  • Redirect to custom url after successful authentication by OAM

    Hello,
    I need to redirect the user to some custom url instead of original requested url after successful authentication in OAM 11.1.2 (11g release2).
    The requirement in my case is depending upon the user type and the region(one of the user's ldap attributes) it belongs to, it should be redirected to one of the 2 available applications.
    I have tried implementing the same using custom authentication plugin in which I have used RedirectionActionContext class.
    I have also tried setting plugin response as REDIRECT and specifying the custom page url.
    I have also tried changing the "resource_url" parameter in authentication context.
    However, none of above approaches are working.
    Can anybody help me?
    Thanks,

    Hello,
    I have exactly the same requirement. Have you solved the problem?

  • Process.conf file not found after installing Sun One Portal Server 6.0

    This extract is from the Sun One Portal Server development guide for logging error or logs in log file. This says that to generate the log, entry should be done to enable logging in process.conf file. I could not find any such file after installing Sun One Portal Server 6.0.

    Reporting Errors to the Robot Log File
    When problems occur, robot application functions should return an appropriate response status code (such as REQ_ABORTED), and they should also log an error inthe error log file.
    To use the error-logging functionality, you must include the file log.h in thesdk/robot/include/libcs directory. After you have ensured that log.h exists in the correct place, you can use the cslog_error macro to report errors. The prototype is in the following format:
    cslog_error(int n, int loglevel, char* errorMessage)
    The first parameter is not currently used (may be used in the future) You can pass
    this as any integer.
    The second parameter is the log level. When the log level is less than or equal to the log level setting in the file process.conf, the error message is written in the robot.log.

    Since removing the log settings from magnus.conf failed to fix the problem, the log settings are probably not the source of the problem.
    Did anything else - e.g. ColdFusion configuration changes - occur at about the same time you changed the log settings?

  • Triggering a custom program after session is processed

    Hi All,
           I have created a session say SES1 .
    Is it possible to trigger a custom program after the SES1 gets successfully processed?
           Can anyone help me on this issue.
    Thanks for your precious time.

    hi
    YES, YOU CAN DO THIS USING SUBMIT
    You can call executable programs from other ABAP programs using the following statement:
    SUBMIT <rep>|(<field>) [AND RETURN] [<options>].
    You can either specify the name of the program you want to call statically by entering the program name in the code of the calling program, or dynamically by specifying the name of a field (in parentheses) containing the name of the program.

  • Restric Access to Captive Portal after successfull authentication

    I have setup a WAP321 with the captive portal activated.
    2 WLAN networks defined, one for the Normal-user and 1 Guest-user access (with captive portal).
    The WAP Management is on its own vlan (vlan 1 ) , network 10.0.0.0 /24
    The Normal network has a different vlan (vlan 14) , network 192.168.14.0/24
    Guest user(s) are on VLAN143 , 172.16.10.0 /24
    So when a guest connects to the wap, the management interface is openend (10.0.0.x), after successfull authentication the user is redirected to a predefined site.
    What i would like to establish is to make it impossible for the Guest-user(s) to access the management portal.
    Defining an acl on the management portal is not possible as i would like to use any ip adres on the Normal Network (192.168.14.0/24).
    unfortunally you can only define 5 Fixed ipaddresses and not a (sub)-network.
    regards
    eddy

    Good morning  Mr. Mulder,
    It it possible to set and access-list on your WAP321 that restrict access from users on the complete network 172.16.10.0/24.
    Let me share with you the information found on guide me section on this forum about this topic.
    I encourage you to make use of this useful tool if you have any other question about configuration on the future.
    http://sbkb.cisco.com/CiscoSB/ukp.aspx?vw=1&docid=c1a32843a14846af8c20a91532c39d16_acl.xml&pid=4&fcid=&fpid=&slnid=6
    Check the section 6, where you could set the configuration using the network 172.16.10.0/24 as source address and 10.0.0.0 /24 as destination.
    hope you find this answer useful, if it was satisfactory for you, please mark the question as Answered.
    Thank you

