Hi,
We had a similar requirement once, and towards the end we realised that deleteing rather than hiding it was a bad idea.
Think beyond the scope, that if a future sales order created with reference needs this condition record; manual entry will again be dependent on your pricing procedure and is a mess.
But if you do want to delete it; go into debugging and decide which user exit you would want to use and delete that line of the condition record from XKOMV table for that Sales Order

  • Determination of Base price condition type depending on Item Category

    Dear All,
The requirement I have is as stated below:
There are two materials A and B that are individually sellable materials. But during a specific time period the company decides to give a scheme where in Material B is given as free when a particular quantity of material A is purchased. Irrespective of the scheme, material B can also be individually purchased during the scheme period.
Now in the former scenario where material B goes free with material A in the same order, the base price of material B should not go to revenue G/L but to a different G/L called Scheme G/L. To counter this scheme G/l there is another counter G/L into which 100% discount on base price to material B goes.
In the latter case, if material B is sold individually, then the base price should go to Revenue G/L and not scheme G/L and the 100% discount is not applicable.
Can you please guide me on how to configure this.
The approach I have taken is as follows:
The condition types for base price are ZBPR and ZBP1(reference condition type of ZBPR)
Item Categories to be considered: ZTAN and ZTNN (for material B going as free during the scheme)
The requirement is such that, whenever the item category for a particular material is ZTAN, the condition type to be picked must be ZBPR while the condition type ZBP1 must be deactivated.
Similarly, if the item category for the line item is ZTNN, then the condition type to be picked must be ZBP1 and the condition type ZBPR must be deactivated

    Dear All,
I have fulfilled this by doing rev acct determination in vkoa using item category and moving it up the order. Also I used a requirement in v/08 for 100% discount on free material.
This has resolved my issue and i am now closing this thread.
    Thanks and Regards,

  • New condition types as per item category

    Hello All,
I want to determine two new condition types for one particular item category.
Is there any standard way to determine it.
    Regards
    Amit

    Hi Amit,
If you are using the formula for calculating the values then you  have two options:
    1. If  calculation routine is sap std. then create the new requirement routine and assign to the conditions in the pricing procedure.
2.If calculation routine is developed by you then put the  required checks in the same.
    Hope this will help you.

  • Condition Type dependant on Pricing Date

    Hi,
I want to know how to make a particular condition type dependant on pricing date. e.g We have a pricing procedure where a couple of condition types are only displayed, when I go to the header details in VA01 and put the pricing date manually in the Sales Tab.
    Thanks
    Amol

    Hi Amol,
Go to V/06 and goto perticular condition type detailes screen, At bottom there is control data 2 in that there is field called 'pricing date' you enter "B" in that field, I think it will fullfill your requirement.
If it is helpfull please reward me with points,

  • PO - Document Type FO and Item Category B - Can they be transferred to SUS?

    Hi SDN
We are using R/3 4.7 with SRM 5.0 - Classic Scenario and XI 4.0.  We are just about to launch an SUS project to put our PO's on SUS for our suppliers.  Our organization is dealing with PO's for both Goods and Services.  As we know that there are no problems about putting the GR-Type PO's (NB type) on SUS but I would like to know if it is possible to transfer PO's that would be from the Document Type FO and Item Category B (Blanket PO) to SUS and ensure that our suppliers can do the entire PO Acknowledgement, PO Change and post the Invoice via SUS.  If not, what are the options for our R/3 - SUS installation?
    Thanks!

  • Item:000001.Order type ZBBK and Item category TAN not customized for

    Hello all,
I got the following error message when trying to create an order. Please suggest.
Item:000001.IP type ZBBK and Item category TAN
    not customized for
    Thanks,

In config, you have to have assignment of the document types to the item category groups.
In SPRO you can Assign Item Category Usage for a combination of -
    1] Sales Document Type
    2] Item Category Group and
3] High level Item Category etc.
The path in SPRO is Sales and Dist --> Sales --> Sales Documents --> Sales Document Item --> Assign Item Categories.
Just below "Define Item Category Usage".
    Hope this helps.

