CRS 5 Supervisor,Admin logging problem

Good day.
Today i've created CSQ and new agents for customer.
CAD launch on the first agent was fine,it asked me upgrade version of CAD,upgrade took few seconds,after that on the second Agent's PC i faced with logging issue.
See attachment.
I see this error message on CAD,Supervisor and Admin launch.
What can it be?

just to understand more, the problem appears when you try to upgrade the CAD, CDA and the CSD from the PC? am i correct?
if so, then the issue is related to a  communication failure (Proxy config most prbably) between the agent and  the UCCX, to workaround this problem (try at first with one of the  agents, and then run it on all)
1- uninstall the CAD
2- download the exe file from the UCCX server. you can download it by sharing the following file:
C:\Program Files\wfavvid\tomcat_appadmin\webapps\TUP\CAD
3- copy the CAD installer (cant remember the name of the folder,sorry) from there to the agent's PC, and then install it

    I have a problem that appears to have started about April 5 when I updated RAID Admin and Xerve RAID firmware to latest versions. Since then, I'm only seeing last two days of entries in the log (ie: what you see in the "Events" tab in RAID Admin). Strangely, entries up to to April 5 are preserved.
    Of course I did't notice this until some was already lost. But now I want to fix it. I don't see any setting for "max log length" or similar.
    Further more, I could use an explanation of where this log lives -- is it something that RAID Admin retrieves from the RAID box, or is it somehow preserved on the computer running RAID Admin or what?

    Simply? There is no simple way.
    But if you will accept a way that is not so simple, there is a company that sells a product that allows you to run a Java class as a service under NT. I don't remember its name but it has been named several times in the past in answers to this same question. A search of the forums would probably find it.

    Hi Folks,
    Last month, I had encountered this incident "Another supervisor just logged in with the sameID you are logged in with" when I launched the CSD. When I looked at other supervisors account of the same team we were just the two of us. We are using AD and I am sure we have unique username/password. It worked before. I restarted the application, I uninstall then re-install. I cannot find any solution to it. Hope you can help me resolve this issue. I attached the snapshot of the error.

    Do you have access to the UCCX(E) server?  If so, run the showlicenseusage.exe file next time it happens and find out what IP address the "other" user is logged in as you from.

    Another possibility is that the machine you are logging in on already has an instance of CSD running that you are logged in to.  Check your task manager for an already running process (supervisor.exe).

    I would like to implement an error logger that will do the following tasks when a error/exception arrises:
    - surpress the DacfErrorPopupLogger
    - alert the user that an error has occured with a simplified popup (create a global listener then use the ErrorAttributes to create the text of the popup)
    - log the error in a file with a timestamp and all error information
    - later if the above works....i would like to add the error attributes (time stamp, error type) to a oracle object/ Jdev domain.
    Questions:
    What is the best technique to use....errorManager, error logger ...?? combination
    How do i use the error manager to register listners for the errors?.
    In the following code i am not sure how to access the ErrorsAttributes[] array that is returned by loggerReader.getErrors();
    Any general tips places to find sample code on errorManager or associated interfaces, will be appreciated
    I used the OutPutStreamLogger to write error information to a FileOutputStream then a loggerReader to get the error attributes from the file. The reason i went in this direction is because i found some smple code on the outputStream logger.

  • ACS v5.1 View not showing full Admin Logs

    Hi,
         I am having trouble viewing all the Administration logs in ACS View. I have my Local Log Target set to a Maximum log retention period of 90 days. In ACS View I can display authentications that go back 90 days +
    However when I try and display the "ACS_Configuration_Audit" in View and perform a Custom query that goes back 90 days it will only display about 35 days of Admin logs.
    I know the logs are there because when I go into CLI and do a search like "show logging | i "ObjectType=Administrator Account" the Administration logs go back over a year.
    Does anyone know why ACS View cannot display all the Admin logs?
    The ACS is running v5.1.0.44 Patch 6 (Also experiencing this in a v5.2 ACS as well)

           Thanks for the reply. I was aware there was a 100 page limit on View logs. However, when I am trying to to view the last 3 months of Admin logs I only get 3 pages which go back to Apr 11 on my 5.1 ACS and 8 pages that go back to Mar 1 on the 5.2 ACS. Is this an known issue or should I log a TAC case? (The admin logs go back a lot further in CLI)

    dear members,
    I have a log problem with my x2-02, only the last occurrence belonging to a certain contact (in the contacts book), is logged. When a new handling-occurence linked to this contact happened, only this last handling is logged (all the previous are deleted, not there anymore).
    This was not the situation before, I did play a little bit through the menu and after that it happened. Of course I did already try the regular solutions, soft reset-hard reset, reinstalling the (latest software). But till now nothing did work.
    Can someone assist on this

When i go to contacts, and choose the option "View conversations" i see with certain persons, that there are also conversations (sms messages)  not pertaining/belonging to that contact (belonging to more different contacts).
    Does this bell ring some where?

