table. I want to have the questions display with the options
    in a dropdown box next to each question, I can't seem to get this

    I have a paid subscription to Adobe Forms. Why are my survey links coming across like this? They typically do not.
