Dear Verizon, I ask that you please communicate with your customers. We know now that if our iPhone 6 Plus hasn't shipped by now, its not getting to us on 9/19. Will you at least update us on a expected ship date? Sincerely, Everyone.

We call customer service and get told:
There were no iPhone 6 Plus available for a 9/19 ship date.
All iPhone 6 Plus are back ordered until November.
Our system was sold out as soon as the store went live for pre-sale.
If you ordered within the first 10 minutes, most likely a mid October back order date, otherwise November.
I would like someone to tell us what is going on with our orders.

    Try this repair, ensure you complete all the tasks and in the order shown:
    1  delete all the iWork applications if you have them, not just Keynote, use Appcleaner from Mac Update to           do this, its freeware
    2  restart the Mac;   Apple menu > restart
    3  immediately after the start chime,  press the shift key until you see the Apple symbol.
             let it fully boot up,  it will take longer as the OS is repairing the drive
    4  when fully booted, go to Applications > Utilities > Disc Utility; click on the boot drive  then First Aid tab and           click  repair disc permissions
    5  when complete, restart the Mac normally
    6  install Keynote from the Mac App Store

    There is NO International Warranty for the iPhone.  Your best bet is to purchase one in Thailand.  If you purchase a phone in France, you will NOT get warranty service on it in Thailand and will have to return it to France (or any EU country) for warranty service.

    my friend got it unlocked from hyderabad ,there the mobile guy assured us that he will factory unlock it for rs 5000.. he just took the imei number and in 3 days iphone 5s was unlocked. he didnt take the phone so i knew he didnt jailbreak it or did some hacking stuff .. i have the box with me too with all accessories.but my friend doesnt know which carrier to it was locked....as his friend gave it to him from usa

    You have to restore the iPod, no ifs, ands, or buts...
    After iOS is installed you will be asked if you what to set it up as a new iPod or if you want to restore from a backup.
    If you have a good backup you can restore that and you're good to go.
    If you don't have a good backup, then you end up with a "clean" iPod....

    Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
    Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

    Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (or AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi) to do a standalone AMDS install.
    (If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
    Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, can you get a normal iTunes install to go through properly now?
    If instead you get an error message during the install (or uninstall), let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.)

    BT PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!! BT HomeHub 5 is the worst router I have ever come across in all my years connecting to the Internet. I have tried all your "solutions" to wireless dropping out every few minutes. My hub is showing connection to the internet but wifi is constantly dropping out  and judging by searches on Bt site and the Internet most people are having the same problem.  Why did you choose to supply customers with an inferior router whilst promoting BT Infinity - the speeds are good but the wifi connection is a major problem. I am sick and tired of ringing for help as your customer advisers are clearly reading off a script. The majority of your customers are long time internet users and have tried all your scripted solutions long before ringing the company - connecting with Ethernet cable, changing channels, resetting router, restarting router etc etc. All I want is an internet connection over wifi that WORKS! Im off now to buy another router and if it works I WILL be contacting BT for the cost of new router as why should I pay for a service which BT cannot supply.

    As a new BT customer on infinity I was a bit worried about things that I have read about the Home Hub 5.
    I can only speak as I find and I have had no trouble with this router. It has not dropped out at all and the wireless signal is better than the Netgear router that I was using with my previous ISP, and that router was good.
    I can get a good signal through two single brick and plaster walls and if I go outside can still get a signal through an aditional brick cavity wall. Something the Netgear could not do.
    I have the B version, perhaps you have a faulty router. I will be interested to see if your purchase of a new router cures your problems and so proves your HH 5 faulty.

    2. grabbed the software/driver update from Aug, 2010,
    3. installed the Aug, 2010 update, and my problems seem to have been fixed.

    Hello, I have a HP Officejet J6480 All-in-One printer.  When I try to print, I receive this error message:
    "Communication Failure: The computer is no longer able to communicate with your printer. Turn the printer off, check your printer connections and check for printer errors, and turn the printer back on."
     I am using a Mac PowerBook G4, OS v10.5.7.  I have tried the following:
    -- rebooted my Mac
    -- turned printer off/on
    -- rebooted wireless router
    -- tried to print using USB cable.
    I continue to receive the same error message. Helllllllllllllllp!!!!
    A couple of other things I need to mention:  I bought this printer in June and have been able to print just fine since purchasing
    this printer. As recently as Friday, July 3, I was able to print and printed 6 or 7 pages then.  This is CRAZY!!!!

    Thanks for the support but I had already tried this . Again did it as you advised. Still not able to connect the ipad mini with Bluetooth.
    Could it be that some app is causing issue. I can connect my car and computer over Bluetooth but not ipad mini.

    Your post is abit confusing, especially on getting those weird messages and emails,( assumed in your Windows machine.)
    Most likely you have Restored the iPod using the new Macbook pro, using the same name as that in your Windows machine, hence the duplicate name warning, as it is trying to sync Automatically.
    If you are syncing your iPod to both the Mac and Windows, you must set it to Manually Manage Music, in the first machine that you setup iTunes with the iPod. Read thsi Apple Support Article
    In iTunes, Preference, tick on Prevent devices syncing automatically
    Hopefully your music are still in both your iTunes library,
    Connect the iPod to the Mac
    Restore it (just to fix any filesystem corruption by the Windows end)
    Set it to Manually Manage Music
    Sync your selected songs in your library.
    Whern sync complete, Eject it
    Connect it to your Windows PC.
    Select the song in the library
    Sync it.
    It should work if your ipod Hardisk is not giving any problem.

    Close System Preferences and launch the Terminal application. Copy or drag -- do not type -- the line of text below into the window, and press return:
    kextstat -kl | awk ' !/apple/ { print $6 } '
    Post the lines of output (if any) that appear below what you just entered (the text, please, not a screenshot.) You can then quit Terminal.
