Customer Service e-mail to cancel the contract

Hey,
I've just joined the Creative Cloud but found out I can't really use it.
I just got it a few days ago, and since I have 30 days to cancel it and get my money back I would like to do so.
Does anybody know which email I have to write the cancellation to?

Once the billing cycle ends, a final bill will be mailed (snail mail) to the address of record on the account.  Pay that, and you are done.

  • Customer service e-mail

    Folks,
I have been having a problem with my iPod nano and my XP machine. So far I have not been able to get a reply in the forums.
Does anyone have a customer service e-mail for Canada? Or know someone I can contact in writing?
    Regards,
    Bill

There is no email support available. If you've had your Nano for fewer than 90 days, you can get complimentary telephone Apple Support in Canada by calling 1-800-263-3394.

  • Customer service e-mail l

Please fix the customer service e-mail link.
I really need to speak with someone.

The link is still not coming up- and I tried the reload the blank page- and got nada. I'm a little upset with all of this because it seems like I have purchased an expensi've paperweight.
My Zen microphoto randomly stopped working- pausing at the Creative logo. I have tried the clean up option- my battery dies while still in progress. I have tried reformatting- same deal- the unit dies before it completes. Everytime the battery has been fully charged. I tried the restore option- it either doesn't register that the unit is connected- or it does for half the process and then states it's not connected. If I could contact customer service- I might be able to get some assistance. If not- I guess I can check out what Philips and IRi'ver is offering. At least their products might work longer than the 90 day warranty.

  • The days are gone when a customer service manager could actually serve the customer.

I can remember a day when asking to "speak to a manager" actually meant you were talking to someone who the company entrusted the authority to think outside box and take care of a customer.  AT&T has created a system where there is no real authority.  My issue? I signed up for the next plan and selected a Galaxy S6 Edge.  After about a week I was really struggling with the phone and went to AT&T to talk to an expert.  They helped me with a few of my issues but I learned that the real issue was touchwiz.  Coming from an LG phone I didn't like some of Samsung's ideas of how a UI should work.  They talked me into sticking with it because the phone was the best.  After more time (maybe a week) I went back.  I had issues with my hands being too big for the phone.  I kept touching the edge of the screen inadvertently.  Again, I was talked into sticking with it. After a month, I was done. I took my pristine phone back to AT&T with all the original packing. It had been in a case and had a screen protector installed since day one.   I found out that I had kept it past the 14 day window and that I was stuck. I thought if I spoke to a manager they would hear my case and rule in my favor. This was to no avail. I contacted the support found through their website. No one could help. They were all powerless. Even after hearing my plight they couldn’t do anything. They “System” would not allow it. At the store they suggested I sell my phone and buy a different one. So, I found an LG G4 and loaded my SIM. Now, I am trying to sell my S6 and no one wants it because it is not “unlocked.” Wow, now I have a phone that I can’t sell. You would think that AT&T would help a person out who their own people encouraged to keep with a product they didn’t like. You would think that AT&T would step up and do something special for a long time customer like myself. R.I.P. Customer Service.

You can easily unlock the phone. Send the request through the unlock portal.
I recently unlocked 2 of my phones. After I confirmed the email and got the code, I went to a T-Mobile and explained I was unlocking my ATT phones so I could use them out of the country. They were great, popped in a sim, entered the code, done in 3 minutes.

  • Can you buy the iphone with the at&t contract than cancel the contract?

Does anyone know or has anyone tried getting the iphone with AT&T and then canceling the contract? What is ATT charging for iphone if I do this and then cancel my contract? Seems like this is the only way to buy the phone outright without going through e-bay.

AT&T does sell the iPhone without a contract however it is still carrier locked.
    3G 8GB - $499
    3GS 16GB - $599
    3GS 32GB - $699
Also if they have a 3G 16GB still in stock then its $549.
This is all according to AT&T's iPhone FAQ:

Installed my Photoshop Elements 7 on my new laptop.  Says my serial number is invalid.  Chatted with customer service rep and she says the number should work. What now?

