Dial-Peer matches but fails to call out

Hello,
Am trying to get my CME configured for Callcentric.  I have both an inbound and an outbound plan.
With my dial-peers configured for standard 11-digit and 10-digit dialing, calls go to fast busy after all digits except the last two are dialed.  Debug shows a dial-peer match initially, then states no match and the call fails.  If I change the destination pattern to match my cell phone number exactly, I can dial all the digits but the call still fails.  Anyone have a suggestion?
Here are my dial peers:

  • Using answer-address in dial-peer when it has incoming called number

    Hello,
    We would like to use an inbound dial peer that will match by the Calling Number using answer-address.
    In our current configuration we already have inbound dial peers with "incoming called number" for Fax2Mail services.
    We want to use the calling number for matching to a different dial peer, without the "fax detect" service.
    As we notice, as soon as he matching the incoming called number, even if have identical dial peer with the same incoming called number, he stop the matching processes and the gateway ignore the answer-address.
    Is there any way to match the dial peer by Calling Number even if he have the incoming called number field?
    Thanks

    Hello,
    in the Inbound Dial-peer matching process, the 'incoming called-number' has the highest priority over asnwer- address & destination pattern. So if you want to match a particular inbound dial-peer based on calling number, add only asnwer-address and don't configure incoming-called number on the same dial-peer.

  • Multiple incoming dial-peer matched

    Dear,
    Could someone, tell me why after matching an incoming-peer on "answer-address" system matches for same call another  incoming dial-peer based a "destination-pattern" ... shouldn't the system start looking for outbound dial-peer once first incoming diapeer matched?

    Hi
    Dial peer matching (inbound and outbound) has a list of attributes that are used in a specific order.
    For inbound peers, 'incoming called-number' has top priority, so the other command you set are not checked as this 'incoming called-number .' matches any called number!
    Destination-pattern is the lowest priority match for an inbound peer, and answer-address is lower priroty than incoming called-number.
    See this doc for the process in detail:

    My iphone 5 for some reason can receive calls, send & receive texts but can not call out

    I am not sure if this issue is going to help you but lets give it a try.
    I know that where im from, which is the Netherlands, I am not able to sent e-mails from my iPhone or any other mobile device by using 3G or a random WIFI acces point. The provider only allowes you to sent e-mails when you are connected to a network of there own. Which means if you have provider "101" and your email settings are set up for this provider in your iPhone but your using the network of a friend of yours which is provider "202" you cannot sent emails from his network. Though you can receive them you may not sent.
    As I said, I am not aware if this issue is the same for you totaly depents on the country and provider your using.

  • Stored procedure runs fine from SSMS but fails when called from the C# app

    I'm using SS Express 2012 so I doubt I have all possible debugging capabilities at my disposal, although I'm still trying to figure this out myself.
    The compiled C# application has logging to insure that the the SP is being invoked, the appropriate line of code is  definitely being reached. The logging always reports 'success' suggesting that the SP was successfully executed (and no exception is thrown
    to the C# app), but the indexes aren't getting rebuilt (I have a fragmentation query proving they are not rebuilt). Yet it runs successfully if I
        (1) set a breakpoint in the C# app and step through the code line by line OR
        (2) run the SP from the SSMS GUI.
    The fragmentation query confirms sucess for both 1 and 2.
    -I can't rely on the GUI because I want to run this overnight immediately after the C# app is finished inserting new records.
    - The SP loops through all the tables, and all the indexes in each table, checking for fragmentation and rebuilding any indexes over 7% fragmented.

