Determine price for minimum qty of mix of products

Hi all,
Is there the possibility to fix a price for a minimum quantity of a mix of product ?
Mix are not identified as a material code but we have only single material codes.
Do I need to create sales bom?
An answer is appreciated
Thanks

Hi Hari -
Sorry for the delay, I was playing around in my system to see if my approach would work. Basically I created a new restricted key figure (RKF) which is defined as Price restricted to 0CALMONTH value 01/2007.
Now I have created two new calcualted keyfigures which are defined as
CKF1 ='RKF'.
CKF2 ='RKF'.
The description of RKF will be 'Price for Calmonth 01/2007' and that of CKF's will be 'Price for Calmonth 02/2007' & 'Price for Calmonth 03/2007'.
With this approach you cannot display Calmonth in the report (be it in rows or columns).
This approach may not be pratical for your report requirement but thats the best I can think of :-).
FYI, you can extend this approach to further calmonths and run the report by Calendar year instead of Calquater.
Good luck!

  • Minimum price for purchase info record

    Hi
For some supplier, we need to set up a minimum price in purchase info record condition as show in example.
    Price / pce : 50.00 CHF / 100 pce
    Minimum price : 200.00 CHF
    So price for PO should be for X quantity : Min(200, X * 50 / 100)
Is it possible to do that? Our internal competence center says us that it's not possible, but i would like your opinion.
    Thanks for your help

    Hi,
If you want to scale up your price as per quantity in PO, it can be done. for example for 60 quantity price is $100 and for 70 quantity it is $95.
Go to Transaction M/06 and select the base condition PB00. Make sure the 'Group Condition' indicator and 'Rounding Difference Comparison' indicator should be activated and the 'Group Condition Routine' field should be entered with '1' (Overall Document).
    2) Maintain your purchasing info record for Material A where the Condition Group should be set (ABC, for instance). Select the base condition PB00 and then set up the scaled pricing value (Y, for instance).
    3) Maintain the PO for Material A . Upon completion of maintenance, click on 'Check' icon to activate the Pricing Determination. You will see that the pricing Y is applicable to Materials A.

  • Implementation of Note 80183 for Rounding: "QTY * Net Price = Net Value"

    Dear All.
We're reviewing adding in note 80183 to handle some rounding issues.
Basically, our "QTY * Net Price = Net Value" is not adding up due to some rounding in determining the Net Price off the Net Value.
The note looks like the right answer, and there are already some very good threads posted on this topic.
What I'm hoping to find though is if someone has implemented the note, and what they found?
    (1) Any issues encountered?  Any impact to other functionality - Credit Checks, etc....
    (2) Any additional changes needed to the alternative calculation type or alternative base value provided?
    (3) Any additional requirements or customizations needed?
    (4) Any issues with Account Assignment posting, or output (invoice or order confirmation)?
    (5) General feedback on how easily implemented.
    Many thanks!

    HI,
The note: 1668972 - ME 083: Enter Net Price for value contract w. future dates has been modified in Jan 2014 and the correction instruction for even EHP 6 is included. Please check whether the correction instruction 1417190 already exists in your system. If not, apply the note.
If you are getting the same error even after applying the note, you may raise an OSS ticket to SAP.

  • How to forbid any further changes for PO (QTY and price ) after it has been

    Hi,
How to forbid any further changes for PO (QTY and price ) after it has been done GR and LIV? Thanks.

    Hi,
Price anyway cannot be changed once GR is posted on the PO item, it can be changed only by cancelling the GR, the same applies to IR too.
But quantity can be changed at any time.
So if you are looking at blocking qty too, then a customized message through save exit is the option, I am not aware of any standard SAP messages that can be configured to achieve this..

  • How to Calculate Net weight, Gross Price, Surhcarges for  Confirmed Qty

    Hello,
I have a requirement where I need to calculate the Net weight, Amount( gross price), Surhcarges etc.. for the Confirmed qty of
a sales order item. In SAP standard the pricing procedure will run for the Order Qty and all the prices are related to Order qty, not for Confirmed Qty. Confirmed Qty will be sum of all scheudle lines qty.
Is there any standard Function Module to get the prices and weights for Confirmed qty? Just  I need to display this data in a Report.
    Pelase advise me.
    Thanks.

