Developing communicator using soap

I'm supposed to implement a client-server application using SOAP. The idea is to create server which will be intermediary in communication between clients. Every client should have ability to connect with server (in response it gets the list of actually connected users) and method to send a message to chosen client. Server should have ability to pass forward received message to given user and resend the list of connected users whenever someone goes offline. My problem is that i don't how to do it...should i use RMI to create communication between server and clients?
if i would do that with rmi - i would have the ability to invoke remote methods. in example, if someone goes offline i would just invoke a method updateList(string) on every client. or maybe i should do it with sockets? but i can't invoke remote methods there (as far as i know), i can only create connection and use streams to send data....i've heard also about tomcat + apache axis - where i can post my server as a web service, but i don't have any idea how i could communicate with clients - how i would pass forward a message or update informations to connected clients, i don't know. Or maybe there is some other way to do so?

Yes Srinivas,
ur scenario should work.It doesnot matter if u r treating System A as sender as well as receiver.I guess u r created a outbound interface and from that u have created the client WSDL.And for reciver side u r already having a WSDL.
so ur scenario is SOAP<->XI<->SOAP.
now u can send ur request by any SOAP editor like XML SPY/SOAPUi.
and if ur configuration is correct u should get the response.

  • Missing element To when using SOAP 1.2 with WS Addressing 1.0 in Response

    Hi,
    I'm developing WCF using  SOAP 1.2 with WS Addressing 1.0 between Windows Server 2012 and JAVA client Oracle JAX-WS 2.1.5.
    The Request from the client contains the element <To>, but the Response from the Server somehow will ignore that element, which is required for the client, even I tried to add manually.(refer to http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15808852/how-to-correctly-implement-custom-soap-1-2-headers-and-ws-addressing-in-a-wcf-se)
    Is this normal behavior that the Response will ignore the element <To>?
    And is there another way to add the element?
    Thanks.

    I'm developing server side service using .net framework 4.0.
    Microsoft Service Trace Viewer shows that in ServiceLevelReceiveRequest the element <To> is exist, but then it is gone in the following step, ServiceLevelSendReply, and TransportSend.
    Thanks.

  • Need help in troubleshooting communication channel using soap adapter

    Hello friends
    I have a simple scenario.
    I have created 2 communication channels, one for searching a record and another for updating it with a new value
    Both uses SOAP as sender and RFC as receiver with a Standard BAPI.
    Everything was working ok, but without any changes, all of a suddent I am not being able to update the values and when I checked RWB, I see for Update SOAP Adapter Channel, the messages say
    Request received for a channel
    but in a second it says 'Call Failed'.
    I haven't made any changes.
    I even tried restarting XI and ERP servers but still getting the same error.
    Any suggestions or feedback will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

  • How to use SOAP, how do i create the WSDL?

    Hi
    Im have a website that accepts SOAP messages, and all I was trying to do was to POST a canned SOAP message that i copied from using soapUI, which is an awesome tool,  but using c#
    one of the first problems is the page of SOAP data.  what i CANNOT do is create a new string then paste the SOAP page within quotes and end with a semicolon;  instantly it gets hundreds of errors.  the SOAP page has quotes and slashes and
    chars that mess up the string literal.  even trying the @ symbol?  does not help.  @"  bunch of string characters  ";  no.
    i can create a new item, an html page.  paste that soap info? save it, no problem.  did the same, new text item/page.
    in the project i can say    string s = HTMLPage1.ToString():  no, HTMLPage1 is unknown.  its in the project but cannot be seen,
    Another idea besides just trying to send it by force was to use SOAP methods.  i need this to work fast, just a big learning curve for SOAP.  what i did notice in some example was that if i have a WSDL then i can individually address the member
    variables, set them, then somehow form the SOAP message.  this would be great, but how?   I have the page of SOAP data i want to send, and i should be able to find some definition for it that has the xs: and xsl? tags in there.
    i will have maybe 2 different SOAP messages to send out, and need to hear back what the result is.  thanks in advance for any suggestions!