  • JMX error in admin log

    In Admin log file , i get an error
    "The administration server was unable to establish JMS connectivity with the managedserver at the JMX service URL of serviceURL"
    The managed server state are unknown.
    how do i fix this to control my managed server through admin server.

    So your managed servers were originally started by nodemanager from the original admin server, but now can't be reached from the backup admin server ?
    I'm not sure that you can "transfer" control of the domain - while its managed servers are running - from one admin server to another without restarting the managed servers.
    But here's what I would try:
    remove the boot.properties and startup.properties files from the managed server's data/nodemanager directory
    then kill the java process of the managed server to allow the nm process to perform a restart

    now this message is pretty obvious. So the needed information would be:
    ls -ld /oracle/QAA/102_64/rdbms/admin
    ls -ld /oracle/QAA/102_64/rdbms/admin/log
    ls -ld brtools
    id
    and then compare if the user executing brtools has appropiate rights.
    Most likely you did not run saproot.sh so brtools might not be set suid to oraqaa
    and you are executing as qaaadm.

  • Slow in accessing Virtual Admin, Log Viewer and ConfigTool

    I'm trying to access the Virtual Admin, Log Viewer and ConfigTool remotely and the accessing speed is awfully slow.
    Slow in terms of when I click on certain menu, it took me about 30-60 seconds just load the items.
    Any particular setting that I can do to improve the loading speed?
    P/S: I'm running SAP EP 7.0 on Sun Solaris 10, Oracle 10g, Java 1.4.3

  • Big Events.log in $COMMON_TOP/admin/log

    Hello,
    I have noticed there are always many logs in the $COMMON_TOP/admin/log. Apart from the concurrent managers logs etc, there are those Events.logs which can grow to any size as long as the apps keeps running.
    New ones are however created upon restart of apps and I can clear the old ones.
    I will like to reduce what is written to the Events.log so that they do not grow too big. Can someone let me how to do this or point me to an article on these logs?

    I have found the solution I wanted and I think it may be useful to someone later and that is why I am posting this.
    Those LARGE eventxx.logs under $COMMON_TOP/admin/log are Fulfillment Server logs and looking through them, I don't really know their benefits and I have been deleting them but I can swtich off the loggings now.
    This is detailed in the metalink note ID 601375.1

  • Can't install ITunes-Error 2324-Admin log in

    When I tried opening ITunes tonight, it asked me to download the new version. When I tried to download, it wouldn't allow me to do it. I uninstalled ITunes and when I tried to re-install, I got an error stating that it had encountered an unexpected error installing this package, error code 2324. I looked up error code 2324 on the computer and Microsoft instructed me to run the Fix It program. After running this program, I was able to run the ITunes install to a certain point, getting further than I had so far tonight. Then I got an error box that said, "The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Program Files\iTunes. The installation cannot continue. Log in as administrator or contact your system administrator."
    What do I have to log into as the administrator? My computer? I am the only user/admin on my computer and the only person who even uses my computer.
    I need to fix this....all of my music is on my IPod and without iTunes, I can't access it or purchase new music, which was all I was trying to do tonight.

    Error 1305 is usualy something to do with the CD drive or the media.
    Are you trying to install from the CD?

  • Physical standby database standby redo log problem

    We have a physical standby database , I've created some standby redo log files but my problem is that they aren't used,
    their status in v$stanby_log view is UNASSIGNED
    and I see this message (ORA-16086: standby database does not contain available standby log files) in primary database alert_log file
    while when I run "alter system switch logfile" in the primary database it transfer redo logs to the physsical standby database
    and archive log file will be created in standby database
    I've even recreated the standby redo log files and I added new ones to them but the problem wasn't solved
    Do you know what is problem ?

    We uninstalled delegated admin 6.0, and we installed 6.4. Now login to old organizations, created with the old DA (6.0), using the organization admin username and password fails, and login to new organizations created with the new DA (6.4), using the organization admin username and password succeeds.     I am running Iplanet messaging server 5.2 and am having problems loging into the delegated administrator. When I try to log in as ServiceAdmin I immediately get a screen telling me that the session has timed out and to re-authenticate.

    I am trying to start the Admin server in the IPlanet Web server, but it is
    not starting...i am not able to see the Admin server web pages.Moreover i
    have forgotten the Admin passwd also..HOw do i make it work ? But port 80 is

    Mohan you password for admin server are stored in an encrypted format in \usr\iPlanet\Servers\https-admserv\config\admpw. For some reason Iplanet dosent document how to generate encrypted password file, if you have another admin instance that you know the password of please copy the \usr\iPlanet\Servers\https-admserv\config\admpw file to the instance you are having problems with.
    You can also generate encrypted passwords with apache htpasswd tools.
    For problems with the admin server not able to start look into your error log file and post the symptoms here.
