Date data encoded in the .Iso file?

My HDD died I managed to recover my Logic 8 .iso files, but now they don't have names. Opening the .Iso with Text Editor reveals the original audio folder name, from which I was able to determine the project name. However, I can't tell which is the latest version. Is there a way to find this, creation date, or which were backups, from the .iso data?
Thanks for any help
Tom

Since you've had no takers, I think most long term computer users have probably tried something like this at some time or another with very few positive results - as far as Logic goes, I'd guess that the information that you want is in there somewhere, but you don't know which file its in and you don't know which files belong together?
When you say .iso (disk image), I presume its a typo - .lso is presumably what you mean - obviously, each constituent file used in a Project contains a record of the last date it was changed (if the time displayed on your computer is correct) as a normal OS function - the trouble is that when files are deleted they may still stay on your hard drive (until they're overwritten), but the Directory entry (name and location of first file to load) has been deleted - the references to the associated files are usually contained in another file of its own like a FAT (File Allocation Table) file on PCs which may or may not be recoverable. Its a bit of a tall order, anyway - best left to someone that knows a lot more than I do, if it were me.. he he...
Well, my rambling might induce a response from someone, you never know..

    Wassup?

What is your Aperture version? The older versions of Aperture 3 had a problem to apply Metadata changes to the original file.
If you are using the current version Aperture 3.4.5, try to repair the permissions on your Aperture library, if you have not already done so:
Launch Aperture with the key combination ⌥⌘ held down and select "Repair Permissions" from the First Aid PAnel, that will appear.
If that does not help, post back with more information on your original files - are the referenced or managed? Where is your Aperture library located? Since when do you have this problem? And what did you do directly before noticed the problem for the first time?

  • Metagen is skipped sometimes complaining because all output files are up-to-date with respect to the input files

    Hi,
In one of my dll (VS2010), the process Skipping target "MetaGen" because all output files are up-to-date with respect to the input files.
it is at  random.  I have checked the time stamps of the dll and metagen.write.1.tlog both having the time stamp on the failed build.  But all files in release folder did not have the same time.  They are one hour earlier than the dll
    and the  metagen.write.1.tlog.
On the good build  it said the input file is is newer than output file ".\Release\\metagen.write.1.tlog" and allfiles in the release folder have same time stamp.
Any clue to solve this ?

    Hi,
Based on your post, I am not very clear about your issue. I feel your issue is out of support range of VS General Question forum which mainly discusses
the usage of Visual Studio IDE such as WPF & SL designer, Visual Studio Guidance Automation Toolkit, Developer Documentation and Help System
    and Visual Studio Editor.
Could you please provide us more information so that we resolve your issue better?
What type of project are you working with? C++ MFC project?
    How was the
metagen.write.1.tlog file generated in your project?
What error messages did you get?
    What is the 'input file'?
If possible, please provide us a sample project to reproduce your issue.

  • How to change the default save encoding of the dvm files when create dvm???

When I creating a DVM(domain-value mapping) in Chinese on the ESB control and confirm it, then restarted the SOA service, the DVM that I created in Chinese disappeared from ESB control. All the maps(both English and Chinese ) are in DVM Repository.
After I updated the encoding from ‘UTF-8’ to ‘GB2312’ in the three files below, and restarted the SOA service, the DVM in Chinese appeared on ESB control.
But when I adding the second row in Chinese and save it, then restart the SOA service, the DVM in Chinese disappeared from ESB Control once again. Because the encoding in the three files below is updated from ‘GB2312’ to ‘UTF-8’ .
    Files:

I have the same problem.  When I updated to Mavericks now the bookmarks bar font is huge.  I liked it the way it was before.  I liked the smaller font.  Also wish I could change the color of the sidebar and font/folders too.
I tried to see in preferences if there was anyway to change it, but I don't see anything there.

  • How do I find the .iso file from my windows 7 install disk?

I am trying to install windows 7 on my new macbook air. I have a copy of windows7 install disk but as there is no cd drive I am having difficulty. I cannot figure out how to find the .iso file to put on a usb in order to install it.
    Can anyone help please?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
You can only get Windows 7 on a ISO file if you purchased Windows 7 from the Microsoft Store as a download, so this option isn't available for you.
In your case, I recommend you to get an external optical drive (any external optical drive will work) and install Windows from the DVD. Doing this, you will save headaches

  • Where is the .iso file for Windows 8?