  • Need Help: Not able to invoke fusion crm webservice using SOAP UI

    Hi,
    I am trying to invoke fusion crm webservice by using SOAP UI, but I am getting Invalid seccurity tocken exception.
    I have followed below steps specified in the oracle support document.
    In Soap UI, Go to File>Preferences ,select the "HTTP Settings' tab on the lower left panel, then select the checkbox 'Authenticate Preemtively'.
    2. From the wsdl extract the content from above wsdl between the tag/elements <dsig:X509Certificate> and </dsig:X509Certificate>
    3. Create a file called certificate.cer ( in local Drive) with above encrypted data enclosed between -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----   and -----END CERTIFICATE-----, file content shown below ( note: encrypted data
        for example
        -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
    MIICCzCCAXSgAwIBAgIETy
        -----END CERTIFICATE-----
    4. Identifiy the java.home of SOAP UI , navigation (Help – System Properties) ,example ( it may be something like D:\SOAP UI download\soapui-4.5.1\jre)
    5.  Find the location of cacert file in SOAP UI ( example D:\SOAP UI download\soapui-4.5.1\jre\lib\security\cacert)
    6. Use following keytool command to add the certificate file certificate.cer into keystore cacert , sample command given below for reference
       keytool -importcert -alias rcpt-key-alias -file "D:\certificate.cer" -keystore "D:\SOAP UI download\soapui-4.5.1\jre\lib\security\cacerts"
       at command prompt when prompted enter password as changeit
    7. Restart SOAP UI and create a new project with https version of WSDL of organizationService
    8. In SOAP UI ,  in Auth tab , provide the user name and password.
    9. Invoke the Webservice
    I have used following request XML in SOAP UI
    <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:typ="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/sales/opptyMgmt/opportunities/opportunityService/types/" xmlns:opp="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/sales/opptyMgmt/opportunities/opportunityService/" xmlns:rev="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/sales/opptyMgmt/revenues/revenueService/" xmlns:not="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/crmCommon/notes/noteService" xmlns:not1="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/crmCommon/notes/flex/noteDff/" xmlns:rev1="http://xmlns.oracle.com/oracle/apps/sales/opptyMgmt/revenues/revenueService/" xmlns:act="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/crmCommon/activities/activitiesService/" xmlns:wsse="http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd" xmlns:soap="soap" xmlns:ns1="http://xmlns.oracle.com/apps/fnd/soaprovider/plsql/fnd_user_pkg/">

    This example works fine for our Fusion Applications Cloud test instance, without any SSL setup or setting credentials on the request properties as the target service supports policy without message protection.
    Based on the your steps your service has message protection policy, so the above will not work rather you need to do additional configuration. Please check the policy on your service to confirm how the call needs to be made. Here are few links and documents:
    "How to invoke Fusion Application TCA webservice from SOAP UI (Doc ID 1496071.1)"  documents how a service with message protection can be called from SOAP UI. Your steps seem identical so presumably they are based on this document.
    "Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud Web Services (Doc ID 1354841.1)" contains information about the CRM web services including examples on the certificate import and sample payloads.
    Please provide:
    The security policies defined on the service (check the wsdl)
    The exact error message the you get

  • TOSHIBA Please Read - Beta Testing and Developer Community

    Hello Jim,
    I wanted to respond to your posting about the status of the update but the thread has been locked, so I started a new one. Anyway, I was wondering if there was a chance that we could get a beta test version of the software provided to experienced and brave individuals that can report back to the dev team with various issues and bugs to be fixed?
    The public beta will not only appease the people angry at Toshiba for missing the deadline for the update, but also provide necessary feedback to the development team that can be used to create a more feature complete update. As an Android developer myself, I would take every oppurtunity to report bugs and issues and even provide code to help implement fixes for various issues if said source is availible. I believe it would be a great idea for Toshiba to create an open source development community on these forums and to provide us with bleeding edge code for us to implement and mess around with.
    Such communities already exist on various sites like XDA Developers but not with vendor support, if Toshiba provided a vendor-supported developer community around the Thrive and other Android devices such as the Excite and Folio. With a vendor supported community, we would have a place where Toshiba can make better software for the devices and developers and brave regular users can participate in the process of getting updates for our various devices. I believe that moving away from such a closed development environment would not only help Toshiba develop better devices and software, but also give the company a leg up on its competitors who do not have such a community pitching in allowing for better software to be coded.
    I hope that this message is read by someone at Toshiba that can make this happen, as the benefits are truly mutual, since Toshiba would be getting better software for its devices and developers get the resources and code needed to turn Toshiba into one of the best supporters of this great open-source project.
    If anyone from Toshiba would like to contact me to help coordinate such an undertaking, I may be reached at [email protected]
    Thank You For Your Time,
    Rob Gries
    Android Developer

