Data written to Live cache but not visible in SNP Planning Book
Hello All,
We have an issue this morning, Customer service cordinator placed a Purchase Order in SNP (VMI). Order was sent to ECC and a sales order was created. This morning when we check the sales order, it shows 4574 cases but in TLB Pur chase order, it only some 2000 something. I went to OM16 and checked the sales order and it had the entire 4574 cases written in the live cache. Any help on how to get the entire quantity to be seen is appreciated. Thank you.

I am facing an issue in SNP book. I can see forecasts in RRP3 view. But when I load the same data in SNP planning book, the forecasts are not coming there (forecast KF)
I ran LC Cons check, PA cons check, OM17, but still the same result.

If you look at the standard Forecast KF 9ADFCST in your planning area, it is usually assigned the Category Group of DF1. This category group only contains the category FA for forecast. If you create Forecast in /SAPAPO/RRP3, this will create Additional Forecast or category group FC. Therefore any forecast generated this way will not appear against the standard planning book KF.
So you have two choices, if your forecast is only FC category then use the KF 9AAFCST Forecast (Addittional) in your data view or create a new Category Group with both FA and FC assigned to it and then assign this Categotry Group to 9ADFCST in your planning area.

Demand on VC material not visible in SNP planning book
Hi Experts,
Is there any way to plan VC (Variant Configuration ) materials in SNP at the group level ?
I will explain the scenario more in details below
I have an VC material say X. Material X has end product Y attached to it (material variant). When material X is cifed to APO, it appears as configurable product in APO & is a top level product. Now when I create a demand on material X through DP, the demand appears in product view (RRP3). However the demand does not appear in the SNP planning book nor it gets selected during background planning run. The system is configured as Variant Configuration & not CDP.
Is it possible to plan material X in SNP ? If possible how can the demand be read in SNP ?

One of the limitations of Characteristics Based Forecasting is, CBF results can only be used in PPDS and not in SNP, hence it is not possible to plan that material X in SNP. Even though you use MC90 transaction which is release DP to SNP, but the data will not be available in SNP
That material X will be planned only in PPDS, there are two ways to plan, those are
1. one way is by releasing CBF results to active version using MC90 transaction, during this release, you should maintain consumption group in release settings and in product master, in this case you have to use Forecast Check/Allocation check as a part of ATP/GATP, here you can not use CTP or MATP
2.the other way is by releasing CBF results to inactive version using MC90 transaction, during this release you should not define consumption groups, generate the dependent requirements in inactive verison using heuristics in PPDS , and convert dependent requirements from inactive version to Forecast - active version using /SAPAPO/DMP2 transaction, in this case you can use MATP/CTP as a part of GATP

Process orders not reflecting in SNP planning book
Hi,
I am facing a problem here that the SNP planned orders once converted into process orders in ECC are not reflecting in the SNP planning book.
However if i check the /sapapo/rrp3 product view, the process orders are visible here.

If that is assigned rightly then run TS cons check.

Custom attributes added to user objects not visible in OWA address book
Hi,
I am using Exchange 2013 and recently added a new custom attribute in the user object properties using the details template editor to be visible in the GAL The new attribute is correctly getting displayed in the GAL from outlook clients but not visible
in OWA address book. Is there a way to update the display of user objects in OWA address book to include the new custom attribute?

It says, Use the Details Templates Editor to customize the client-side graphical user interface (GUI) presentation of object properties that are accessed by using address lists in Microsoft Outlook.
My understanding is this setting only visible in Outlook.

Stock not in SNP Planning Book
Hi
We are doing a global implementation and we have seen the issue where stock exists in live cache, and is correctly considered in SNP Heuristics, but the stock on hand is not displayed in the SNP planning book.
This is NOT an issue with the stock category, as the same stock category is displayed for Poland and the UK locations.
This is leading me to think this might be a time zone issue?
What possible reasons can people think of where stock of the CC category is in live cache but not displayed in the SNP planning book. But another plant location is performing correctly for CC stock.
S SBI have answered my own issue. The stock on hand macro is initial stock + Receipts - Demands.
Deployment is running in the evening and pushing out the stock, the day rolls over to the next day and then the deployment STR demand is considered history and as per the above formula is netting off the stock.
This is a symptom of running the SNP run in the evening, not at 00.01am. (Deployment STRs of stock are instantly in the past) which then affects the stock on hand balance.
Hope that is clear to anyone else having this issue.

Adobe form-Able to post data using Adobe Reader 9 but not with Adobe Proff

I am facing one problem with adobe forms.
We have develoed a adobe form using adobe reader 9.
Now when user are posting the purchase requistion using the form,they are able to post the data using
Adobe Reader 9 but not with Adobe Reader professional.
Can anyone please advice me what can be the problem here.Adobe Reader 9 can't save the old FDA forms. FDA must update their forms.

When I print data for one month, data appears in both the Preview tree and the Preview display. When I print the data for another month, the data does show in the Preview tree but not in the Preview display.
Forgetting the tables the report is pulling from, forgetting which month is which, etc., why (in any case) would Crystal show data in the Preview tree but not show that same data in the Preview display? That makes no sense. I wish I could just take my mouse and just drag the tree onto the displayu2026..
I have nothing suppressed. This is Crystal 9.