  • Redirect to the jsp page after user authenticated successfully  …

    Here is the requirement …
    I’m using “JAAS – Custom Login Module” for user authentication.
    I have few questions in Portal Logon process …
    1. Exactly at what point I can conclude that the user has been authenticated successfully, because I have to redirect the user to some other page for the first time logon to enter some information, subsequent logins shouldn’t be redirected. (I can update flag upon entering information).
    2. Where should I add my redirection code? Is it in my JASS Custom Login Module?
    If yes, how can I do that ? I’m more consider on “where should I add it”?
    3. Do I need to change my “UmLogonPage.jsp” to complete my requirement?
    4. Once after entering the Logon information, who will call my JASS – Custom Login Module for authentication? If authentication has failed who will return the control back to the “umLogonPage.jsp”?
    5. In my JASS Custom Login Module, I have no redirections except having logic for authentication process, and some Login Exceptions are thrown for failure logins.
    6. Who will catch these exceptions for failure logins to redirect back to the “umLogonPage.jsp”.
    7. Finally I like to know where can I add my redirection logic once the user has been authenticated successfully?
    8. last but not least can any of the experts explain the whole login process (using JASS module)? How the control goes from one component to another?
    Any kind of help is appreciated.
    Points can be awarded for useful answers.
    Thanks
    MMK

    Thanks a lot for your valuable reply.

    You said i have to modify "header.jsp", can you please tell which .par file should i get to modify?
    one more question to you ... i have provide custom logon error messages to the user ... i did all the modification in logon.par and deployed in EP 6 .. working fine .. i can able to see "User ID Missing" , "Password Missing" etc ..
    when i place same peace of code in EP 7 it always displaying "User Authentication failed". can u guess what whould be the problem?
    Thanks

  • Java Iview Runtime error after logon

    Hello,
    we are facing some problem regarding our EP 7.0 SP13. We have an anonymous page as our home page, with some anonymous ivews, like "help", "news", etc and one iview with authentication set to default where users log into the portal and access to the private section of the portal.
    That ivew does a redirection to /irj/portal and since the user is athenticated it will led him to the private home. The problem is that after logon, a Java iview runtime error appears, and users must refresh the browser to access the private section. (user is logged before the error appears).
    We have checked this is not happening with users with "super admin" o "content admin" role. They are able to log into the portal, and redirection is working fine. So we think there can be some problem with security zones or authentication somewhere in the portal, but since this is the standard logon component i don´t know why is this not working.
    We have checked that the redirection is working, and we have made some tests with different kind of iviews like KM iviews, URL iviews, pictures, etc. Only admin users are able to log in correctly, the others get the java iview runtime error, so we think the problem is with to standard logon...
    Here goes a trace of our problem (defaultrace.trc):

    can anyone help us with this problem?
    Thanks in advance

    The problem was solved, it was a permission problem.
    The anonymous role which allow access to the anonymous section of the portal was assigned to anonymous user, but it hasn´t everyone permission. So anonymous users were able to see anonymous pages, but when they login they lose the role, and java iview error happened, unless they had admin rights.
    Solved assigned by assigning everyone to that role.
    Thanks