    Hi Rob,
    Thanks for the thoughtful message. Your points are well made and, while I don't disagree that there are mutual benefits, Toshiba has no current plans for directly building or supporting a developer community.
    On the other hand, private beta testing for the Thrive product line was first launched last summer and I expect it to be ongoing as major software updates reach reasonably usable states within the development process. However, you won't see discussion of beta testing in the message boards because beta testers are under NDA.
    Thanks again for the thoughts and for your interest in developing for Thrive!

  • Web Service Proxy error: "No operation found using soap keys"

    I'm trying to use the new tools, and having a little trouble. Not many results when searching for this error message.
    I have developed and deployed a new Java web service proxy using the outside-in approach according to the [help docs|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi71/helpdata/EN/46/7f2fef88190ad3e10000000a11466f/frameset.htm] (PI 7.1 SP07, NWDS 7.1 CE SP09 PAT0000). Started with a Service interface in ESR, then generated a java bean skeleton into a new EJB project in NWDS, then wrote business logic and deployed.
    When I test the web service (with 3 different SOAP test clients) I get the same error, below:
         <faultstring>com.sap.engine.services.webservices.espbase.server.additions.exceptions.ProcessException:

    @javax.jws.WebService(name = "SI_I_Sync_SPMAT_JDBC_Receiver_Proxy", targetNamespace = "urn:nexeninc:pi:ll:spmat:100")
    @javax.jws.soap.SOAPBinding(parameterStyle = javax.jws.soap.SOAPBinding.ParameterStyle.BARE, style = javax.jws.soap.SOAPBinding.Style.DOCUMENT, use = javax.jws.soap.SOAPBinding.Use.LITERAL)
    public interface SIISyncSPMATJDBCReceiverProxy {
      @javax.jws.WebMethod(operationName = "SI_I_Sync_SPMAT_JDBC_Receiver_Proxy", action = "http://sap.com/xi/WebService/soap1.1")
      @javax.jws.WebResult(name = "spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy_response", targetNamespace = "", partName = "spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy_response")
      public generated.SpmatJdbcReceiverProxyResponse siISyncSPMATJDBCReceiverProxy(@javax.jws.WebParam(name = "spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy", targetNamespace = "", partName = "spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy") generated.SpmatJdbcReceiverProxy spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy);

    (continued from above post)
    And my implementation bean looks like this (unimportant lines removed):
    package nexeninc.pi.ll.spmat._100;
    @SessionHandlingDT(enableSession = false)
    @AuthenticationDT(authenticationLevel = AuthenticationEnumsAuthenticationLevel.BASIC)
    @TransportGuaranteeDT(level = TransportGuaranteeEnumsLevel.NONE)

         public generated.SpmatJdbcReceiverProxyResponse siISyncSPMATJDBCReceiverProxy(
                   generated.SpmatJdbcReceiverProxy spmat_jdbc_receiver_proxy) {
              System.out.println("Starting siISyncSPMATJDBCReceiverProxy.");
    When we first created the new endpoint in NWA, we tried asigning a new name for both "Service Endpoint Name" and "In New Service", and we received this error.
    We then deleted the endpoint and created another new one, setting "Service Endpoint Name" to match the portName in the implementation bean: "SI_I_Sync_SPMAT_JDBC_Receiver_Proxy_Port", but that didn't work either. The only option we enabled in the endpoint was HTTP authentication: User ID/Password.
    My ejb-j2ee-engine.xml and application-j2ee-engine.xml are both empty (but they exist).
    I am new to EJBs and JAX-WS so hopefully it's something simple. All help appreciated!
    Apologies for the long (and wide) post.

