Campaign Email Survey results

Hello,
There is couple of issues involved in this post . Please help to fix this issue.
I have created a survey using transaction code CRM_SURVEY_SUITE and included in this survey in Mail form and send this email to customers/prospects with the  help of campaign. This survey is public enabled. 
When customer open the survey in email ,survey opened successfully but when saved the survey ,error “The values cound not be analyzed. ”
When I try the same thing in GUI , I’m getting message " The Values Were Saved Successfully" but
When I choose Evaluation in the transaction there is  “No data is available for evaluation” message is coming .
Please guide me to fix it.

Thanks for your quick reply..I have tried it previously and even tried now by set the check box for "Evaluate Without Business Information Warehouse" . After take survey in gui ,when choose Evaluation button it displays message " No data is available for evaluation " .bottom of the screen.

  • Captivate 5 Survey Result Question

    We are trying to create a Survey in Captivate 5 which will not report out to LMS.  I am trying to find a way to get the Survey results (2 Question per slide 18 questions total) to display to the learners.  For instance, Slide 1 is A) B) question, slide 2 is 1) 2) question and then starts back with A) B) on Slide 3.  I need a total of A) B) 1) 2) for the learners.  We are using this in place of a handout if possible.  I would assign 1 point for each question and then have them tally at the end for the learners.
    Let me know if anyone has any thoughts.  I have searched the forum and did not find anything similar.  I appoligize in advance if this is answered somewhere else.

    I can see the confusion.  We are not scoring in the sense that this is pass/fail.  What we want to do is have the answers tally for the learner.  The goal is that if you received 5 - A)'s, 3 - B)'s, 2 - 1)'s and 1- 2)'s those results would display.  So if I have a questions such as below:
    1. Please pick which best describes you:
    A) Easy to work with
    B) Difficult to work with
    2. Please pick which best describes you:
    1) Task oriented
    2) Free thinker
    The answers selected would then tally up at the end for the learner.  The questions repeat with different choice selections between A) B) and 1) 2).
    Does that help explain what I am look at doing?

  • I don't received the email survey reports

    I created a survey using captivate and in the Reporting
    Window I selected the email option and entered my email.
    In Computer #1, I ran a test, and it prompt me if I wanted to
    send the email, but even when I select "yes", I still don't
    received any email.
    In Computer #2, it prompts me and it does send the email.
    Here are my questions:
    What could be possible wrong with the setting on Computer #1
    that prevent the program to send the results in the email?
    How can I set my computer to NOT prompt me if is OK to send
    the email?
    Can I set up captivate in a way that the user does not need
    to click on the "send email" button? I am concern that people might
    not click on the button to send me the survey results.

    Unfortunately sending quiz results via e-mail is fraught with
    difficulty. The sad fact is that this has to rely on too many
    dependencies:
    1. Flash Player
    2. Email Client
    3. Web Browser
    Personally, if this is going to be distributed to a large
    number of users, you would be better investing in an
    LMS - such as WBT Manager or
    to consider

  • Campaign email analysis - data mismatch

    hi,
    I've created a test multi-step campaign for learning purpose.
    the campaign included an email that was sent immediately to a segment of 2 people (2 test addresses).
    for testing purpose, I've opened the email from one address only.
    please see the attached print screens, some of the data doesn't add up:
    1. i ran the campaign email statistics report from the operational report area in the campaign canvas, how is possible the unique email open is 2, if i only opened the email from one address ?
    2. i also ran the campaign analysis report from the insight reports area in the campaign canvas, and the their data was correct (unique open rate = 50%)
    2. i noticed that each open i did from the first address was counted as 2 opens (the open was via outlook), does this make sense ?

    Goto R3 side--> RSA3 Transaction > Enter the DS name>  Give some restriction w.r.t some Characteristics --> Extract the data
    Come to BW side> RSA1 trans> you can start checking with the either Infocube content/ MP contents> right click> Display data> Give the same restrictions as you gave in the R3 RSA3 trans> Execute
    Compare the field values whether you are getting the same data or not.
    if the data is matching here, then there might be some filtering in the Query--> check that filtering & check the data accordingly
    If it is not matching at Cube/MP level--> Then compare the data at PSA level before which check all the Routines/Update rules/ Transformations because there is a possibility that the data might be filtered in any of these levels.

    We have an scenario where we create a Survey and it's executed for a third party, and then they send to us the results for example in a excel sheet.
    Some know how we can upload the survey results per each client into CRM,

    Go for ELM processing.....create mapping and ELM the file in the system....In the BADI enhancement for processing steps, define the logic for processing the response through an activity....
    Create Activity
    Attach the questionaire to the Activity...
    ELM the file that you received
    Process the file filling up answers on the activity questionaire...

  • CRM Survey result Table

    Hello CRM Experts,
    We have assigned survey to Transaction ( Activities , Lead , Opportuninity )  . Transaction is being created and Questionnaire ( Survey )  is filled . Then Transaction is saved . Transaction ID is generated . We want name of the Table in  which survey Results (answers) are store.
    As we get the tables for Questions of surveys.
    We not able to find the tables where all surveys Results (i.e may filled by Business Partners,Users etc) are store.
    Please suggest.

