Delegate for Executive getting delay when seeing Calendar view, Iphone user

Question

Seems like a lot of people are having calendar issues. Well, let me add one more issue to this to see if anyone has any answers.
Our Admin is a delegate for three Executives -two have Blackberry's, one has the Iphone. We are using MS Outlook 2007 with Exchange Server 2003. We have tested using MS Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server 2003 as well and have the same issue.
When the Admin creates meetings, the meetings don't show up on the Executives calendar (the one with the Iphone) right away. The meetings eventually show up, but it takes anywhere between 30 seconds to 4 hours. This only happens to the Exec with the IPhone. The meetings post within 5 seconds for the other two Execs that have the Blackberry's. The Admin has all the calendars open and is able to see the meetings get posted (or in this case, not get posted on the one calendar). The Admin is not happy and wants us to fix this. When the delays take a long time to post, she really gets mad. We have checked various discussion boards, posts, Google, and Yahoo but so far, can't find anything. We have also opened a case with Microsoft and have spent over 30 hours with various support levels troubleshooting. So far, everything points to the Iphone.
The Exec with the IPhone will not use a Blackberry, period. We support Blackberry's but recently had to start supporting IPhones. And now, we have these issues.
Hope someone can offer some assistance.

Microsoft Exchange Server enables calendar sharing with others who have Exchange accounts. Your calendars can be viewed only by others to whom you have granted permissions. If the other person whose calendar you want to open has not granted you permission
to view it, Outlook prompts you to ask the person for the permission that you need.
After you access a shared calendar for the first time, the calendar is added to the
Shared Calendars list in the Navigation Pane(Navigation Pane: The column on the left side of the Outlook window that includes buttons for the Mail, Calendar, and Tasks views and the folders
within each view. Click a folder to show the items in the folder.), where you can access it the next time that you want to view it.
To share your calendar with another Exchange user:
On the Home tab, in the Share group, click
Share Calendar.
In the Sharing Invitation that appears, enter the person who you want to share with in the
To box.
Enter or select any other options that you want, just as if you were sending an email message.
The recipient sees an email notification that you have shared your calendar. You can also request that the recipient share his or her Exchange Calendar with you.
 Tip     If you want to share a calendar that you created that is not your default Calendar, in the Navigation Pane, right-click the calendar name, and then click
Share calendar name.