  • Deleting order type dependent parameters

While deleting ordr type dependent parameters, the system is giving the foll error:
Deletion not permitted. An order still exist for plant XYZ and order type XYZ

I don't know if your project lead has approved of the steps you're taking. All I can say is you're setting yourself up for more trouble.
I don't know how far you have proceeded with this process & what all you have deleted, but if there is still time, I would strongly suggest to disband your present approach & instead work with your basis team to remove authorization for all activities pertaining to this plant for PP scope. At a later date if you wish to re-start the activities relating to PP, basis would just need to re-assign back the roles.
Anyway the above is just my personal views, I leave it your wise judgement.

  • Tabular form condition type value of item / column in expression 1

    Hi
    Question 1
I was wondering if anyone can help with the necessary syntax so that I can set a Condition Type for a column in a Tabular Form.
What I'm trying to do is show or hide a column based on the contents of another column in the same row for instance show column DETAIL or DETAIL_READ_ONLY if column READ_ONLY is set to 'Y'
Value of item / column in expression 1 = #READ_ONLY# or READ_ONLY (alas neither works)
    Expression 2 = Y
I can set all the DETAIL or DETAIL_READ_ONLY columns to either hide or show at the same time by
Value of item / column in expression 1 = P100_READ_ONLY (works well but lacks granularity)
    Expression 2 = Y
    Question 2
Are Tabular Forms such that all fuctionality has to be global, what effects one column must be the same for all
I know that Oracle prefers that developers don't use tabular forms but they are usefull for data visability when setting up related data in the same table.
e.g. surveys, questionnaires etc apps the web was made for
    Thanks
    Derek

    Hi Sandro
    Thanks for replying
The problem I have is Tabular Forms
Detail Text Detail Read Only Read only
    Event 1a Event 1b Y
    Event 2a Event 2b N
    Event 3a Event 3b Y
What I want it to look like is
Detail Text Detail Read Only Read only
    ___________Event 1b__________ Y
    Event 2a_____________________ N
    ___________Event 3b__________ Y
This would mean that the Text Field containing Event 2 could be updated but the Display Only fields containing Event 1 and Event 3 cannot be changed.
The trick is to be able to mix and match data types for the same data because Tabular Forms columns don't have a conditional read only choice.
Sorry about the rudimentary diagram, but its the old 80 / 20 rule =>20 percent functional

  • Deletion condition types from purchase order

    Hello,
    I've got the following situation:
    1) PO had been created for one material with S price and there was three conditions, that to reflect planned freight costs.
    2) There GR have been done.
    Postings:
    Stock 10  Dt
    Price difference 6 Dt
    GR/IR     -10 Kt
    GR/IR     -2 Kt - Condition 1
    GR/IR     -3 Kt - Condition 2
    GR/IR     -1 Kt - Condition 3
    3) Cancellation of GR - 102 mvmt type:
    Stock -10  Kt
    Price difference -6 Kt
    GR/IR     10 Dt
There were no reverse postings for planned conditions !!!!
During the analysis of this PO, after all of this postings - i've found out  that there are three conditions, but with zero values !!!
As i know it is impossible to delete conditions from PO after postings.
    We didn't implement any ABAP
Do you have ideas about this accident?
    Thank you in advance.

I can't understand you: "could you corelate the changes or are they in line wth if the condtion value was changed?"
Where i need to correlate it? I can't see it CDPOS - i can see only the changes of the following fields:
    EKPO
    BRTWR
    EKPO
    EFFWR
    EKPO
    NETPR
    EKPO
    NETWR
And the values there are not correlated with the values of condtions in EKBZ.
I suppose that some condtions were in the PO after GR, but there then they were deleted (but how???!!!) and after this was cancellation of GR - we've got only reverse entires - it sounds like nonsence.
But i have no any idea.