  • SSIS question - Email the results of the table in pipe delimited format to the users

    I am new to SSIS and I have a requirement.  I have a sales table that has transactions for all months.  I am trying to automate the process which involves following steps:
    I need to query the table based on previous month.
    Email the results of the table in pipe delimited format to the users.
    What I am currently doing:
    I created a temp table and load the query results in it every month by truncating the previous month’s data.  Saved the query results in excel format. Open the excel and save it in csv format. Use SSIS package to convert csv to txt format and email
    them manually with the txt file name as “Salesresults_<previousmonth>.
    I just want to automate this process but the main challenge comes up with email with txt attached. Please help me out.

    First create a SSIS variable(@[User::Path]) that store folder path as "C:\Test".
    Select the "Expression" tab in Send Mail Task Editor and select the appropriate property(FileAttachments) and assign the below expression.
    @[User::Path] + "\\Salesresults_" + (DT_WSTR, 10) MONTH( GETDATE() ) + (DT_WSTR, 10) YEAR( GETDATE() ) + ".txt"

    Hi Hetal,
    In ECM, you need only the Composite Survey Results (1271) infotype.  The Survey Results (1051) infotype is for CM.
    Coming to IT1271, this infotype will be automatically maintained for jobs if you are using the Job Pricing BSP. It is too elaborate to write everything down here. Please go through this link:

  • Director Survey - results are out

    Hi all,
    I have finally finished collating all the data from the
    survey after a
    few very intense days of working through all the responses.
    There were
    227 responses in total. Since the survey gave the respondent
    the ability
    to choose features rather than giving a specified range from
    which they
    could choose, it did make it very time consuming to collate.
    However, I
    hope that the results are more valuable because of this
    approach.

    In the top feature request page, I have given the results in
    a table as
    well as a graph. They are based on a weighted average so
    reflect final
    order of feature requests based on the responses. You'll

    I have forwarded the link to Adobe people and the response
    has been positive
    in that they do appreciate the data. It will be reviewed and
    discussed on
    their end. Someone (who filled in the survey) asked if I
    could let everyone
    know what Adobe say after their review of the survey results.
    That side of
    things may be confidential. But, anything I can share, I
    will. Now, when you
    see Director 11 come out and read all the new features, if
    you see an
    overlap with the survey results, I'll take 100% credit for
    that ;)

    Dear Friends,
    I have created a Survey in Mobiles and transfered it to to SAP CRM .
    how can i get the the final survey results in the BI or in SAP CRM.
    I checked the cubes and ODS in BW for the activities 0CRM_C08 , 0CRM_ACT I could not able to find the Questionnaire or the survey in any of the cubes.
    Does SAP stores these survey answers in the Cube or could anyone please tell me how can i bring those data in to the SAP BW.
    Or is there any Standard Transaction code in which i can do the analysis?

    I have used CRM_SURVEY_SUITE to create the survey and would like to analyse the same.
    I checked the CRM - BW cubes
    1. CRM Survey: Results  - 0SVY_DATA_1
    2. CRM Survey: Answers - 0SVY_ANSWER_TEXT
    but the surveys ID are not getting updated .
    can you tell me the cubes in which the Survey ID and the results can be updated.

    Hello,
    is it possible to use the functionality of surveys (or any similar) for the following scenario.
    Send out a questionaire to multiple participants and evaluate the result not as in survey suit as a summary, but also evaluate the individual answer of specific customers. This means we would like to know who answered the survey in which way.

  • Emailing IR results as CSV attachment

    Hello All,
    I have a requirement to email IR results as a CSV attachment.
    I can get the SQL for the IR by querying APEX_APPLICATION_PAGE_IR.SQL_QUERY but that is just the "base" query and doesn't include computed column. It also includes columns I may have have chosen to suppress. How can I reference the "current" IR filter??
    I think once I can construct the SQL statement to match the current IR display, I can save it as a blob and the construct and send the email and attachment using APEX_MAIL.SEND and APEX_MAIL.ADD_ATTACHMENT.
    So, is this the desired approach? Or is there an easier way to email the results of an IR in CSV format?

    Hi Monty,
    In Apex 4.1 (not sure about earlier versions) if you go to "Download" under the "Actions" drop down you will get an option for email. Obviously you will have to have the email service set up in Apex for it to work. This sends the report as an HTML attachment, I'm not sure if this can be tweaked to send as CSV. Obviously you could down load the results as a csv and then mail them manually.

  • Web Survey & Analysis of Survey Result in BW

    Hi,
    I am creating a Web Survey Application using Survey Cockpit(Tcode SURVEY) in BW.
    There is option available for "Analysis of Survey results" via Analysis function in Survey Cockpit in BW.
    My question is in which data provider(cube or ODS), data is getting saved in BW once the survey reply comes back to BW system. From where the survey cockpit is fetching the data for Analysis ?

    I am creating Web Survey with the help of the information on help.sap.com, for which you also sent me the link.
    I know about the Cube and ODS . If you read the first statement of the link doc you sent me, it says
    "You evaluate the results of a survey to learn how the answers are distributed to your questions within the target group. The Web Survey visualizes the result data with the help of graphical overviews." - Where does it save the result data?
    The cube 0WS_C01 & Application Library are another options of evaluating the result data.