    Hello,
Instead of simulating the order I am using the User Exit so that that actaul values will appear in item conditions tab. I am using the Exit USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP  where I am doing the sum of the scheduled lines confirmed qty and passing the same to TKOMP-MGAME field and the pricing is calculation is done for the confirmed qty. But I am facing some problems when the order has credit block. When the order credit is released via VKM3, the pricing doesn't updated. When doing the credit release, the order cofirms the full order qty and the pricing(Gross price) is not getting updated.
How can we run the pricing update in Order change mode with pricing procedure as 'C'.
Did anyone has worked on this type of req? let me know your thoughts.
    Thanks.

  • Using formula in price determination process for PO

    Hi, dear experts,
I would like to define some conditions types for purchasing orders that allow me to calculate an insurance amount using the formula:
                 Insurance = [CF)((C+F)10%)]T
Where: C is the Gross price, F is the Freight and T is a factor that the user has to input
For that, I define a condition type for gross price, for the freight and for the T value
How can I have to define a condition type to do this operation?
On the other hand, the freight is a percentage of the gross price, but for this operation I need the amount, how can I make reference to this amount? (Result of gross price * freight (%))
Also, there is a link where can I find information regarding the price determination process?
    Thanks in advance,
    Mairo.

    Hi,
You can store (surely you have them in data) the data for C and F in values that you can config in pricing procedure in the field 'SubTo'. After, you can obtain the amount with a formula VOFM and set it in M/08 in field 'AltCTy'. You can check this links to know how to do it:
    http://saptechsolutions.com/pdf/InsideVOFM.pdf
http://saptechsolutions.com/pdf/VOFMFormulaRoutines.pdf (althouth it's for SD, pricing procedure in SD (tcode V/08) and in MM (M/08) are the same.
    I hope this helps you.

  • Condition type PMIN Minimum Price for material

    Hello
We have a requirement where we need to maintain minimum price of material in master.
Whenever in sales order price is entered and is lower than minium price for material maintained it should automatically add the difference as surcharge. If the price maintained is more than the minimum price maintained it should not do anything.
I guess we have to use Ctype PMIN for this. I amy using this condition type have created a condition record and maintained a minimum price for this material f09 as rs 1000
Now when i am creating sales order price picked up from pricing condition record for that customer is 500 . Now it should automatically add Rs 500 in condition line item for condition type PMIN.
What is happening is it is showing me my base price as 500 and it is adding PMIN as 1000 to the base price and showing total base price as 1500
If price maintained in pricing condition record is more than 1000 for ex 1200 even then too it is adding PMIN as 1000 and showing total base price as 2200.
Please let me know what am i missing...
    Regards
    SANJEEV

-T code VK11 - Maintain condition records - You can use the upper and lower limits functionality in the condition records for those specific materials.
-Also Make this condition type as mandatory then check it out.

  • MInimum price for a freight cond

    Hi Gurus,
Here is teh issue I am facing.  I need to enter minimum price for a pricing condition.
    Here is the example
Per kg rate     From    1 KG  to  25 KG        20 INR per  KG
From   26 KG to  50 KG        18 INR per KG
From   51 KG to  100 KG      16 INR per KG
But the minimu price should be   100  INR.  that means if we are selling less than 5 KGs we will be charging a minimum of  100 INR
When I try to enter the minimum value (100 INR) in teh minimum price in teh condition record, system is checking the minimum value with the scale rate and not allowing m,e to enter a rate which is more than starting scale rate ( In the example, when I try to enter 100 as minimum value system is camparing that with  20 INR and giving error)
Appreciate your help in this regard

    Hi,
Manage it with scale and minimum order value.

  • How to Maintain two different prices for same material in different qty?

