Deliveries between dates and time

Hi All,
I've to find deliveries between last run date and time of a program and current date and time of the same program taking into account LIKP-ERDAT and LIKP-ERZET.
LIKP-ERDAT and LIKP-ERZET  should be greater than Last run date and time and smaller than current date and time.
Can anyone suggest the different ways of doing this?
Thanks

Hi
U can check in table CDHDR also.. May be very useful..
Just have look at that where  in u can find deliveries created/modified for period ....etc.

  • Date and time not showing correct whe imported to Power query

    Hi,
I have an Excel list that I imported to another Excel file via Power query. A few of the imported columns contains date and time, for example 2013-11-09 20:19. When imported to Power query this will show as 41587.84652777778 and only dates/times with zero
hours and minutes will show correctly. When trying to change the data type to Date/Time it returns an error for all cells containing hours and minutes.
I use a Swedish version of Excel that uses a different time format compared to standard excel and also uses a , as a delimiter between date and time compared to the . used as delimiter in standard excel. Don't know if that can explain
    this problem?
    Brgds,
    C

I updated Power query earlier this week, so it should be the latest version. When I created the sample file now the problem appears, so if it is a bug it has not been solved.
You find the sample file on the link below. 4 sheets with some info on the problem, the data, the query result and one sheet with the data and query result as pictures as it shows in my version of Excel, I guess it will look somewhat different when you open
the file due to local date/time settings.
Appreciate feedback on what you find!

  • How to read date and time with Oracle_Loader (10g)

    ip pc username date time
    1.1.1.1 WS1 test 2000/01/01 01:01:01
I am trying to read the date and time from data formatted as above from a .txt file.
create TABLE test (IP char(20), OCID char(15), ID char(30), date_logon date, time_logon date)
ORGANIZATION EXTERNAL (TYPE ORACLE_loader DEFAULT DIRECTORY phonebook
ACCESS PARAMETERS (FIELDS TERMINATED BY WHITESPACE
    (IP char(20),
    OCID char(15),
    ID char(30),
    date_logon char(30) DATE_FORMAT DATE MASK "yyyy/mm/dd",
    time_logon char(30) date_FORMAT date MASK "hh24:mi:ss"))
    LOCATION ('test.log'));
However, my external table returns a date (2007-05-01) AND the time for the time_logon column (e.g. 2007-05-01 01:01:01) . I just want the time (e.g. 01:01:01).
    What am I doing wrong?
*I tried: date_logon char(30) DATE_FORMAT DATE MASK "yyyy/mm/dd hh24:mi:ss", reading both the date and time at the same time, but it doesn't work.
    Thanks.

Justin, thank you so much for your help.
    When I try:
    SELECT a.ip, a.ocid, a.id, TO_CHAR( a.date_logon, 'DD-MON-YYYY HH24:MI:SS' )
    FROM test a
date_logon entries are all dd-mon-yyyy and 00:00:00 (i.e. no time was stored).
I don't have control over the text file, so I don't think I can make any changes to the formatting.
I tried to declare the column as 'timestamp':
    date_logon char(60) DATE_FORMAT timestamp MASK "yyyy/mm/dd hh24:mi:ss",
but time is still displayed as 00:00:00:000.... which leads me to suspect that the culprit is the space between date and time in the text file.
Say if I have 2007/05/25 and 2007/05/01 16:19:23 in two separate date columns. Is it possible to grab the time from the second column and append it to the first column (while still retaining the DATE property, i.e. 2007/05/25 16:19:23).
    Thanks!

    Induhar,
As an addendum to this, I thought I'd add this in also: If you have two valid DateTime objects you might consider using a class which I put together a few years ago
shown on a page of my website here.
To use it, just instantiate with two DateTime objects (order doesn't matter, it'll figure it out) and you'll then have access to the public properties. For this example, I'm just showing the .ToString method:
    Option Strict On
    Option Explicit On
    Option Infer Off
    Public Class Form1
    Private Sub Form1_Load(ByVal sender As System.Object, _
    ByVal e As System.EventArgs) _
    Handles MyBase.Load
Dim date1 As DateTime = Now
    Dim date2 As DateTime = #1/1/1970 2:35:00 PM#
Dim howOld As New Age(date1, date2)
    MessageBox.Show(howOld.ToString, "Age")
    Stop
    End Sub
    End Class
I hope that helps, if not now then maybe at some point in the future. :)
Still lost in code, just at a little higher level.
Thanx frank, can use this in Future....