  • Report of condition types per line item in sales order

    Hi all,
Is there any report that can tell me all the price conditions that are allocated to a sales order line item? I am talking about the actual conditions relevant for a line item, not only conditions that have a condition record setup.
So I would like to key in sales order number, the line item and get a report of all conditions that are allocated to that line item in the specific sales order.
If there is no such standard report, does anyone know what tables to link?
    Thanks in advance,
    Lars

    Hi Lars,
In my current customer they had the same requirement and after almost 1 month of analysis we decided to build a custom report to execute this.
And as an enhancement we compare prices from the sales orders and the sap price records in order to check the differences.
First we need to find all the open lines (status and reason for rejection (ABGRU)), than loop KONV and select the  KSCHL (condition types) you want, material text descriptions, etc.....of course a lot more in terms of coding.....;-)
This was the form I used :
    FORM FIND_SO_PRICES.
      LOOP AT IT_ITEM_REPORT.
        REFRESH IT_PRICING.
SELECT KSCHL KBETR WAERS KPEIN KMEIN KUMZA KUMNE
          INTO IT_PRICING
          FROM KONV
         WHERE KNUMV = IT_ITEM_REPORT-KNUMV
           AND KPOSN = IT_ITEM_REPORT-POSNR
           AND KINAK <> 'M'
           AND KINAK <> 'X'.
          APPEND IT_PRICING.
        ENDSELECT.
READ TABLE IT_PRICING WITH KEY KSCHL = 'XXXX'. -> My price condition
        IF SY-SUBRC = 0.
          IT_ITEM_REPORT-ZSP1 = IT_PRICING-KBETR.
          MODIFY IT_ITEM_REPORT.
        ENDIF.
READ TABLE IT_PRICING WITH KEY KSCHL = 'XXXX'. -> My discount condition
        IF SY-SUBRC = 0.
          IT_ITEM_REPORT-ZSD1 = IT_PRICING-KBETR / -10.
          MODIFY IT_ITEM_REPORT.
        ENDIF.
       IT_ITEM_REPORT-LIQ = IT_ITEM_REPORT-ZSP1 - ( IT_ITEM_REPORT-ZSP1 * (
                                              IT_ITEM_REPORT-ZSD1 / 100 ) ).
        MODIFY IT_ITEM_REPORT.
      ENDLOOP.
    ENDFORM.                    " FIND_SO_PRICES

  • Condition Type with cost element category 1

    Dear Sap expert,
I have costing based copa and I am running make to stock scenario.
SD team added new condition type in their pricing.
This condition type is mapped to FI GL account which is a cost account (cost element category 1) while the other condition type in SD pricing is cost element category 11 or 12.
I mapping this cost account to a cost center in OKB9.
But when SD run billing, there is an error message :
    "Prof.segment for prim.cost elements not advisable for costing-based CO-PA" .
I don't mapped this new condition type to copa value field.
But Why does this error come?
    Please help me.
    Regards

    Hi Anu
This is standard behaviour... Once you have COPA active, the Prof Segment gets derived when you create Sales Order...
So, any posting that happens from Billing, gets assigned to this Prof Segment...
The design is such that you cant post to COPA using Catg 1 cost element....
So, if you are posting to this GL account from SD Billing, you need to have it as Catg 11 or 12.... If you dont want to post it to COPA, then do not post to this GL from SD billing.. Post it from FI side...

  • Posting condition type as noted item through RERAPP

    HI Experts
I want to post a condition type as a noted item through RERAPP.
Can this be done. I see that there is only a provision for advance payment. My requirement is that the condition should be posted as a noted item which will then be used as a reference for incoming payment in Finance.

  • What's the difference between text and value type for SO item category?

    Dears,
Could anybody help me on this question?
    Many thanks!
    Regards,
    Shiliang

    Hi Shiliang,
In a Bill Of Material the main item is a  composite item which represents what is being sold to the customer. For eg. a computer typically would consist of Monitor, Keyboard, mouse and CPU, speakers. Here computer refers the collection of all these items which are physically existing and basically items present in our inventory ( Value Items ). Where as computer is just a text item meant to describe the collection.
Also to add the for Usage we use it as text sometimes, which is used to say the item has been authenticated by the quality dept and we print " Tested " on it or these days all the items come out with unique article numbers for identification purpose. So we use this usage as text.
Hope it adds. Pl reward if useful.
    Thanks & Regards