    Dear all,
How to maintain two different prices for same material in different batch quantities in purchase order(ie.,info record)?
(Vendor is supplying quantities in 2 different batches & also in different prices)
    Expecting valuable reply.
    Jeyakanthan

In a PO you can create 2 items, and each item can be maintained with a different price in the conditions.
In info record it is not possible to have different prices for the same period, except for scales.
so if you have a price of e.g. 2 USD for 1000 kg and 1,90 USD for 2000 kg then you can maintain this in scales, but you still have to have 2 items in the PO so that each one can individually find its price.
Alternative you can create contracts (as well with more than one item) to reflect the different prices and batches.

  • Cost Estimates - system collects planed price for some raw materials only

    Hello
I have a question regarding price determination for raw materials when creating cost estimates. My costing variant uses material future price (Accounting 1 view) in raw materials as a primary source for price collecting of raw materials and I want it to be that way. But the problem is that when creating a cost estimate only some materials are recognized as raw (key symbol) while others are recognized for costing (calculator symbol), although all of them have a future price entered into material master data on the same date. For those that are recognized for costing the system uses the average moving price.
I have tried setting all the data for raw materials the same way, the costing views (do not cost, no qty structure), the accounting views are the same and I still cant find the reason why system uses one type of valuation for some and other for others.
    Help?

Please check the Price Strategy sequence in the Valuation variant assinged to the Costing Variant in Tcode OKKN. The first priority in your case must be Moving avg price. So, please change it to the planned price which you want. The system will then consider this planned price for the raw material valuation.
    hope this info helps you.
    regards,
    VS.

  • How can i create a drop down menu for set qty in my store?

I'm wondering how i can create a drop down menu for the qty module that sits on the individual product page. My client sells in quantities of 6 packs. I currently have the minimum order at 6 but i would like to give consumers the option for 6,12,18...and so forth. I was told that it could be accomplished? Hopefully someone can help me.

    Hi Chris -
Thank you for your reply! I had seen your article before, and just now again attempted to follow it, but I get stuck. There are two things that I'm confused by.
First off, toward the top, referring to the initial button, you say to add this interaction:
ON CLICK; Play Transition to comboBox: selected
ON ROLL OUT; Play Transition to comboBox normal if comboBox is in over state
ON ROLL OVER; Play Transition to comboBox over if comboBox is in normal
However, I do not see these transition options. When I select the button, the only interactions I have are to Play transistion to state, Play action sequence, Go to URL, and two for videos. So that's the first roadblock for me.
But, trying to get passed that, I went down to the portion of the article that refers to adding interaction to the dataset items. Again, I don't get it, as I see no way to add interaction to a dataset item. When I open my design-time data menu, I do see the items, and am able to rename each item, add additional rows, and change the shape of the datalist layout. However, I see no way to add an interaction to a dataset item. I must be missing a step ... Can you help with this?
    Again, thank you!
    Amy

  • Enter Price for Item

    Hi,
On SRM at GRV I am getting a warning message that I must enter the price for the Goods receipt, when the PO I am referencing already has a price. Please assist me to know where this message is maintained, and the determination of whether the GRV will assume the PO price or become non-valuated.This blocks me from capturing an invoice as it states that the PO has no selectable items.
Please note that my PO has a price, my Invoice expected and GRV-Based invoice verification are ticked.
Our SRM interfaces to R/3, therefore the confirmations captured to replicate to the ECC system.  My POs also replicate to R/3. But now they are not as the error is net price cannot be zero, whereas it is not zero on my PO.
your assistance would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hello,
I assume you are using a Product category configured for Extended Classic scenario.
In this case a limit item in SC creates limit item in PO(in SRM). But when this PO is replicated to R/3, it always creates item with type 'D' for limit item in PO.
Now with respect to error message you get, can you check if you have specified all LImits (Overall value, Expected value etc)?
You can also try creating a PO directly in SRM with limit item (use same Product category as above) and see if it replicates.
If you get the same error, please raise a OSS message for SAP.
    Thanks,
    Sushil

    Hello,
    Please check the following:
-check with SE16 at table T001K whether you have sales pricing active for your valuation area, does your material belong to a very special material type
    -Check SAP Note 84480 ,109881
-No sales price exists, no goods movements can be posted for an article subject to value-based inventory management. You must maintain the sales price in all cases.