  • Query to search between two specific dates and time period

    Hi,
Need a query to search between two particular dates and time period
Like i want to search table having one date field .
Suppose the date range is '01-JUL-06' and '01-AUG-06' and time frame
    is 23:00:00 to 08:00:00
i.e i want to search between dates 01 july to 01 aug and also within the time frame i.e 23:00 to 08:00 hrs only

    The general principle is
    SELECT * FROM your_table
    WHERE some_date BEWTEEN to_date('01-JUL-06') and to_date('01-AUG-06' )+0.99999
    AND  ( some_date <= trunc(some_date)+8/24
               OR  some_date >= trunc(some_date)+23/24 )

  • Function that check if date and time between to dates and time

    hi
is there any function that can check if date and time are between to dates and time ?
    thanks
    Ami

You can check using IF condition.
DATA : d1 TYPE datum, d2 TYPE datum, d3 TYPE datum.
    IF d1 BETWEEN d2 AND d3.
      d1 = d1 + 1.
    ENDIF.
    where d1, d2 and d3 are dates.
Similarly you can check for Time and Timestamp.

  • Date and time field help

    Hey guys and gals,
I'm working on a basic simple form that I'd like to use as a fax cover sheet and I'm brand new at this and I just can't find the answer anywhere. The only way I can get it to show the date and time is if I choose calculated - read only, then runtime property. But then it changes every time you open the document. It doesn't autofill the date and time any other way. Is there a way to make the date and time auto fill ONLY the first time you fill it out and then lock that field? Or do you just have to choose one of the other options, i.e., user entered - optional, recommended or required and then type it in? Which I don't really get either, because those just give you a blank field that you type in. I don't see the difference between those options and a text field. I thought maybe I could upload the pdf to show you, but I guess you can't do that here. Anyway using Acrobat 9 pro on Vista.

It sounds like you're using LiveCycle Designer, not Acrobat, to create the form. If that's the case, you should post this question in the LiveCycle Designer forum: http://forums.adobe.com/community/livecycle/livecycle_modules_and_development_tools/livecy cle_designer_es

  • Date and Time dimensions

After reading the following article, I have decided to use SSAS dimension wizard for generating our Date dimension, which creates a DATETIME PK.
    http://www.made2mentor.com/2011/05/date-vs-integer-datatypes-as-primary-key-for-date-dimensions/
I have also created a separate Time dimension as granularity of an hour is required.
The Time dimension is very simple and only contains a surrogate key (INTEGER) and actual time in hours (VARCHAR).
    DimTime(TimeKey, TimeInHours)
Our Fact table will now have a link to both the Date and Time dimension using the PK's.
Our analysis is required by hour, day, week, month and year.
My query is; Will this current structure cause any problems when creating MDX scripts to analyse our data (i.e. drilldown and rollup queries) Hour - Day - Week - Month - Year

    Hi Darren,
According to your description, there a day and hour granularity in your fact table, so you want to a hierarchy like Hour - Day - Week - Month - Year, right?
In your scenario, you created a time table that only contains a surrogate key (INTEGER) and actual time in hours (VARCHAR). We cannot create a Hour - Day - Week - Month - Year hierarchy without ant relationship between date table and time table. As per my understanding,
you need create a foreigner key in time table, and join those table in the data source view, then you can create such a hierarchy. Here are some links about create time dimension, please see:

  • Calculation of Date and Time Keyfigure

    Hello Experts,
I want to get the result out of two keyfigures with different data type. One keyfigure has the data type TIMS and the other DATS. Is it possible to calculate the following:
    Result =  (Keyfigure1 TIMS + Keyfigure2 DATS) - (Keyfigure2 TIMS + Keyfigure3 DATS)
Thanks in advance for your help.

Edited by: Siegfried Szameitat on Nov 5, 2008 3:52 PM

    Anastasios Kozas,
Out put(Result) you need in days or hours..?
Eg: For Hours: find difference between hour keyfigures + difference between date and convert to hours.
    Then it works.

  • Validate Date and Time

    I am using Apex 3.2
I have a field on my form called P4_START
    It has a format mask of DD.MM.YYYY HH24 MI and a default value of TO_CHAR(SYSDATE, 'DD.MM.YYYY HH24:MI').
I need to create a validation which fires on save, to ensure the user is inputting a date and time

I need to create a validation which fires on save, to ensure the user is inputting a date and timeYou could start with a regular expression to ensure that the format of the string is correct.
You could subsequently then try using a "PL/SQL function return boolean" along the lines of the following:
       declare
          dt_dummy date;
       begin
          dt_dummy := to_date(:P4_START,'DD.MM.YYYY HH24:MI');
          return true;
       exception
       when others then
          return false;
end;Note the intentional use of the 'when others' clause here - this is one of the few places where I think it might legitimately be used because we know that, whatever the problem, that date format isn't right (although might consider testing for specific exceptions like -01858 to differentiate between that and something more sinister).
edit: Hang on a minute... what am I thinking? Why not just use a date picker?