  • SOAP Adapter: DO not use soap envelope

    Hi Guys
    I have a scenario, which calls a webservice from my ABAP Proxies, the twist in this is that SOAP request expects license info into the header of SOAP envelope, I could achive this by XSLT mapping in the receiver SOAP adapter I selected the option "Do not use SOAP envelope" and could do the call.
    Due to this the response received from the webservice is treated as payload, as shown below...
    response message payload:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
      <Header xmlns="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
        <SubscriptionInfo xmlns="http://ws.strikeiron.com">
          <LicenseStatusCode>0</LicenseStatusCode>
          <LicenseStatus>Valid license key</LicenseStatus>
          <LicenseActionCode>0</LicenseActionCode>
          <LicenseAction>Decremented hit count</LicenseAction>
          <RemainingHits>18</RemainingHits>
          <Amount>0</Amount>
        </SubscriptionInfo>
      </Header>
      <soap:Body>
        <getRateResponse xmlns="CurrencyRates">
          <getRateResult>44.945</getRateResult>
        </getRateResponse>
      </soap:Body>
    </soap:Envelope>
    and when i am trying to do the response mapping, it is not able to read the value.
    Anyone having any idea, on how we could do this.
    Thanks
    Dheeraj

    Hi
    I am sorry for replying in so late, was busy with some projects.
    I got few mails and this post is cathing up again, so thought of giving the solution I followed without any adapter module or anything, simple plain XSLT mapping.
    <u><b>Integration Repository</b></u>
    1. Created data type and message type for Outbound Interface
    2. Imported the WSDL
    3. Created an XSD out of the sample response I got by calling the WSDL (this you can do from any tool available, i used the strikeiron website), pls refer below to see the XSD below, and you will have to use the message type envelope from it.
    4. Most Important step, created 2 XSLT mappings, one for request and the other for response., Pls refer below for both these mappings.
    5. did the interface mapping
    <u><b>Integration Directory</b></u>
    1. pls configure your scenario as normaly you do, and while you configure the communication channel for your soap receiver, make sure you click on the do not use soap envelop option.
    thats it done.

    I'm again here.
    I've an scenario with SOAP Receiver, the WS do I need consume, looks like:
    POST /SumTotalws1/services/Authentication.asmx HTTP/1.1
    Host: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
    Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8
    Content-Length: length
    SOAPAction: "http://www.sumtotalsystems.com/sumtotal7/sumtotalws/Authentication/Login"
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <soap:Envelope xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
      <soap:Body>
        <Login xmlns="http://www.sumtotalsystems.com/sumtotal7/sumtotalws/Authentication/">
          <credentials>
            <Username>string</Username>
            <Passcode>string</Passcode>
            <AuthenticationType>NotSpecified or Anonymous or NTAuthentication or Passport or LDAP</AuthenticationType>
            <AccountType>NotSpecified or WebService or WebUI</AccountType>
          </credentials>
        </Login>
      </soap:Body>
    </soap:Envelope>
    but the response looks like:
    HTTP/1.1 200 OK
    Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8
    Content-Length: length
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <soap:Envelope xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
      <soap:Header>
        <UserToken xmlns="http://www.sumtotalsystems.com/sumtotal7/sumtotalws/">
          <Value>string</Value>
        </UserToken>
      </soap:Header>
      <soap:Body>
        <LoginResponse xmlns="http://www.sumtotalsystems.com/sumtotal7/sumtotalws/Authentication/" />
      </soap:Body>
    </soap:Envelope>
    when I create my communication channel with "Do not Use SOAP Envelope" uncheck it, all run ok, but I only get in response message "<LoginResponse>" and I need <UserToken>
    When I check it "Do not use SOAP Envelope" and I use XSLT mapping to add SOAP Env to request message,  I get response message empty.
    I tried the web Service with the message that I obtained from de XSLT mapping in the program SOAPUI. I get ok response with the <UserToken> value.
    some idea to solve this problem??
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi, thanks for your answer.
    Can I use AXIS to execute any WS?
    The WS that I tried execute looks like this:
    POST /xxxx/services/Authentication.asmx HTTP/1.1
    Host: xxx.240.106.39
    Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8
    Content-Length: length
    SOAPAction: "http://xxx/Authentication/Login"
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <soap:Envelope xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
      <soap:Body>
        <Login xmlns="http://xxxxAuthentication/">
          <credentials>
            <Username>string</Username>
            <Passcode>string</Passcode>
            <AuthenticationType>NotSpecified or Anonymous or NTAuthentication or Passport or LDAP</AuthenticationType>
            <AccountType>NotSpecified or WebService or WebUI</AccountType>
          </credentials>
        </Login>
      </soap:Body>
    </soap:Envelope>
    and for the response:
    HTTP/1.1 200 OK

