DBUA failed with Vault option enable while didn't install Vault option

Question

I tired to upgrade my database from 11.1 to 11.2 with dbua, and it faied with "Database Vault option is enabled in Oracle Home "/U01/lab11g/app/oracle/product/11.2.0". This option needs to be disabled prior to upgrade.". However I am pretty sure that I didn't select Vault option while installing 11.2 Oracle software. That is really weird! Does anyone know how could it happen?
Then I tried to disable this option will commands as below, but still got that error.

-bash-3.00$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin

The original 11.1 Oracle software and new 11.2 Oracle software are not installed Vault option actually. As below it the query result from 11.1 db.