    Your proc is a bit of a mess and hard to read. This should get you what you need though. I added a little logic in the middle that determines if the index should be reorged, or rebuilt.
    You were right that my script was too messy and I used your code/logic to rewrite mine. Thanks! I tried it this morning and it worked fine, but I will have to see how it runs overnight to be sure.
    Here's the weird thing. My original code should have worked. In fact I'm actually using it in 3 c-sharp apps each of which has 3 to 7  Express 2012 databases (about 10 million records per database). For about a month it's been working fine on two of the
    apps. Furthermore this morning I used a commercial file-comparison tool to verify that the 3rd app has been running an identical version of the SP. So I'm at a total loss as to what went wrong in the 3rd app.
    Here's my rewrite.

    i have a similar issue. i have paid for 3 months indian package, but i cannot make any calls. infact sometimes the call does not go, but skype shows as called n deducts the relevant minutes/amount from the package

    Hello,
    It seems your calls are restricted by local internet service provider
    Please have a look at this FAQ: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA391
    If you are just passing through during your travels then subscription should work again with a different ISP. If not then you can contact customer service to request a refund: https://support.skype.com/en/search?q=refund
    Hope this helps.

    Hi,
    My 1 month unlimited free trial has been activated but when I tried to call, it says I have no credit. Do I have to buy credits for the free trial? The number I call is a landline and is one of the destinations listed.

    Hello
    Your account shows that your call to a landline in Korea was successful. Your call to a cellphone in Korea was not successful as this call was not included in Unlimited World. To call cellphones in Korea you require Skype Credit.

    I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

  • CME dial-peer PSTN call

    Hello
    I have 2 CME
    PSTN===>CME01===LAN==>CME02 please see attached file with dial-peer config
    problem:
    ip phone 1299 can call 07733XXXXX (PSTN phone)
    ip phone 1484 can call 1299 but cannot dial 07733XXXXX(PSTN phone)
    please can you help

    Yes certainly its possible, create another specific dial-peer for the 077XX number and configure over ride on that dial-peer as per below:
    dial-peer voice 4 voip
    incoming called-number ^07733.....$    <<<< This for matching all calls starting with 07733
    paramspace callsetup after-hours-exempt true  << this should exempt this dial-peer
    end
    So your calls hitting dial-peer 3 we previously created will match anything other than 07733 numbers and will have call block on. This dial-peer 4 will allow exemption for this specific number.
    If you want to exempt all calls from CME02 then you can have the command:
    paramspace callsetup after-hours-exempt true
    under the dial-peer 3 we previously created.
    Let me know how you go and please do rate all helpful posts.

  • Site to Site calling issue - Cisco 2911 Dial Peer Configuration

    My customer dials from remote site to main site to their main site number, the call by-passes their auto attendant and goes directly to any random available party.
    At first fingers were pointing to the their PBX, however we noticed one of their sites that wasn't managed by our company did not have the issue.   We cut that site over to our service and the issue started right up.  I believe it is possibly due to the way the dial peers are configured and how the calls route into the PBX.  Unfortunately I do not understand much about them and curious to know if anyone has any history on a issue similiar to this or any input whatsoever?

    JNIEXPORT jint JNICALL Java_xxxxx_feGetMM
    (JNIEnv *env, jclass cl, jstring jstr) {
    typedef char* (CALLBACK PROC_ADDR) ( const char);
    const char* NAME = "feGetMM";
    PROC_ADDR procAddr;
    const char* result;
    HINSTANCE hinstLib = LoadLibrary( A.dll ); //load 3rd party library
    if(hinstLib!=NULL) {
         //get the function address
         procAddr = (PROC_ADDR) GetProcAddress(hinstLib,NAME);
    const char* cstr = env->GetStringUTFChars(jstr,NULL);
         if(procAddr!=NULL)
              result = (procAddr)(cstr); //call the function
    fails return NULL<<<<<<<<*the B.dll builded successfully, but fail to call for result. The java main() call is fine. The "result" is always NULL.
    I worte the same as C++ code in JNI but why it fails in JNI code call by Java?
    I will appreciate your help if you could reply it quickly.
    Thanks !

    The crashdump fragment tells me that your program has jumped to location 0. That's usually an uninitialized pointer
