Data not appearing in the table of MI 7.1 application.

Hi Friends,
I have Developed an Order Application for Handhelds in MI 7.1 as per the tutorial provided by sap on the link.

But the problem is , as soon as I deploy and run the application on mobile simulater provided with NWDS Just the table header appears . The data doesn't appears under the header.
I have checked all the steps provided in the tutorial but unable to find what exactly can be the issue.
The Steps I followed as per the tutorial are -:
1. Defining the Data Model and Business Logic
2. Creating Client Data Objects (Importing From DOE)
3. Creating a Service
4. Creating a Query
5. Defining the Custom Methods
6. Defining the User Interface
7. Creating the Mobile UI Component
8. Creating the Web Dynpro Model and Application
9.Applying the Component Controller Template
10.Designing the View Layout
11. Composing and Testing the Application
12. Deploying and Running Your Application

Hi Nitesh
can you please check the following points
1. Check the binding of the table on your UI / view to the model's table
2. The result set returned by the query
3. Is the data available in the CDS table
4. Was the data sent to the device during sync and there are no pending extracts for
    your device's queue
I also want to know if by any chance you changed any of your data objects on the DOE?
If yes, then you will have to reimport the model again in your application and redeploy it

    Based on requirement i have enhanced the DSO already exsisting in production system with new infoobjects and enhanced the required fileds in datasource level also and transported to production sysem.I have made certain changes in report level also by taking the newly added infoobjects and transported in production system successfully.
    My question is when i am going to execute the report it is showing there is no applicable data found.
    We donot have the data at source system level for the new infoobjects but the data is present for the previously exsisting infoobjects. when data is exsisting for the old infoobjects which were exsisting before i made the changes to the dso then why the report is not fetching any data from the dso.
    Note :- The DSO is exsisting in active stage only and data is present for the old info objects also.
    please clarify my question.

    Hi,
    It could be possible that there are no records for the set of restrictions you are using in Report.
    Try to LISTCUBE your query on that DSO.  Use same selections in listcube.
    Check the selections and conditions used in Query and then probably you can conclude the issue.

  • Data not saved in the table (for the field created through AET)

    Hi,
    I have created few fields using AET for a transaction type.
    The fields are created successfully and we are able to add them in my custom config.
    I followed step by step the following link The New AET table Extension Feature of Ehp1- Creating your own components
    However the values of these fields are not stored in the ZTable.
    I had  defined  Form view ( 1:1 cardinality)  within the wizard itself.

    In the Info Cube structure i check the Trassactinal check box, In the Infopackage level under the data targets tab i selected the 'Select data targets' radio button icon but the data target is not appeared in the  table.pl give me a suggetion in which location  can i make a change.

    HI,
    I think you are trying to load data into and cube but that cube is not showing the info package  level so you are unable to select the data target. It may be because your cubes  real time behaviors is set in  planning mode  you need to change the real time behavior into data loading mode then you can see this cube in your info package.

    I desperately need help to troubleshoot why my data source is not appearing in the list eventhough I feel I have done things as per the tutorial. From reading the tutotial I am not clear -
    - If specifying an icon is mandatory. If I don't specify an icon my datasource should still appear right?..without an icon?
    - It is mandatory to implement the editor. I have hard coded things because I don't foresee any interaction by a user with the data source. There is just one column which WILL always appear if this DS is chosen.
    - Finally in the integration instructions(http://otn.oracle.com/products/reports/apis/pdstutorial/textPDS/PDS_5.html) they mention that the classes have to be compiled with "report build" , is that a tool?

    Anyway the issue is I have iTunes and just updated it to the latest. I also have various Apple devices however my iPhone won't sync with iTunes.                        I am working on SUS. SRM5.0 single box scenario. PO is created by the purchaser and is successfully transfered through XI. But this PO is not appearing in the PO list of vendor's user. Please let me know what can be the possible reason.

    do you have the same result when deleting all roles and only using role SAP_EC_SUS_ORDER_PROCESSOR?
    Are vendors successfully replicated into SRM and a user created via Web
    Txn "Manage Business Partners"?
    Did you maintain table BBP_MARKETP_INFO?
    Did you replicate the company code using Txn BBP_SUS_BP_ADM?
    In any case there is also an inital replication of vendors
    from MM to SUS via BD14 necessary.