    Hi,
Did the serial number come from a boxed set and previously installed from disc and are you now trying to install from a download?
If so, that will not work - the serial numbers are different.
If you don't have a dvd drive on your new system, perhaps you could get someone to copy your disc to a memory stick and install from that.

  • Can I cancel the contract with AT&T immediately after I purchased a refurbished ipad mini 2?

Hello, I was a student in the US and I am exchanging to Europe for one year now.  I would like to buy a refurnished Ipad mini 2 with AT&T for my study in Europe, which means I don’t need to use AT&T in the next year.
    http://store.apple.com/us/product/FF066LL/A/refurbished-ipad-mini-2-wi-fi-cellul ar-for-att-16gb-space-gray
It shows we can cancel the contract with out penalty on Apple website. However, I still have some questions:
    1. How to cancel the AT&T contract, if I am not in the US already.
    2. It is supposed can be use for other carrier in Europe, right? (Unlocked/ international)
Is there anyone can solve my problem? Thank you so much!

I am in Europe at this moment.
If I just get a unlocked and without contract ipad mini that would be handy for me:)
But the name of the product is "
    Refurbished iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi + Cellular for AT&T 16GB - Space Gray".
I heard that the refurbished products do not under any contract....it was under AT&T before.
    Is it right?
"Cellular for AT&T" confused me ;$

  • Adobe Customer Service had drastically deteriorated in the past few years.

I have worked in IT for more than 25 years. In  this period I have seen Adobe's customer service deteriorate dramtically. Technology it is now made it possible to have tech support and customer service agents any place in world, which usually means the lowest cost countries, such as India. This may help the bottom line for Adobe. However, it makes live very difficult for us IT professionals. We waste hundreds of hours a year dealing with issues, which used to take minutes to resolve. Now we get " sorry for the inconvenience". You will receive a reply on 4 to 5 days.
On November 30th of this year, becuase of an "upgrade" for my Acroba 9, my acrobat Livecycle suddenly stopped working. I decided to bite the bullet and spend nearly $200 to upgarde to acrobat XI, thinking that this would resolve my problem with Acrobat 9 and LiveCyle. Big mistake. To my utter surprise, LiveCyle does not come bundled with Acrobat XI. Doing a little research on the Aodbe Community website I found that I could apply for a free upgrade for LiveCyle ES4. I completed and submitted the form on November 30th. I have now spent many hours in chat sessions with customer service agents in India, each telling me that they are very sorry and that the problem will be resloved soon. I even received a call from a very pleasant supervisor in India, who confirm that the serial number for my free upgrade to ES4 would be dealt with quickly. Well,  more than 2 weeks later, still no serial number.
Adobe, you need to return your customer service to the US or Canada. As the Director for IT for my firm, I am agressively searching for a product which will replace our Acrobat desktop product. What Adobe doesn't know it that I am also an IT consultant and belong to a group of IT specialist with more than 150 member firms and several thousand users. To the Execs at Adobe, remember Blackberry!

We/They do this because there is not a venue to file such complaints. The yahoo's at Adobe that could if there was such
    Don't care
more interested keeping all the money they can rather than Prividing better service
or are too dumb to to know anything about it.
So We/They have no choice.  I think it’s a combination of all 3.

  • New podcast app says unable to authorize, please contact customer service, is that apple or the podcast provider?

podcast app says unable to authorize your account, please contact customer service, is that apple or podcast provider?

In my case, it is a response from ITUNES.  I don't have any problems downloading from the site, or accessing the site from any of my devices.  But once I get episodes into ITUNES and try to synch, either by USB or WIFI, the Apple devices refuse to play them.  My IPOD Touch shows "no unplayed episodes", and my IPAD is the one that shows the warning "Unable to authorize".  From both devices, I can manually access the website and download the podcasts as MP3's and play them one at a time, but they never show up in my Podcast library on ITUNES.