  • Redirect after successful authentication

    Hi Experts,
    I am trying to redirect the users to a different portal component after they are successfully authenticated, as I need the details of the authenticated user, especially the R3Name that was mapped to. I have done the below modifications in umLogonPage.jsp of the logon application:
    Deleted the form action:
    onaction="<%=inPortal?"":logonBean.getLogonURL(proxy, null)%>";
       2. Deleted the onSubmit of the form:
    ?"onSubmit=\"javascript:addTenantPrefix();\"":""
      3. Changed the type of logon button to button from submit.
      4. Then, I have added the below script in the umLogonPage.jsp which is being called onclick of the logon button:
    function payrollPnumCheck()
      addTenantPrefix();
      var logonAction =  "<%=inPortal?"":logonBean.getLogonURL(proxy, null)%>";
      <%
      boolean locked = PayrollStatus.isPayrollProcessing();
      if((locked)){
      %>
      alert(location.pathname);
      window.location.assign("http://zabrysvsapzhd:50000/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.dd.payrollProcessing.systemLocked");
      <%
      }else{%>
      document.logonForm.action=logonAction;
        document.logonForm.submit();
      <%}%>
    But, the portal is not being redirected after the authentication.
    Please let me know what am I doing wrong here. I am quite new to js and jsp.
    Thank you,
    Sai

    How are these Portal components deployed in the portal, NWDI activites or EAR/SDAs?
    IN either way you should be able to get a link to the landing page (might be index.html or jsp) e.g. http://<SAP>.<domain>:5xx000/<Application-Deployed-EAR>/root/landingIndex.html (in case of EAR SDA deployments) or http://<SAP>.<domain>:5xx000/<SID_TrackID_D><DC>/landingIndex.html
    These URLs can be wrapped in a URL iVIew and then assigned to a Page with no padding and borders so as to appear as a like any other normal webpage.
    If you don't change he page display settings you'll get the Framework headings, title and all SAP standard components and would look weird if the application is not a dynpro one.

  • Is there a R3 table to track who are currently logon into SAP portal?

    Hey, Gurus,
    Is there a R3 table to track who are currently logon into SAP portal?
    Thanks inadvance!
    Fisher

    What I am trying to accomplish is that we have a customized SAP web dynpro program with Java that access R3 data.
    I would like to create a lock in R3 to prevent the record in R3 being accessed by more than one person.
    The problem was that in our customized portal programs will not always exit gracefully and the lock will not be cleared correctly all the time.
    If there is a way that I can access the user logon data in portal (java stack), I will try to figure out how to unlock the record after the person exit.
    Thanks!

  • SAP BPC Custom Process Type - passing parameters

    Hi,
    I wish to create a custom process type with custom parameters which can be populated from the Data Manager package execution. I went thru the tutorial by Rich mentioned [here|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/b0427318-5ffb-2b10-9cac-96ec44c73c11]. But because of access issues, I cannot install the classes on my system using the .BPC files.
    Can someone please guide me as to how I can use custom parameters in my process type? So far, I have tried adding the parameter but haven't been successful:
    1) Created a class ZCL_UJD_BPC_TEST (with superclass CL_UJD_ACTOR) and populated all the methods for this class.
    2) Created a class ZCL_UJD_TEST and created a constructor and PROCESS method. Here I tried to read the parameter XXXXXX.
    3) Added the ZBPCTEST process type in RSPC
    4) Created a custom process chain with a custom variant /CPMB/ZYYYYYY for the ZBPCTEST process type.
    5) Created the DM package and passed value to the parameter XXXXXX using dynamic script.
    However, I get the error "Cannot configure the parameter XXXXX in task YYYYYYYY".
    Thanks,
    Shailesh Kamath.

    Hi Shailesh,
    Did u solve this, we also implemented same in BPC 7.5 NW but after migration many methods become obselete,please let me know how you approached.

  • Change pwd after logon

    Hello,
    I used custom auth base on employee table.
    I would like to force user change pwd after logon
    Please help me on this case
    Thank you.