  • CRYSTAL REPORT GRAPH WITH DATE AND TIME

    Post Author: Dino Dentone
    CA Forum: Charts and Graphs
    Dear forum,
I am developing a Visual Studio .net 2005 Windows Form,i have a sql table with 2 field:1) DATA (date and time)2) Temperatura (numeric)I have to make a line graph with numeric data axes.I have insert two parameters' to customize the filtering, so i can have a graph of the temperature between to date and time.If i choose two date's and time (parameters) like 20/04/2008 00:00:00 trought 20/05/2008 00:00:00 i have no problemBut if a choose a range minor of 1 day (some hours like from 15/05/2008 00:00:00 trought 15/05/2008 08:00:00) i have no graph. It sound like it don't use the time values?Thank's for the Help.

There is some debugging info on the website. I've had problems getting the text to work. It was generally that I installed either the wrong 'version' of ImageMagick (the recommended one works for me--I'm running Vista x64 and one time installed the x64 version and it didn't work). I also installed Ghostscript to get the font list to work correctly. At one time I installed the x64 version of Ghostscript and it didn't work with the plug-in, either.
    I installed two items:
    ImageMagick: ImageMagick-6.4.9-3-Q16-windows-dll.exe
    Ghostscript: gs863w32.exe
I don't know if it is necessary but I also added the fonts from
ghostscript-fonts-std-8.11.tar.gz to the c:\Program Files (x86)\gs\fonts directory. Some, none, perhaps all, may already be installed just by installing ghostscript--it has been so long that I don't remember exactly. I do know that the contents of the gs fonts directory contains all the files in the .gz, I just don't remember if I put them there separately or as part of the gs install :)
You need to make sure the font size is large enough. I usually use about 2-4% of height and export a single photo to make sure I see the text correctly.
Tim does respond to email when he can so if you can't get it to work you can always drop him a line.

  • Date and Time on Menu Bar

Up until now the date and time has been displayed on the menu bar as...
    Tuesday, November 28, 2006 8:09 AM
Now, for some reason, it's being displayed as...
    Tue 8:09 AM
Here's what I've tried in trying to restore the format...
    1) System Preferences > Menu Bar Clock > Show Date and Time in Menu Bar
    2) Deleted the following preference files:
    com.apple.MenuBarClock.plist
    com.apple.systempreferences.plist
    com.apple.systemuiserver.plist
Does anyone know how I can restore the format?
    Thanks!
    eMac   Mac OS X (10.2.x)   128 MB, 700 MHz PowerPC G4

It looks like there can be as little
as 6 or so characters between the two sets of
    icons
    That sounds low, especially in
the Finder, even at the lower screen resolutions. I
just played with stepping down resolutions on this
Mac, and various right-side icons (the CoreServices
eject.menu, Display, Classic, and sound icons, plus
    those from MenuMeters) disappeared
before the date and time (shown as "Tue 28 Nov, 04:00
PM" were affected (right-side menu items are
    truncated from left to right).
In my case, just the date disappeared. So instead of seeing...
    Tue November 28, 2006 5:43 PM
    ...I was seeing...
    Tue 5:43 PM
The icons to the left (on the right side icons) were still there and unaffected.
    What Display
    resolution do you normally use?
    It's set at 1024 X 768.
    Does the time&date
format go back to the expected form if you increase
resolution to maximum as a test? If the format
affected by starting up in Safe Mode?
After trying the remedy you reference in your previous post, the format is back to where it was so I won't be able to test it. But I guess you suspect that the Date and Time was truncated because there wasn't enough space between the left side and right side icons, is this right? It would seem like a logical explanation...

  • Show active current date and time in a Form continuously

    Hi,
I am use Oracle Form 10.1.2 in Windows 2000.
Can we show an active current date and time in a Form continuously?
Perhaps in the main menu form.
So the user can see the moving time, instantly when the time change (withour pushing F5 for refreshing the form)
    23-Sep-2006 06:00
-- one minute later will show
    23-Sep-2006 06:01
-- one minute later will show
    23-Sep-2006 06:02
    -- and so on
    Any help is appreciated.
    Many thanks,
    Buntoro

Here is a quick, untested suggestion that sketches out one way of approaching this.
If you only require updates every 60 seconds, you can use the TIMER built-in to create a repeating timer with a sixty-second delay. Each time the timer expires, update a text item to reflect the current time (obtained by selecting SYSDATE from DUAL on the database.)
If the time is to be updated precisely when the minute changes, use two timers -- the same one described above, and a one-shot. Before you create either timer, run the following query:
SELECT 60-TO_NUMBER(TO_CHAR(SYSDATE, 'ss')) FROM DUALThis will give the number of seconds remaining until the minute changes. Use this value to set the duration of the one-shot timer. When it expires, create the repeating sixty-second timer.
There is a good possibility that this method will not be terribly precise, depending on factors like server resources, user load and network distance. A more network-friendly approach would be to use a JavaBean that relies on the PC's system timer to track the passage of time, and calculates server time based on the observed time difference between PC & server.
    Hope this helps,