  • Customer Service E-mail Address?

I just purchased an iPhone 3G this past weekend. I am looking for an e-mail for customer service, but I cannot find one on this site. Can someone help? thanks.

Apple does not offer CS via email. You must call them.

  • Is there not enough customer service reps to handle all the complaints

I have been a long time Verizon customer. I have home internet and wireless.  I think you have excellent service all around.  I will admit I have had a few issues over the years, but for the most part very happy.  Since Feb. 19, 2014 I have had nothing but frustration with my wireless account.  My daughter who was already a Verizon wireless customer wanted to save money by joining my family account.  We went to your Chino Hills store and were told we needed an assumption of liability; which they could not do and we were given a number to call that would take care of this.  Everything went well except email was wrong for me, but my daughter received one telling her as soon as I authorized the account it would be effective.   Thursday morning I called to straighten out the email, but was told I could go online and find the document and approve.  I received the confirmation, but since Wednesday my daughter’s phone could only receive calls.  Do you know how terrible it is for a young person to not be able to text?  Thursday evening my daughter calls Verizon for assistance and was told they could do nothing because she was not an authorized manager.  Friday I called Verizon and was on the phone for over an hour and if my wife would not have come home in time I was told I could not add my daughter as an authorized manager.  We got my daughter authorized and tech support over the phone fixed the issue for the texting without my daughter or her phone in my possession.  A gentleman by the name of Aman out of Chicago was very helpful.  I texted my daughter, but she was at work so I was not aware of the issue she could still only receive calls, but could not call out.  Funny isn’t it, but I could add her line to the family account in the store.  I do understand the security issues, but I think it has gotten out of hand.  Her phone worked fine until she went on my account.
After all this I discovered I was qualified for a military discount.  I decided to go to the Verizon store in Whittier on Washington and Lambert.  Optimistically thinking I could get everything done instead of being on the phone for another hour or more.  Well I was wrong.  Tien is the manager and sent me to Elmer (removed).  He said he can do nothing without the phone (odd but tech support can over my phone).  I now ask him about the discount I was told I qualified for, and he says my wife who is the owner has to release the account, meaning we have to come back.  As a result of all the running in circles with this company you could see how I am extremely frustrated. In addition now knowing that when I retired and lost my discount I didn’t need to release account. That was about 6 months ago.  Also I was working for the Post Office and went to same store to apply for a discount and was not told she needed to release the account. That was approximately 2 ½ months ago.  Never heard from them after that, but I don’t work for the Post office any longer. Also, I tried to remove the password for my account and was told it is mandatory to have password.  I told Elmer that I have been a customer for a long time and that has not always been the case and his reply to me was that it has always been that way.  I left the store and maybe you have been around, but you might want to check that out and I know you have the technology to find out how long I have been a customer.  I hate to be lied to.
I believe a lot of the problem lies with communication; it seems every time I have an issue, there is a new policy.  I know the frustration would not have happen if I was informed of policy changes and your employees didn’t assume we the customer are aware of all policy changes.
I went to Verizon store in Pico Rivera to activate my military discount; my wife wasn’t asked to release account.  Once again I was there almost an hour due to new ways to verify my identity.  I had my California drivers license and my DD214 (military separation papers) but that wasn’t good enough.  Thank God my vehicle registration was accepted for validation.
My contract will be complete November 2014 at which time I am seriously considering changing wireless service.  And what a process to complain, verizon email must have been toomuch too handle

(removed)  I don't facebook or any of the others.  Maybe your happy to give in to verizon hassle full way to complain.  I will be sending this by U. S. mail as that is the only way in their contact us page.  I think is (removed) for one of the biggest carriers to treat loyal customers with 10+ years.  It is like all companys these days only the new customers get the discounts.  But thanks for the help.https://community.verizonwireless.com/thread/817810

  • When your two year contract is up, do you automatically go onto a month-to-month basis, or is your service terminated until you renew the contract?