  • How to use Soap with Netweaver?

    Hi,
    I am new to SAP Netweaver, I was wondering how to use SOAP messaging with SAP Netweaver?
    Thanks
    Falak

    I want to secure the message between my web service and a Automated activity in SAP Netweaver BPM (Process
    development). I think in this case the usage of of SOAP adapter may not be useful.
    Security parameters (settings) can be defined for Sender SOAP Adapter (as in your case it is)......to know more check this help section: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwpi71/helpdata/EN/fc/5ad93f130f9215e10000000a155106/content.htm
    Check the section: Define Security Parameters.

  • Serious resource utlization problem using SOAP and 8.0.2

    Hi,
    I'm running into a fairly serious issues whilst trying to download large attachments from a Groupwise 8.0.2 server using SOAP.
    Basically, the problem is as follows: at a client site, there's an inbox with an email that has an attached avi file of about 330mb. Our SOAP client tries to retrieve this file in chunks of 1mb in size (if you try to set the size of the chunks any larger, Groupwise will give you a 59922 error, as 1mb is apparently some sort of hard coded limit). So that attachment corresponds to roughly 330 AttachmentRequestMessage's and their responses, each with a 1mb payload.
    When we run our client, the cpu utilization of the Groupwise server takes about a dozen seconds to climb to 100%, every single time we try. Since 100% cpu utilization renders all GW clients more or less inoperable (or at least extremely slow) this is a non-starter.
    We changed our client to wait 2 secs. in between requesting each chunk of the attachment. This seemed to help initially, but by the time we had transferred 100mb of the file, cpu utilization climbed to 95% and stayed there until the file transfer was completed.
    This is a little disconcerting. We're requesting a megabyte of data from an attachment every 2 seconds, and Groupwise seems to have all sorts of problems in trying to service these requests. As you can imagine, client performance isn't that great at 95% server utilization either. I suppose we could increase the pause to something like 5 seconds, but it seems ridiculous that such simple requests are generating this amount of load.
    So my question is 2-fold:
    1. can I increase the maximum size of an attachment part chunk? 1mb is not very much at all, seeing as our server is on the same gigabit lan segment as the GW server
    2. why does cpu utilization shoot up to 95% while servicing what seem to be fairly simple requests, and how do I avoid this by some means other than increasing my pause time?
    Thanks in advance,
    Maarten
    PS I spent some time looking for the 59922 error code in the docs, but turned up nothing

    The 59922 error is just a warning.
    You should use the HTTP GET construct to get large
    attachments. It is orders of magnitude faster than
    using getAttachmentRequest.

