Delete 'return' link

Hi, OBIEE automatically adds 'Return' and 'Create Bookmark Link' in a report when that report is specified as a target in the Navigation option. I do not want to the 'Return' link. Does anybody know how to remove this link.

make the below entry in instance config.xml file.

and restart the bi all services.

Delete FM link

I'm returning to an old RH project with a linked FM book. There is a new file in the book that somehow got linked into the project and I want to delete the link, since none of the contents in this FM file are meant for the RH output.
In the RH Help documentation, it states: "You can directly delete documents linked by copy from the Project Files folder, and you can delete the references of the documents linked by reference. Right-click a document and select Delete.
When you delete a linked file, all its associated documents, such as CSS, images, baggage files, and multimedia files, are also deleted."
However, when I right-click a document, the Delete command is disabled. How can I delete the link?

It deletes the last uploaded photo for given pernr.
I have tried FM - ARCHIVOBJECT_DELETE.

How can I delete the link to part of this script?

Hi there,
Can anyone tell me how to delete the 'link to' part of this
JavaScript as I am using this slideshow from Dynamic Drive however
I don't want to be able to click on the pictures and be taken to
another website. I'm not familiar with JavaScript so any help would
be much appreciated.

It looks like you already removed some code from the
fadeimages Array.
In the fadeimages Array, the script is looking for three
things: the image
path, the link and the target.
Since you don't want a link and don't need a target, just
insert an "empty
value" for each of these.
You only have the image path in the code, so the script fails
"when it
doesn't find the other two things it's looking for"..
Change this:
fadeimages[0]=["restaurantexterior1.jpg"]
fadeimages[1]=["restaurantinterior2.jpg"]
fadeimages[2]=["restaurantinteriorwall.jpg"]
To this:
fadeimages[0]=["restaurantexterior1.jpg", "", ""]

"" means no value, so now the script finds the image path,
then finds the
link which is empty and lastly, finds the target which is
empty.
Since it finds the three things it's looking for, it

Are you trying to print through the airport express wirelessly or the built in wireless of the lexmark? If you want to use the airport express, there is no need to mess with the wireless printing on the lexmark at all. The airport express will be easy to set up, all the wireless setups through the printers are a pain.

I have moved an item out of the links folder on a project I am working on in IDCC and when opening the project it tells me, rightly, that a link is missing. When I go to the links panel I see the alert that the linked item is missing, which I know, and I want to delete the link in the links panel but see no option to do this, also the delete key does nothing when the item is highlighted, and right-click (^ click) offer no delete choice either. How can I delete this item in the links panel?

You are going to need to examine the Cos object for each link and see
whether it meets your requirements of "dead" (which you've really just
moved to "invalid destination" - when is a destination invalid?)
The PDF Reference describes the types of PDF actions. There are more
than you think, and some (JavaScript) virtually defy analysis. In
broad terms the plug-in would call PDDocGetPage / PDPageRelease for
each page in turn, then iterate through the Annots objects. There is a
PDAnnot API, but going to the Cos API is likely to be needed in the
end.
Be sure to use an error handler so you never miss PDPageRelease, even
if there is an error in the PDF: this is very important.

Return Links at top of Report? Legend Labels on Bar Chart Rollovers?

I have two questions.
1. Is there a way to easily put the 'Return' links at the top of all reports? i.e. is there a template I can edit to do this to all my reports? I have hundreds of reports and changing them all by hand by putting a static text with HTML isn't really an option for me.
2. Is there a way to show the Legend value when you hover over a Bar on a Bar Chart. I'm pretty sure pie charts do this, but in my Bar Chart, hovering over the individual bars only shows the value. I would like for it to also show which legend item it is when a user hovers over.

I was looking into the issue. I can confirm that the scid code that's generated is dynamic.
I also looked into the return link - the code is the following (you already know this).

What I have done:
select a Link in the Reader Links Menu.
Swipe across the link
a Red DELETE button appears
I press the DELETE Button
Nothing Happens (including no error message)!!
Can you help please?

Mine appears to work. Try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies And Data (Clear Cache on iOS 4) and also Clear History
If that doesn't fix it then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Acrobat Pro 7.1 how to delete url link from pdf doc

I accidently selected the wrong text when I set up a link to a web page. Nothing I do will allow me to delete the linking capability. When I click on the link, it takes me to "no such address" message in browser.
When I search Arcobat help, it appears that the instructions are for a newer version of the software, because I don't get the same tools that it tells me to use.
I've used the Advanced Linking tool that supposedly allows to delete all links in document, but it doesn't work. Links still there.
Anyone know how to do what I need done?

I don't have Acrobat 7.1 handy but you could see if this helps...
Make sure the Editing toolbar is visible. Select the Link tool in the toolbar. Clicking on the link in the document should select it and let you edit or delete it.

Delete attachments linked with a business object

Hi All,
I have added some pdf attachments to a business object using Archivelink. I am making use of FM - ARCHIV_CREATE_TABLE.
This worked. Now we need to either add a retention period for these attachments or archive them or delete them after a certain period of time. I tried some ways till now.. but they havent worked
1. Setting a delete date in my FM ARCHIV_CREATE_TABLE :

However when I look in OAAD, this delete date doesnt show up!
2. Using standard reports - RSBCS_REORG, RSSO_DELETE_PRIVATE and RSSODFRE. However my attachments are not even getting selected to be deleted.
3. I also tried with FM - archive_object_delete and ARCHIVOBJECT_DELETE. Here I am getting an error that states-
Error during import of physical document from cluster table SOFFCONT1.
Any ideas towards this ? All your answers are appreciated.

Minutes after I wrote up this question, I tweaked a way to delete the PDF using FM -ARCHIVOBJECT_DELETE. The archive doc id to be given here is from the 'Link' table one would have configured in transaction OAC3 (part of Archivelink config).
I would still like to know if there is a cleaner way to delete the attachments from a business object.
Also is there is way to delete the 'link' from transaction OAAD.