I bought the ugprade for windows 8, and ran "Windows8-UpgradeAssistant"
It scanned my computer, all was good to go. I finished downloading something... (I assumed it was windows8)
But once I finished everything, it gave me a shortcut on my desktop called "Install Windows"
When I run that shortcut, it gives me 2 options:
    -Install now
    -Install later from your desktop
This is what I see everytime I run that shortcut file.
Where can I find my .iso file??
(Note, my current computer is not the computer I want to install Win8. I'm upgrading now so that I can get the ISO file and save it for later use when I get my new computer)

"Important: This tool provides valuable information about your computer's compatibility with Windows 8, facilitates the purchase of the Windows 8 download, and then downloads the correct
version (32-bit or 64-bit) based on information about
your computer - all important reasons to run this tool from the PC you're going to clean install Windows 8 on."
... I didn't know this, and I bought windows 8 on my current PC which is 5 years old.
I'm planning to get a new computer next month which will be 64-bit. Is there a way to re-download or am I out of luck?
On the Install Windows 8 screen, choose Install by creating media and
    then click Next.
This step never showed up for me.

But then when I mount the cdrom back, instead of the contents of the ISO image, I find the "isofile.iso" file!!
I tried installing brasero and using it instead, but the same thing happened, what could the problem be?

You should not be using the "-dao" switch and get rid of the burnfree thing as that is now deprecated and will be used anyways if your drive supports it, so:
    sudo cdrecord -v dev=/dev/cdrom isofile.iso

  • While converting spool to PDF, no data is coming in the PDF file.

    Hi All,
I am submitting a z program ZPR022_INNCOMETAX_REPORT_COPY1 (which has some output display) from Z_ITSLIP_MAIL.  I am creating a job, submitting the above program via JOB  to SAP-SPOOL.
In program ZPR022_INNCOMETAX_REPORT_COPY1 , I am getting the run time job information and from there I am getting the spool id.  Now I am converting the spool id to a PDF.  This PDF should contain the output of the program ZPR022_INNCOMETAX_REPORT_COPY1.  This output is normal output using Write statement only.  But once the program is executed, I could find no data in the PDF file.  When I check in SM37 and SP02, both the JOB and the SPOOL are created.  What I feel is the program is not picking the spool id at the run time.  Could any one help me in this regard how to proceed.

I think you are retrieving the spool before the entire spool is generated.
Put the following logic to retrieve spool iD

Anyway, how did you resolve the issue?

  • Date and Time in the flat file

    Hi All,
I am trying to design a flow which will get data from a flat file. The file has a field which contains both the time and date. How can I handle this in BW? Do I need to creat 2 infoobjects and split the flat file field in start routine or transfer rule? Or is there any stadard infoobject which can hold both the data and time?
Also, the client asked me if I want a .CSV file or .XLS file. Which one is better for uploading into BW? Any PROS and CONS?
    Best Regards,

    Hi,
There is no single Data Type which accepts the Date and Time. Other way is to look the data as CHAR. Else the Update Routine/Formula is the Best
In the Update Rule or Transfer Rule use the Formula
    Let the Info Objects be
    0date
    0Time
The Transfer Rule/ Update Rule Formulas Be
    0Date --> LEFT( 8, 'DateTime' )
    0Time --> RIGHT(6, 'DateTime')
Then CSV is the best Option to accept the Data as it is ready for Upload
    Regards
    Happy Tony

  • Append a file with date and name in the output file

I am running a script which produce an output in excel file, I would like the server name and the date in the output file,  Both the servername and date has declared at the beginning of the script as
    $server = test1
    $date = Get-Date -uformat %Y-%m-%d
I am able to append either server or date but not both. Could you please help me out on this.
I would like the output file as '
    server_report_date.xls

    I got this working by
    "C:\Aravind\Scripts\$server-"+"Report-" +"$Date"+".xls"
    Thanks!!