  • Using SOAP-JMS binding for business process

    Hi all,
    We are currently designing one business process which consume MQ messages. The MQ message body is SOAP XML. SOAP Headers carry business specific important data section, so we don't want to loose these headers at any cost. The message consumer is the Websphere process choreographer business process, reading message as a JMS message. When we develop the business process, we are planning to use SOAP-JMS binding. But problem with SOAP-JMS binding is: when the MDB reads the message off the message queue, it strips off all the SOAP headers and delivers only the SOAP body. Is there a way to make this behaviour change to keep the SOAP headers? You may suggest to use JMS bindings, but JMS binding will send the message body as WSIF message (as a serialized java object). I'm not sure of how easy it is to marshalling/unmarshalling of this serialised object. My main concern is around, how to identify the "type" of the message while marshalling. Would writing our own MDB solve the problem? Again MDB's sends messages as WSIF messages to the business process EJB's, which I guess I get stumble across the same marshal/unmarshall problem. Hope I made myself clear of what i'm going trying to do. Any advice is highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Prasad

    Hello Markus,
    I just paste my answer form the other forum entry Re: Business process management strategy in SAP?
    in a nutshell BPM Netweaver is focussing on so called edge-processes (usually
    SOA-based and often workflow related). These edge-processes a thought to enhance exisitng core business processes and should provide the fast competitive edge versus competitors. Examples would be also xApps. For this Netweaver provides process modelling tools, where you can get exectuable code through the integration between CE and PI. The monitoring part for these processes is mainly targeting business end-users and business manager.
    Business Process Monitoring with Solution Manager focusses on core business processes which are realized with the "conventional", "old" SAP Architecture, e.g. Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay. You get a combination of technical monitors (average response times of transactions, background job runtimes, monitors for IDOC or qRFC processing) and application related monitors (you get more than 200 pre-configured application monitors out-of-the-box like number of overdue customer orders or outbound deliveries or number of deliveries with goods issue posted but no invoice). The target group here is the support organization of the customer, from Basis-Support over application support on IT side to process owner on business department side.
    Overview presentations can be found under
    https://service.sap.com/bpm --> Media Library --> Customer Information -->
    "Business Process Monitoring - Part 1 & 2".
    Or look under https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/nw-processmonitoring
    In the end BPM Netweaver and BPMon SolMan are complementary for different purposes and different target groups.

  • Asynchronous messaging using SOAP

    Hi,
    Does anybody have experiences using SOAP for asynchronous communications
    like notifications. Is there any way to integrate SOAP with JMS. I would
    appreciate any thoughts / feedback on this.
    Thanks
    Chandra.

    Sorry, I know this is not an answer to your question. I fooled around with JAXM for a while and gave up when I realized it was getting me nowhere. The more I investigated ebXML the more frustrated I became with JAXM.
    I've posted this several times before, but JAXM is absolutely the wrong solution for implementing ebXML. The protocols are in conflict with each other. Sybase provides a true ebXML server and has an outdated, but good, open source toolkit. In addition, Sun has a "technology preview" for what looks to be a server that fully supports ebXML. See http://lists.ebxml.org/archives/ebxml-dev/200210/msg00015.html.
    JAXM only supports parts of the ebXML Message Handling piece. It does not allow the client to dictate whether the conversation is synchronous or asynchronous as ebXML does. JAXM doesn't support using CPA's. In short, you can create messages with JAXM that look like ebXML but aren't.

  • Activation tab missing "Uses SOAP" section - COM+ Activation Tab

    Hi All,
    I am migrating COM+ application from windows server 2003 to windows server 2008. In windows server 2003 , COM + application having "Uses SOAP" section of the Activation Tab and we are using that option so far.
    But this featues was not there in WS 2008. I am new to COM + applications, Please guide me to solve this issue?

    Hi Jack,
    Unfortunately since Group policy object or Group policy group policy preferences won’t affect 3rd party application configurations, I am afraid that If we cannot find relevant Registry entry, there might be no way to get that goal by using
    building feature in Windows. Since we are not expert about this application, I’d suggest contact with this app vendor/developer check if there is any .conf file for deploy, there you might get more effective suggestion by experts who familiar with
    practice on this.
    Also you could try to change the value from application interface, and at the same time using process monitor to check that if any registry value modification occurs.
    For more information about process monitor
