SO delivery date on A/R invoice

Dear All,
Our customer would like to have SO delivery date on the A/R invoice layout. So I create UDF and FMS for A/R invoice. Then I will be able to have SO delivery date for each line when they use 'copy to'.
The problem is, they have some text lines on the A/R invoice. When i copy SO to A/R invoice, the system will pop-up a window to ask, if we would like to change the format of the line. How many text lines we how, we will have how many pop-up window. We have to say 'no' for that window. Otherwise, SAP will not copy text to A/R invoice.
How can I get rid of that pop-up window? Thanks a lot.

Why are you using FMS in UDF for Base Document Date(SO or Delivery Date) on A/R Invoice Rows?
In SAP B1 behaviour, Base Document No. & Date default in Target Docuement Rows.
Try this, you will be get the SO (or) Delivery No. & Date in A/R Invoice Document Print.
->> Open the A/R Invoice PLD.
->> Create 2 Database Fields in Repetetive Area and Assign the Base Document No. & Date fields.
Base Document No. (SO. or Delivery No.)
Table -> INV1 - A/R Invoice - Rows.
Column -> BaseRef - Base Document No.
Base Document No. (SO. or Delivery Date)
Table -> INV1 - A/R Invoice - Rows.
Column -> DocDate - Posting Date.

Table for finding delivery date

i m making a report for which will display the delay in delivery per vendor wise, can anyone tell me that how can i determine the time/days delayed by vendor? i m trying to take diffrence betbeen delvery date in PO and date on which Delivery Completeed check box ticked, but i m not getting the table which stores the delivery date?
plz help. is there any standard tcode?

How to join two tables and get the supply delivery date next to order?

So there are two tables. One has customer's order no, ordered date, order quantity, available quantity and code of article-
The other table comes form supply side where we have supply order no, article number, ordered qty, and delivery date.
We keep stock so this can not be MOT (made to order) system.
What i need is correct date of arrival to appear next to cusotmers spoecirfic order. The older cusotmers order get's the parts first, second oldest order is next in line etc.

There is actually a 3rd "table" and that sort of connects the two and that is stock on hand per art. code.
The main issue is that stock is assigned to purchase orders only when it actually arrives in the warehouse.
A human can easilly connect the dates of when the stock will arrive and quantities with correct customer's order. In this case the firts order will get 50 pcs in August while 10 pcs will remain on backorders. The missing 10 pcs Will arrive in October. The second order will get 10 pcs in october and 3 will remain on backorders with no delivery date. While the third customer orders does not have a delivery date.
So how to make the SAP do this calculations and display the arrival date next to date of customer's order?

I checked the instructions as i do not have access to this part. It seem this is a query. We had issues with queries in the past as not all codes from orders would appear in them. They never found the reason why that is happening.
However, I think the main issue is that the information here is not connected and is separately provided for supply and for sales. So i doubt it can be connected in this query.
edit: as you can see the only connection is stock on hand.
and total number of various items we have is close to 100.000 of various article codes.

Unfortunatly there is no diagram anywhere for the table relation.
I usually help myself by F4 search in SE11
You know e.g. table EKKO. So enter just EK* and press F4 to see all other tables starting this way.
But in most cases when I search for tables that belong somehow together I use DB15 transaction.
This gives me all tables that belong to the same archiving object.
You can start there by entering a table name and search for the archving object.
then you do it reverse and you get all tables for this object.
(Unfortunatly SAP does not have archiving objects for any table)

EKET-EINDT is the delivery date according to the schedule lines.
for example the line item has 100 qty.
it is sent in three schedules (40, 40, 20).
Then EKET will have 3 records for one PO Line item.
The final delievry data is the EKET-EINDT for the 3rd schedule line item.

STO Delivery Date is not copy from Allocation Table Site Date

Hi,
I have a problem when Stock Transfer Order created based on the Allocation Table, the delivery date is not copy from Allocation Table. E.g. In Allocation Table delivery date is 26.09.2009, but in STO delivery date is 06.11.2009.
Check the configuration and also check the stock, there is stock available to be delivered on 26.09.2009.
Can someone please give me a hint to find out what is missing or wrong, and how to fixed this?

I found the problem finally.

Delivery date differs in the VETVG table after the BOP run.

I have created a STO with multiple line items with multiple delivery dates in the same STO. We have APO also
E.G. 1st and 3rd line item have todays delivery date(01.03.12) and 2nd and 4th line item have 05.03.12.
for the 1st and 3rd line item the system have material availability and we get the confirmed committed quantity from the APO system and got deliverd successfully.
for the 2nd and 4th line item there is no stock in R/3 and APO sytem, and we get the committed quantity as 12/31/9999, once the material is available, BOP run happens it gives committed date in the STO delivery schedule, we found the committed date between EKET table and VETVG table is different when we try to do it for the future date, i want to understand how the committed date arrived in the VETVG table and why it is differing from the EKET table, for the 1st and 3rd line item, the committed date is same in both the table, plese advise.

If you have any kind of 'accident' while you are trying solutions with records in table VETVG, see SAP Note 61148 - VL04 VL02 AME807 AME815: Insert to table VETVG.

ME22N - Refresh Delivery Date as a result of PO Transit Table Update?

The SAP PO Transit Table is being updated to be more accurate. Weu2019ve been asked to develop a Winshuttle script to u2018refreshu2019 each affected open PO/Line to force an update of the POu2019s Delivery Date (the field is not directly accessible for update). Apparently when a PO experiences a u2018Saveu2019, it updates its Delivery Date based on the latest Transit Table data. This is the outcome we need.
The Winshuttle approach to do this update is proving to be difficult, particularly because there doesnu2019t seem to be an elegant way to force a PO to execute a u2018Saveu2019 and trigger the date refresh; particularly because no real change to the ME22N data is necessary (we just want to force a refresh and leave the PO data intact).
Questionsu2026
1. Are there any options in SAP that could conduct this update outside of changing (or refreshing) an ME22N transaction? (SAP background batch process?)
2. If manual updating or Winshuttle is indeed our only optionsu2026 What field in ME22N could we touch without adversely affecting downstream data?
For example, we could modify the GAC Code +1 day, save it, then reverse it -1 day to force a refreshu2026 but given GACu2019s interdependencies across SAP u2013 probably not the field weu2019d want to mess with, right?
Hopefully that makes sense and a light bulb moment occurred. If easier, let me know and I can give you a call Monday at your convenience to discuss and I can explain the predicament a little better. Or, if you have a contact who might be able to help u2013 thatu2019s great too.

Time to check the startup disk when you have the same issues in multiple user accounts.
From the admin account launch Disk Utility (Applications/Utilities) Select MacintoshHD in the panel on the left then select the FirstAid tab.
Click: Verify Disk (not Verify Disk Permissions). If the startup disk needs repairing, follow the instructions for Using Disk Utility to verify or repair disks
And try deleting the Java cache.
Launch Java Preferences (Applications/Utilities).
Select the Network tab.
Click: Delete Files. Click: OK.
Quit Java Preferences.
