Delete applicant number whitout using PU90

Hi Expert,
I wrote an RFC function to create an applicant. I use BAPI_APPLICANT_CREATE.
After, when I have an applicant number, I need to update some infotype.
If during this update, I have an error, I need to delete the applicant number.
It is possible with a function module or class ?

a class dealing with candidates is CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE. may be you can find something there.
or you could try to do it the database way:
candidate is OTYPE NA in HRP1000
There are relations in HRP1001:
A/B 650 to CP
A/B 651 to ND
CP may refer to OTYPES P, US, BP and S
The infotypes contayning candidates information are 51xx, tables HRP51xx, HRT51xx and maybe HRHAPxxx.
And don't forget: some information (addresses etc.) are stored as business partner in tables BUPAxxxx.

HEEELLPP - Deleted employee data, while deleting applicant with same ID

Hello,
I need help solving a problem created in payments. We deleted all internal applicant data on our base, using PU90 through LSMW. The problem with this transaction is that it is based on PU00. So, the program deleted all records in PTQUODED as it didn't check if the Personnel Id wasn't an employee.
Now I need to replace data and we are trying to use database backup.
Any other suggestions? Is there any other employee table that could be deleted with the applicant's infotypes?

Hi,
You can disable a "Receive At" item which will in turn remove it from the "Start new conversation from" drop down in the Messages app across Mountain Lion and Mavericks.
You can remove it from the iPhone or other iOS device.
However this will not remove it on either Messages 7.x.x (Mountain Lion) or Messages 8 (Mavericks)
In Mavericks you have to delete the .plist involved to remove the Aliases you don't want (and tend to have to re-enter the Apple ID as well)
With a Finder window Open, use the Go Menu whilst holding down the ALT key.
Select the Library that now appears in the menu list.
Navigate to Preferences.
Find com.apple.ids.service.com.apple.madrid.plist and drag it to the Trash
Restart the Messages app

No.
With an Exchange or IMAP account you can delete the messages with the email client used on your computer or via webmail access for the account - all server stored mailboxes are kept synchronized with the server with each email client used to access the account.
Not possible with an antiquated POP account.

Best way to delete large number of records but not interfere with tlog backups on a schedule

Ive inherited a system with multiple databases and there are db and tlog backups that run on schedules. There is a list of tables that need a lot of records purged from them. What would be a good approach to use for deleting the old records?
Ive been digging through old posts, reading best practices etc, but still not sure the best way to attack it.
Approach #1
A one-time delete that did everything. Delete all the old records, in batches of say 50,000 at a time.
After each run through all the tables for that DB, execute a tlog backup.
Approach #2
Create a job that does a similar process as above, except dont loop. Only do the batch once. Have the job scheduled to start say on the half hour, assuming the tlog backups run every hour.
Note:
Some of these (well, most) are going to have relations on them.

take the table offline for maintenance, a complete reorganization is always best because it does the delete and places the table back into a pristine state.

Say once u have deleted all the information relaed to the pernr . Go to PA04 in the current no status give the deleted no and hire an employee in PA40
Note : this will applicable only in cretain cased so i would like to know in which context u want this

You have selected internal... if am wrong.
Standardly some records are existing in the tables...
go to the tables and delete the records not required..
and set the NO. RANGE STATUS as your requirement then save and process...

Only by restoring your phone as a new device using iTunes, or Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. You follow this by syncing your content back to the phone. Either that, or you live with it. The data will be overwritten as you use your phone.
