CS6: Where is the "Send Script" sample script?

On page 10 of "Adobe Illustrator CS6 Scripting Guide", it says:
There is a new method in the JavaScript Application class, sendScriptMessage(), that allows you
to send a script to a plug-in and receive the result. A new sample script, Send Script, in the
Scripting/SampleScripts folder, illustrates the usage.
Where is it? Adobe just forget to package this script into?

That's odd. I looked and could not find it either. However, I checked with the engineering team, and here's sample code to use the sendScriptMessage() method:
app.sendScriptMessage("Adobe Custom Workspace","Switch Workspace", '<workspace="Tracing"');

Where is the send button in adobe send? I listed all the files I want and the screen where you are supposed to be able to send the files only has a cancel button. I have tried this on two different browsers. Send Now worked flawlessly; I can't even use the new product since there is no send button.

It appears that the issue is with this particular computer. I have a
laptop with the identical software and virus (AVG 2015). When I started
Adobe Send, the button was there. Sorry for the confusion.
I am a die-hard Send Now fan. When I first tried using Send my files
wouldn't completely upload, probably because of my upload speed. They
are doing fine now and this will be the first week is use Send to upload
our church radio show to the radio station.
I thank you for your patience and again apology for taking your time on
an issue that wound up being limited to this one computer.

Where are the STARTER PAGE samples in Dreamweaver CS4?

Hi, I can't find the STARTER PAGE samples in DW CS4. Where
they are?
The starter page samples are VERY IMPORTANT!!

Dreamweaver is supposed to by a WYSIWYG type program...
You've been misinformed. DW has never been a WYSIWYG program.
The starter pages in CS3 were sorely out of date and inferior by today's standards. Adobe took them out of CS5 until better ones could be created. You'll find plenty of starter page resources below:

Where is the "Send as Text Message" option?

This article: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2425311,00.asp indicates that clicking and holding on a sent iMessage in iOS 7 pops up a menu with the following three options: 'Copy', 'Send as Text Message' and 'More...'. On my iPhone 5 (iOS 7.0.4) I don't get the 'Send as Text Message' option. Why? Thanks.

Thanks. I tried to do this but the message goes out on iMessage instantaneously. No time to hold on it and select the 'Send as Text Message' option.
My problem is I am trying to send a message to someone's iPhone without a data plan. So, when the person is away and not connected to Wi-Fi, he or she will not receive my messages that go out on iMessage (and likely land on the person's other Apple devices at home). Combining iMessage with SMS seems like an error on Apple's side. Is there a workaround?

Where is the "Send" tab?

We have a free account and send 3-4 agreements each month. Suddenly the "Send" tab is completely missing. How can I send contracts? I've logged in and out using Firefox and Explorer.

I'm having the same problem. I can sign into my account with my Adobe CC ID but there is no option to 'Send' or 'Get a Document Signed'. When I click on the 'Adobe Document Cloud' link in the top left corner, I am taken to a new interface which does have a link to 'Send for Signature'. When I click that, I get an error message saying "You are not authorized to send documents for signature". The web address in the title bar reads "Adobe Cancelled Accounts Channel".
I have a paid Adobe Creative Cloud subscription and was using EchoSign just last week. I have a contract ready to send to a client tonight. Has Adobe cancelled my account or suspended services without notifying me first?

In AI CS6 where is the Hide Artwork Outside Artboard command?

Using AI CS6, I am trying to hide artwork that extends beyond the artboard, but I cannot find the command in any menu. Where is it?

Never mind. I downloaded Inkscape which is a free open-source vector editor, and it has the availability to show the artboard without the overhanging art. Beautiful software. I may just convert to using it all the time.

Photoshop CS6 - Where did the checkbox go to toggle a Path's 'handles' on/off ?????

Just starting to work with CS6. I click on a path, which shows the path nodes.... then go to the top menu interactive menu bar at the top of the screen to 'click-ON' the checkbox to display the path's transform corner handles.... and discover it is no longer there??!!
Where the heck did they put it? Please don't tell me Adobe deleted this basic and oft - used function and made it a multi-finger, cluster-hump keyboard ONLY command?
Can I get this feature to display at the top menu header bar again?

Thanks Noel.....Wow.... Adobe's idea of advancements always end up as a set-back in another area. Wouldn't you think that it's a common function to alter a path in relation to it's corresponding image? Why they think going through contorted, multi-finger key combos to enact a simple function is user friendly has always perplexed me. They must have an agreement with Carpal Tunnel Surgeons

Where did the 'sending mail' bar go?

I remember at some point, when I sent a msg with an attachment, there used to be a bar which would fill on the bottom lefthand side of the window showing how much of the message had been sent. Once it would fill (indicating that 100% of the msg was sent), Mail would ding and the msg would appear in my sent folder. Where oh where did this 'sent mail' bar go?
And how do I get it back?

at the bottom left (of your complete macmail window), you see a plus sign, an +arrow in a square box+ and a preferences cog wheel. click on the middle arrow in square box), the mail activity window will slide up, and you can see what is happening again.

Where is the Sender Verification Text Box PSE 8

With a verification code (for sharing e-mail attachments or sharing by Photo Mail) I need to know where I "paste" this code.

When you start the sharing process, window will come wherein it will ask you to enter the verification code. So you just need to start the sharing process and while traversing through the windows it will ask you to enter the code.

Where has the 'send a gift' section gone in iTunes?

A while ago I sent a piece of music as a gift to a friend. It was done by clicking a link on the iTunes page when I selected a song and went on to pay.
I tried to do this again today but the link doesn't seem to be there.
There is one for vouchers, etc but not individual songs.
Any ideas anyone?

I just took a look at several albums chosen at random in the UK iTunes Music Store, and every one had the Gift This Music link. So the feature has not gone missing, at any rate. Select the album and it's right under the album title. If you want to gift just a particular track, each track (unless it's an album-only track) will have a button for "Gift Song".

EXS send to sampler warning.

OK, *LARGE WARNING*
For those of you using the new "send to sampler option" a lot, make sure when saving that you have the assets/ *copy EXS instruments to project folder* and *copy EXS samples to project folder* selected.
I've just pulled up two projects from last week and the "*send to sampler*" instruments samples have completely disappeared, including a six hour cutting up old breaks for my library session which I hadn't transferred to my main EXS library yet.
Good lord.
Those options have since been selected and it seem to be OK.
But we will see... said the blind man.

Well yeah, I know I can do it this way, but that's loads of steps.
What I thought, or rather what I though would have been possible as a "Send to sampler" option, would have been an auto convert transients to individual regions and save as individual regions in a designated file, before automatically loading those sample back to the EXS.
Then I could have saved and indexed those instruments in my main library, not some useless virtual nonsense that is impossible to keep track of. Like I would do with a real physical sampler.
I though that's what the transient feature would have been.
I guess my expectations of this feature were just too good to be true.
Never mind, maybe next year eh.
I give you 5 brownie point for the sentiment though.

Are you talking about the program for writing scripts for photoshop, which is Extendscript Toolkit (ESTK)? It should be located where you normally find programs with your operating system. You can do a search for extendscript to find the program.