My contract on my family's plan is up today and I am switching to another carrier, but my new phone isn't in yet, so I haven't activated my service with the new carrier. Will I still get service through Verizon until then on a month-to-month basis, or will I just get cut off unless I start a new contract with them?

As long as you pay your bill you will have service. The 2yr service contract is simply because you requested a phone at a discount which means you have to keep VZW for 2yrs. Once you complete the 2yr agreement you are no longer under a contractual obligation to keep using VZW. You are month to month for that line and also have the ability to upgrade or utilize the Edge program if your account qualifies. If you do nothing your service will stay active as long as payments are made in a timely manner.

  • Hello.  I upgraded my MIFI 2200 (had no contract on it) to a Jetpack (with a contract) when customer service told me this 4G device would use less data because it was faster.  This was not correct.  Anyway, I got the device, had problems, did tech support

I upgraded my MIFI 2200 (had no contract on it) to a Jetpack (with a contract) when customer service told me this 4G device would use less data because it was faster.  This was not correct.  Anyway, I got the device, had problems, did tech support, re-activated my MIFI.  1.  Decided to return the device. Spent hours with Customer Service, then finally up to Management, they agreed to take it back and void the contact, I sent it back immediately – and instead of voiding the contact they transferred it to my MIFI! Please cancel the contract on the MIFI. 2.  During the short time I had the Jetpack I continually received overage alerts, took it all the way up to 30 GB, each time I backdated the new data plan except twice when customer service did and failed to back date the increase, and once the computer locked customer service out and could not increase.  The end result is I have a $495 bill, many of these alerts were false since I ended up with only 14 MG for the month, etc.  I am asking that my bill be reduced significantly to reflect no overage and to compensate for these problems. Please open up a ticket for this.

I had Verizon JetPak and you will find it will eat data like crazy. I opted to sign on to ATT Uverse and configured my phones and other devices to the WiFi on the Uverse system. It took about 5 minutes to completed the configuration.  I was using 10 to 12 GB monthly to support 5 devices. Even if you use Verizon DSL, you are still subjected to same GB allotment.  In my area, Verizon DSL is not available. With Uverse, I have 250 GB monthly to use, and I have not even come close to using anything of that magnitude. I reduced my GB package with Verizon to 2 GB per month and since having ATT Uverse, I never use more than 1GB a month with Verizon.
I have no problem with Verizon cell phone service as we get a much stronger signal where we live than you can with ATT or any others.  It is just my opinion, but if you are running multiple devices off Verizon Jetpak, you will eventually spend a fortune to keep pace.  I pay $60 a month for 18 Mbps speed, although ATT have packages that cost much less. But, it saves me a bundle each month. The cost of Uverse alone is worth not having to run everything through a Jetpak.
If you have the  option to use another DSL service provider in your area, I recommend dumping the Jetpak and sign on with another carrier.

  • Has anyone have the problem to close Verizon wireless account?  I have requested via customer service a few times already and still not be able to close it!

We tried to call Verizon customer services a few times requesting to close the wireless account since 05/12, but now we still have the account opening.  We talked with the customer services, they first said that they can't close it and we have to wait until the next billing cycle, which is 06/04 to close it.  This is ridiculous because we don't use it and have to pay the service until 06/04.  The contract has already been passed.  Other wireless carrier allows us to close it anytime and date when we want to.  So, we don't know if anyone of you have any issue like this before.  If yes, how do you resolve the issue?  Please advise.

Thank you for the information.  I click on the Terms of the agreement linked provided by you, and I see the information saying "Cancellations will become effective on the last day of that month's billing cycle, and you are responsible for all charges incurred until then"  under the following topic.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY POSTPAY SERVICE IS CANCELED BEFORE THE END OF MY CONTRACT TERM?
However, I don't see any terms for the customers who cancel the postpay service AFTER the end of their contract term!  So, I really feel this is a dishonest schema to the customers.  I am wondering how many customers would come back to use Verizon service again compared to other wireless carriers.
