Data not available in report S_ALR_87013604

Hi All,
For some company codes the data is not executed for the report S_ALR_87013604. We have three controlling area and assigned with compnay codes. only a few company code are excuting data. Is this a chance of inactive profitanalysis for some company codes in OKKP.

Please find the below information on the report:
This report enables you to compare the costs posted on the individual cost elements with the expenses recorded in Financial Accounting.
In the report you can search for those accounts for which a reconciliation between Financial Accounting and Controlling is required. Reconciliation is necessary, for example, if you have executed a cross-company code allocation within CO.
The report only displays the accounts that require reconciliation. The system uses the group currency as the report currency.

GL Data not available on report

Hi All,
I have a report which has been working fine. The report was based on cost for controlling cube which is based of WBS elements(cost).
Now the report has been added with a column which gets its data from GL cube. I have added the 2 cubes in a multiprovider but cannot see the data for the column from GL.
This same GL cube is being used on multiple other queries and has no problem.
What could be the reason for the GL data not being displayed. I have also restricted to the respective infoproviders.
Appreciate all the help.

hi,
first of all check in tcode LISTCUBE for MP if you are getting data for any of the columns from GL cube.
also check the characteristics from controlling cube and GL cube which are common and whether they have the same length , data types and values. The join at the MP level may not be working correctly which is why the data may be missing.

Regarding planning data not available in reports

HI SdN,
In my reports I'm populating actual data and planning data.But as of now we have only actual data display's in our report.what we are doing is we are populating data in BW and analysing on the base of the product cutomer (compounded) combination which is coming from r/3.(groups and sub-groups which we are entering at r/3 )
So our report shows us on the base of groups and sub groups which we are entering at r/3 level.That all is working fine but our customer wants that planning data is also displays in the reports as of now it is showing not assigned values in report.
so my question is ,To display planning data for group and sub groups provided by r/3 on the basis of product and customer (though other reports are showing planning data) , I know that I need to include this compounded infoobject in bps cubes but shall I also need to consider this in the BPS functions?I'm confused here and not sure about this.
And is that mandatory to have that componded infoobject mapped from underlying ods for customer.Because as of now planning cube is only updated with BPS functions?
Could you pls advice?

If the actuals and planning data are in seperate cubes then you will need to create a multi over both cubes to report on them together. However your BPS planning must be done against the same infoobject for you to be able to report on them together. If you are planning against the same IO the groupings from R3 will apply.
Also include the infoobject 0REQUID as a characteristic restriction and restrict it to variable 0S_RQMRC (Most Current Data)

New Data is not available in reporting after revrse posting

Hello All
I have a cube and data loaded into it.Now i came to know that one request is having wrong data and need to be deleted,without deleting I did reverse posting.Now that particular data(means new data) is not available in reporting.The reporting symbol in request(manage tab) is not available for this request.
Now what should I do,in order to get new data in reporting.

Check if you have any additional restrictions in the report which are filtering out the vendor numbers.
If you are using a master data object make sure the master data is activated.
Also check the assignment for the vendor infoobject in the data target/multiprovider.

I ordered an iphone 6 plus gold at 12:01 AM PST. My email confirmation says "Deliver By: 09/19/2014". However, when I go to check the status of my order it says: "Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time." Please help. Thanks!

"Mobile Data Not Available", Nokia 700

Hey all,
I have a bare bones pay-as-you-go plan. All I get are free unlimited texts and free unlimited calls (within the country). I get no data and, frankly, I don't care for data. I do get annoyed that every so often while playing Angry Birds or using Nokia Maps or any of a number of other applications I will get the "Mobile Data Not Available" notice. How can I disable this notice? It is tiring and I KNOW I don't have Mobile Data. Duh! Thanks in advance for any help.

while trying to configure the 9i db on grid control I installed the statspack data while configuring it. But now when I try to see the historical data as part of the performace tab for the 9i db it complains as below
Data Not Available. Statspack data is not available for this database instance. Make sure that Statspack is installed on the target instance.
Please shed some of your inputs.