    Hi Halit,
    <li> Create a Change password Page and keep a FLAG column in your custom table and if the users enters into the application for the first time means, set the FLAG to FL, and redirect the user to the Change Password Page.
    <li> If the user enter into application for the second time means, update your FLAG column and set the FLAG to SL and redirect the users to the first page of the application. So the users who have the Flag like SL means it will navigate to the first page of the application.
    <li> Under the login page process, give something like below
    DECLARE
      l_flag VARCHAR2(20);
    BEGIN
      SELECT upper(flag)
        INTO l_flag
        FROM final_users---------------------------------------------------------->your custom table where the user, password, flag columns are present
       WHERE upper(username)=upper(:P101_USERNAME);
      IF l_flag='FL' THEN
        wwv_flow_custom_auth_std.login(
          P_UNAME       => :P101_USERNAME,
          P_PASSWORD    => :P101_PASSWORD,
          P_SESSION_ID  => v('APP_SESSION'),
          P_FLOW_PAGE   => :APP_ID||':87'-------------------->May be your Change Password Page
    ELSIF l_flag='SL' THEN
        wwv_flow_custom_auth_std.login(
          P_UNAME       => :P101_USERNAME,
          P_PASSWORD    => :P101_PASSWORD,
          P_SESSION_ID  => v('APP_SESSION'),
          P_FLOW_PAGE   => :APP_ID||':27'-------------------->May be your application first page

  • OIM 11g R1 - Modifying a Resource Erases Custom Process Task ???

    I've created a Generic Resource in OIM that uses the Database Applications Table connector 9.1.0.5.0.
    Then I add my own process tasks through Design Console under "Process Management -> Process Definitions". On each custom process task I've attached my own custom adapters, which I created through "Development Tools -> Adapter Factory" in Design Console. These custom adapters use methods from my Java code. My Java jar file is located in "Oracle_IDM1/server/JavaTasks".
    Now here is the issue:
    Whenever I modify this resource in OIM under "Configuration -> Manage Generic Connector" (E.g Changing reconciliation type from Full to Incremental), all my custom process tasks get deleted.
    What is the reason for this? Is there a solution for this problem?

    This is indeed a major flaw for GTC. Below I found this issue in a Oracle doc.
    Doc Link: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E14571_01/doc.1111/e14309/aptrouble.htm
    Below is a description of this issue from the Oracle documentation
    Summary:
    Customization work done on objects of a generic technology connector would be overwritten if you perform a Manage Generic Technology Connector operation.
    Description:
    You can use the Design Console to customize connector objects that are automatically created during generic technology connector creation. However, after you customize connector objects, if you perform a Manage Generic Technology Connector operation, then all the customization done on the connector objects would be overwritten. Therefore, Oracle recommends that you to apply one of the following guidelines:
    Do not use the Design Console to modify generic technology connector objects.
    The exception to this guideline is the IT resource. You can modify the parameters of the IT resource by using the Design Console. However, if you have enabled the cache for the GenericConnector and GenericConnectorProviders categories, then you must purge the cache either before or after you modify IT resource parameters. See "Purging the Cache" in the Oracle Fusion Middleware System Administrator's Guide for Oracle Identity Manager for information about running the PurgeCache utility.
    If you use the Design Console to modify generic technology connector objects, then do not use the Manage Generic Technology Connector feature to modify the generic technology connector.
    Connector objects that are automatically created are not deleted even if the generic technology connector creation process fails.

  • How to automate the WM/shipping process after the consignment issue ?

    I am looking for the best way to automate the shipping process after the consignment issue orders has been created. since Warehouse/shipping process will not consist of any actual picking and shipment but we are still required to go through the use of Vl01N and VL02N for Delivery Note and Good issue... steps......I want to know if there is any best practice is to automate the call to VL01N,VLO2N for all the completed consignment issue orders that SAP suggest or someone has done some work in this space.....and can share their views.....
    one situation to explain the needs....
    Create the consignment issue orders via EDI....and once they are there ...we need a automatic process to find these order and create the delivery note , goods issue documents.........looking forward to hear from experts who can inform  if there is a standard SAP process( automatic)  out there or we need to do some custom development....to achieve this....thanks.....

    Thanks for the insight....we are thinking to have a new custom table added which will have all the order that needs to batch processed and if we have any errors we can re process them from the control table ( new custom table)...please let us knwo if there is any other way to do this....or sap already has some tables....whihc we can use...to automate....as a batch process.....
