Date Difference Results

Question

Hello all!
I'm having problems with displaying calculation results based on dates.
My item, P3_DAYS_OWNED, is set at Display as Text. It gets populated through an implicit cursor, during the 'Before Regions' process.
Here is a shortened version of the process:

For the record that I'm viewing, Car_End is 27-OCT-2007. Car_Begin is 01-NOV-2006.
When I run my query in TOAD, I get the correct value for Days_Owned, 360.
When I run the query in APEX>Sql Workshop, I get 360.
My problem is when I view the page, it is displaying as -38956. What else do I need to do to get this to display correctly?

Did you look into the last two suggestions in that FAQ?
IS there a possibility that you could use one of those to overcome this issue?
