Date in PDF's

Hi
How do I put the full date in a PDF Generated. I have a date field but when I do the preview it doesn't show the date!
I need the date in spanish

I dont see any spanish format in ADLC, do you mean to say th month and days in spanish language.

No Data in PDF file in FTP server

Hi All,
I am trying to place a PDF file in FTP server.
Used
CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF to convert spool to PDF
SCMS_TEXT_TO_XSTRING
FTP_R3_TO_SERVER to transfer data to FTP.
I am able to see PDF file in FTP and no of pages matches with that of R/3 but there is no data in PDF file.

To get pdf file , you need to set the itcpo-tdgetotf = 'X' and need to pass in the exporting parameter (options in open_form function module ).Then in close_form function module take all the data of otfdata table into an internal table . Then use SX_OBJECT_CONVERT_OTF_PDF function module to convert it to pdf.
I will show with an example.

Help with exporting data from pdf form

I have about 100 pdf forms that I created in adobe forms central and distributed as a pdf form (rather than on the web). I am trying to export the data into a spreadsheet but when I export it, the fields are all jumbled in the csv file, as in they are not in the same order. I need to export the data all together so I'm going to the forms menu and selecting "manage form data" and then selecting "merge data files into spreadsheet". I tried exporting a single file but that gave me something really weird.
Please help, I have a deadline next week to analyze this data and can't make sense of it once it is exported to a spreadsheet.

Would you please share your form with me and send me one of your pdf forms and some of the csv files?
You can share your form by doing the following:
1. Click on the “Share” icon on the bottom left corner.
2. Click on “Add Collaborator” on the popup menu.
3. Enter [email protected] under “People to share with”.
4. Set subject to "Export data from pdf form"
5. Click the “Share” button on the bottom right of the dialog.

How to display the data in PDF format : problem is splitting into 2 lines

I developed one report which downloads the data into PDF format and saved in C drive but my problem is
in my program : Line size of the report is 255 in PDF it is splitting into 2 lines. it has to show in a single line. how to do it. how to reduce the width of the output? i am sending my code below. anybody can suggest me how to do it. if possible please send me the code.

Sending Data to PDF Forms from ABAP Program.

Hi Experts,
I left ABAP Programing for a while around 1+ years Due to some personal problems
Now I have struck up with new issue. Its ADOBE PDF forms.
I am Entirely new to this topic & knows about Nothing.
My requirement is to display a report in PDF form. Its totally Independent form from NACE.
I have written a Driver program & retrieved all the DATA into a Final internal table.
Now All that I need is to display the same Internal Table data into PDF form output.
Can anyone help me how to send this data(47 records in Internal table with 8 fields in Internal table) to PDF.
Please help me out Experts with any suggestions.

i will give input in my selection screen and i will execute my report then it has to display data in PDF file in some directory (like c or d directory). i refered existingthreads . most of then saying using spool req we can download pdf file i.e. not my requirement. my requirement is when i click on execute button it has to display the data in pdf file with headings.

I need to create a spool from this Binary data, the spool should open in TIF format or PDF format.

Below is the requirement from Client:
1. PDF and Tif files will be attached to order (transaction CRMD_ORDER).
2. I have to pick the PDF and TIF attachments mentioned above using a batch report.
3. Then this batch report will create a spool for the PDF file and TIF file attachements.
4. Then the spool will be picked by another program and print them together in night.
I hope it is clear now?
Things I have done:
1. Created report ZPDF_TIF which is copy of RSPO0023.
1. Used the report ZPDF_TIF to pick up the PDF and TIF file in binary format from the order (transaction CRMD_ORDER).
2. Able to Convert PDF to spool.
I hve problem for:
1. I want to use the program ZPDF_TIF to work for both PDF and TIF file.
2. I have the TIF data in Binary (1022) into internal table picked using the report ZPDF_TIF.
2. I want to convert TIF to spool which is problem child for me as of now.

Binary Data to PDF

Dear All,
I need some assistance in here. There is another system that changes the PDF file into Binary format (RAW) into a table in a field called LRAW. How do I convert the Binary Data which is stored in LRAW format back into PDF?
Any clues or hints would be helpful and if you do have some sample codes I could refer to would even be better.

Is possible to insert an image (company logotype) and a text (title and date) in PDF generate through Printed Version functionality? The generated PDF only contains result table of the report.
By the way, how can I insert current date in a web application? I dont want to use javascript because javascript would return de time/date of the end user computer.

A)In PDF Print Properties you should be able enter "Title and Date" and also When you define command sequence make sure to call "Analaysis Item only" otherwise the whole template will be downloaded to PDF. Please play with the properties when defining Command Sequence.

A) Use Web Template "TEXT ITEM" and in the web item properties "LAST UPDATED or KEY DATE" is the property you should assign.

Linking data from PDF form into Indesign CS6

Hello all,
I'll be working on a magazine which has a large section of day camps technical descriptions :
name, contact info, location, short introduction text, activities icons (they have to choose up to 5 icons from a total of 12)
Is it possible to link data from a fillable PDF into predetermined and prestyled text boxes in Indesign CS6?
Would it be necessary to export in an Excel sheet prior?
What would be the best trick in order for the icons to place themselves automatically, if possible?

When placing a PDF into InDesign, it's a flat piece of art for each page included. There's no way to manipulate form fields or work with links or anything like that.
The data from the form would have to be collected and converted into an Excel file for placing into InDesign. (Collecting data from PDF forms and converting the Excel format can be done in Acrobat Pro.)

I know one method to convert the sapscript to pdf file :
first generate a Spool Request for the required Sapscript
then goto transaction SP01 and copy the generated Spool Request number
now execute the SAP report RSTXPDFT4
here enter the copied Spool request number and the target directory into the parameters
execute the report
required pdf file will be generated into the target directory

I would like to have my flex app send data to a pdf form
(then back again). I've seen mention of XPAAJ but can't seem to
locate the library XPAAJ.jar anywhere...where is this? No longer
available? Is there an alternate way of sending data to PDF, then
back to Flex again?
We own Acrobat 9 Pro Extended. I am on Linux Oracle app
server and looking to use java.
