Ddccontrol-svn for testing

Hello.
DDCcontrol is a program running on Linux, used to control monitor parameters, like brightness and contrast, by software, i.e. without using the OSD (On Screen Display) and the buttons in front of the monitor.

The ddccontrol version in Aur is quite old (2006)..so i tried to wrote an updated svn package:

Note:If you dont use gnome you can add --disable-gnome-applet  in the ./configure line.
Note2:After running autogen.sh the program outptus the following text and you have to hit 'enter':
Please run 'aclocal -I m4' to regenerate the aclocal.m4 file.
You need aclocal from GNU automake 1.9 (or newer) to do this.
Then run 'autoconf' to regenerate the configure file.
You will also need config.guess and config.sub, which you can get from the CVS
of the 'config' project at http://savannah.gnu.org/. The commands to fetch them
are
$ wget 'http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/*checkout*/config/config/config.guess'
$ wget 'http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/*checkout*/config/config/config.sub'
You might also want to copy the convenience header file gettext.h
from the /usr/share/gettext directory into your package.
It is a wrapper around <libintl.h> that implements the configure --disable-nls
option.

You can read the OTN license at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/licenses/standard-license-152015.html to check whether it applies to your case or not. If this is not clear you had better call your Oracle sales representative instead of relying on advice given on Internet.