I encounter this in CR XI once in a while. What I found from my research, if I have a group and then I have certain conditions to either display or eliminate the data selected for whatever reason then the group tree will show the group and since the data is eliminated by either the select criteria or another way there is no data displayed.
Try this. In the second month where you see the data in the tree but on the report, see if you can narrow it down further by day and see if you can find the reason why. -

I've created 2 user Forms binded with a 2 user tables (with diffrent UDOs) and everything works perfectly. When I tried to run it on a machine at a customer, the first form functions perfectly and the second one is created but does not appear!!!,
I am lost!!
Is there a problem of SQL Server 2005?!
Is it because of the nature of the machine (server or client machine)?
Is there a problem of configuration (Operating System)? I'm using Windows XP but the other machine is using Windows 2000.
would somebody have an idea or suggestion?

When the second form opens (but doesn't appear on screen) choose Windows--Cascade from the top menu. Sometimes a form will open outside the viewable area in the SBO client so choosing this menu option will reset it.

My Javascript works in Dreamweaver Live View, But Not On The Server
I set up a javascript function to set the focus to the first field in a form as the page loads. It works fine in Dreamweaver's Live View, but not on the local or remote servers. Here's the code:
In the heading I have the following function:

I guess I must be missing something, but don't know what.EUREKA! (and OOOPPPPSS!) I found the problem (and I thought javascript was case sensitive - according to the tutorial, it's supposed to be).
Here's apparently wha hoppen. The first field in the form is the person's first name, but it's also a SPRY validation field. I gave the actual field the name and id of "firstname", and the SPRY validation the name "FirstName", figuring that scripts would be case sensitive. In fact, when I first inserted the SPRY object, I tried to name it "firstname" also, but it wouldn't let me, so I capitalized the first letters, and it accepted that; that made me feel that this is OK. I accidentally tripped over the answer when I started using the Dreamweaver's Edit>Find Next search to see if I had something else named "firstname", and I found that it located every permutation of that word (e.g. firstname, FirstName, FIRSTNAME etc.). Having seen that, I tried changing the "name=" and "id=" to "fstname, and the same corresponding change in the javascript, and VOILA! it worked. That leaves me rather curious about this alleged "case sensitivity" thing. I get the impression that it IS case sensitive, except when IT'S NOT. How does this work, and how do I know when it is and isn't? -
When I look up the creation date for files on my Macbook (using "get info", or the information window in Iphoto) I get the date and month in brackets, but not the year. Why is this and how can I look up the year?
Does the Date Modified column in a window set to List view show the date correctly, or does it also display it incorrectly?
To add additional columns to a Finder (folder) window, with that window open and active open the View Options for it. You can do that by pressing Command-J or by selecting View Options from the View menu in the main menubar. -

MRS - Resources and demands are not visible in the Planning Board
Hi Friends - I am working on the the MRSS 610. We have installed it on the our ECC 6.0 as an add-on. We have configured the system as per the configuration guide.
But when I am accessing Manageru2019s Planning Board - /MRSS/PLBOMGR , using the Organization unit, I am getting Notification saying that the resources assigned to the Organization unit are not available in the MRS.
"Resource 00000000010000000000000000000000 not yet created in the WFM Core"
The details of the Error message

Diagnosis

I have run the Report
/MRSS/HCM_RPTWFMIF : Transfers the HR data (availability times, qualifications and the resources itself) into the MRS Basis
But even after that I am not getting the resources in the planning board.
Also I am not able to view the Demands from PM/CS orders.
I have created PM Orders and
Assigned Work centres to the operations and
assigned the Resources to the Operations.
The HR assignment to the work center is also done.
I have tried T Code /MRSS/PLBOSRV - Enter the MRS planning board using a specified order
to pull the order demand. But it is not working
Its giving following message
1004280 is not a valid demand
Message no. /MRSS/SGU139
Diagnosis
The order does not exist in MRS.
This may be because:
The order number has an invalid format.
The order does not exist.
The order is not relevant for planning and has therefore not been transferred to MRS.
The order has been deleted from MRS.
Pls help me on this.

I have checked the MRS configuration as per your suggestion.
It looks fine as per the configuration guide. I have done the PM/CS integration for Orders as demand.
But the Demands are not visible on the Planning Board.
I have checked in the debugging mode what is causing the problem - It looks like
"The Database Table: /mrss/d_dem_h needs entry"
But there are no entries in this table.
I could not find any Customizing transactions or Application transactions for maintaining this table. This is an Application Table for Master and Transaction Data and its Display and Maintenance allowed with Restriction.
I could not also find any transaction for transferring Demand from ECC(R/3) to MRS.
How do I maintain entries in this table?

Saurabh - I have also been not able to transfer HR Resources from ECC to MRS.
We don't have WFM Core installed in our instance. But MRS should work fine without WFM. MRS Basis should take care of it.
To transfer Employee resources i have run the Program " /MRSS/HCM_RPTWFMIF". But when I execute the transaction with the selection parameters system shows that it is processing (Clock at the bottom Status bar) but it does not shows any result or status.
So I am not sure whether it is executing the program properly.
Pls help me resolve these issues.

SNP - Planning Book/Data View not showing up in /SAPAPO/SNP94

I created a planning Book out of a custom SNP planning area. While I could see the Planning Book in the list of Planning Book in the /SAPAPO/SDP94 - Interactive Supply Network Planning (all Books) I could not see the custom planning book in /SAPAPO/SDP94 - Interactive Supply Network Planning (all Books) . I could ony see the SAP supplied PB there. Will SDP94 transaction display only the standard SNP Planning book? How can I make sure that the custom PB is displaed in /SAPAPO/SDP94?

Printing issues in UTF8 environment
Hi, I have converted 11.5.10.2 with DB 11.2.0.2 to UTF8. Conversion was susccessful. I have issue in check printing.In Non-UTF8 env, this program prints single sided whihc is correct but in UTF8 env, it prints double sided. The details of the program