    First you have to create you own screen ( dynpro )  with a screen number ( 0101 for exemple )  , you need to pu a custom control in it , name the custom control ( lo_cont )
    For the screen created you need to create a module for the PBO , in this module you sould put you code for displaying the liste :

    Dear All Gurus/Experts,
    I created new column directly in the database stored in the SQL server 2000,in table IGN1, right click --> select design table, then right click --> insert column, I write U_copqty, numeric data type, 9 is its length and allow nulls check mark.
    I can't understand why the field is not appeared in the form settings like other columns so that I can thick and make it appear in the form IGN1 (receipt from production). I have read development training files but I am confusing if it is really need VB.net to do that. I also know about user defined field but it doesn't what I need because I have created UDF in the production order row but I can't find it in the receipt from production form, so I just did create the new field/column directly in its database but I fail to make it appear in the form settings when I need it to be available in the receipt from production form. would you pls help me ? I appreciate your answer. TIA

    Hello Steve,
    The reason you can not see the directly added field is because that there is another table CUFD which holds all the User Defined Field information. So, you need to add a new record in that table. However, the approach is really not SAP recommended. Directly handling database could be very risky. Please create the user defined field according to the steps.
    Regarding why you can not view the field you created, did you create a row or document level field?

    hi guyz,
    im facing the below issue while loading master data attr from source system to bi system.
    im loading data from 0vendor_attr to ovendor object.
    only half of the records are processed and gets hanged.
    in monitor- administrator workbench its showing (60434 from 157912 records)
    below are the details of the issue:
    Data not received in PSA Table
    Diagnosis
    Data has not been updated in PSA Table . The request is probably still running or there was a short dump.
    Procedure
    In the short dump overview in BI, look for the short dump that belongs to your data request. Make sure the correct date and time are specified in the selection screen.
    You can use the wizard to get to the short dump list, or follow the menu path "Environment -> Short dump -> In Data Warehouse".
    Removing errors
    Follow the instructions in the short dump.

    Hi Rajeev,
    Check the job in Background (SM37), you can analyze from here.
    Check the short dump in ST22.and check system performance once.
    If you are facing this problem first time, cancel the background job and make the request red.
    Then repeat the IP again, it will get successful.
    This should be due to performance issue or RFC problem of your system.
    If the job is active in SM37, cancel the job and make the status IP red.
    Re run the IP, it  will get successful.

    While loading Master data full load
    which is a load of 457070 on 2days back
    where only 4lac records r received to PSA but remaining 57070 was missing
    with error<b> Data not received in PSA Table
    </b>
    when the next day we loaded 5lac records and we got the same error<b> Data not received in PSA Table</b> where except 57070 records remaining all reached PSA
    where we tried 2day with 550000 records, same error without 57070 records all other reached to PSA
    I required ur help to solve this

    check if there is a TRFC haging in SM58.
    can that be that your DB cannot extend its space for this amount of data.
    How do you perform the load?
    package by package (in series or in parallel)? could that be that the next stage (into IObj) is failing thus stopping the load in the PSA?
    Can you try to perform the same load with only to PSA and then enable the "susbsequent update in target"?
    As already mentionned it could also be that an IDOC is haging...

    We have an issue with a text load to 0ORGUNIT with around 35 lakhs of records. This particular load taking lot of time and resulting in short dump with the message 'Data not received in PSA Table'. But when iam making the request red and restarting it manulally it will get succeeed with in 15 minutes. The load is starting at 2:30 UK time and getting failed. I am restarting it at around 9 '0 clock and it got succed . The same thing happening from past 7 days. Can any one tell me what might be the reason and solution for this? Is this temporary memory issue? As the load is to an info object nothing to do with indices.

    You can change the size of the Data Packet.
    Open InfoPackge.
    From Top Menu choose "Scheduler >> DataS. Default Data Transfer".
    Default setting of the Source System will be shown.
    Keeping that in mind, try to reduce the "Max Size" & "Number of Data Packages per Request". You might need to try this a couple of times with lesser values each time to ensure that the issue resolves.