Disk quota data not available.

I've got quotas enabled for my home dir volume, quotas set for all my users, and they appear to be working (logged-in users show the appropriate amount of space remaining in their home dirs).
But clicking on the Quotas section of Server Admin nets me a blank log page with "Data not available" at the top.
I've seen the quota chart on this machine before in earlier test builds, so I know what I should be expecting, but can't figure out why it's not showing up. Any ideas?
How do I rebuild or reindex the quota system, if that's what I need to do?

We are having the same issue since upgrading to 10.4.11. Currently we are investigating the possibility of accessing this information through the terminal using the 'quota' tools. I do not have ready access to the server though so progress is slow.
As far as I can make out if you can run 'fsck' this will the ASCII files that the user and group quotas are stored in and may effect a repair. I haven't yet been able to try this to see if it will work.
Anyone else got any suggestions?

ORA-08176: consistent read failure; rollback data not available

We implemented UNDO management on our servers and started getting these errors for few of our programs.:
ORA-08176: consistent read failure; rollback data not available
These errors were not coming when we were using the old rollback segments and we have not changed any code on our server.
1. What is possibly causing these errors?
2. Why did they not surface with rollback segments but started appearing when we implemented AUM and Temporary TS (instead of fixed TS used as temporary TS).
Our environment:
RDBMS Version: 9.2.0.5
Operating System and Version: Windows 2000 AS SP5

Data not available for a particular field - when exectuing report on MP

I am executing a report on multiprovider where 3 ods's are linked.i'm getting data into all the fields except for one field.(sales doc type).I have checked all my linking in the identification also. i cross checked by using the Tcode : listcube and executed the report - here i'm getting the data but in the report i'm not getting.Can any one help me out with this.

Hi Sunita,
0DOC_TYPE has key and text in the (business explorer Display), but you are saying you have it as text and key. Make it inline with what is there in the info object definitione.
Note you have 2 options in Extras of the multiprovider.
1. Key and Text
2. Text and Key.

Data not available in infocube

hi all,
I havae an Infocube for which data is coming from the ods.
yesterday i found the data is not available for an info object in ods for which data is there in source system.
then I manually enter the data in the ods and today morning when i check the data in the cube it is still displaying blank but data is there in ods.

Hi,
There could be many reason for that data not coming to the cube.
are you able to see the the data in the DSO for this object??
Are there any routine written in the cube and the records getting deleted or changed in that?
If the value of this object is getting populated through some routine??
Are you checking the values in the report or in the cube??
The value for this object may be in the after image record in the cube....so check all the records in the cube for the same value of the key fields of the DSO which has values missing.
Delete the data from the cube through a selective deletion for this record which you want to get changed and then do a full repair from the DSO for same selections.
Indexes and compression will not affect this process in any way but once request is compressed it ccannot be deleted and you will have to delete the value from the cube through seletive deletion.

Loaded data not visible for Reporting?

In the info cube, the data is not visible for reporting, How can i make it available for reporting,
When i select the Manage option from the context menu of the cube and select the Requests Tab, i get a pop up message that tells
" There is an inconsistency between the load status of the data and the option of reporting on this data.
There is data in the InfoCube/ODS object that is OK from a quality point of view, but is not yet displayed in reporting.
The problem, for example, is to do with request 0000018049, number REQU_F4ZBFRMDGBULE9WCUN3R5UX5X."
How do i find out the inconsistancies?
PS: All the requesta are delta upload

Use the RSRV transaction and check the inconsistency of the cube ..If any inconsistency is there repair that with the repari option in the toolbar..

PO - release dates not available in ME5A

Dear All,
For knowing PR date, release status, PO made, release status, I have the excel sheet generated from SAP.
In this, the PO release date is not being generated.
Can you please check and let me know what to choose so that I get that info together with PO created date.
If not available, can you please check possibility of creating the line item for our easy traking purposes.

ME5A report is only for PR related data it will only show PO number which is created from PR and not the release date of PO.
Use ME2N to get PO release related data with dynamic seletion
