Dialog instance error

Question

Dear all,
System details: iseries, v5r3m5, sap r3ex4700 sr1, kernel(u) 640.
Requirement: I installed dialog instance on windows 2003 server. Work process does not start. Log is attaced here.
I have updted the patch also.
Can anyone advise me.

Hi Kamal,
if you are on 64 Bit, I guess you are using the only supported AMD64 bit one ...
Go to the following web-site:

There you find the following:
For V5R4 iSeries Access for Windows:

For V5R3 iSeries Access for Windows:

You should download the AMD 64 Files for your OS/400, then it'll work, as as I know of the CA Service Pack only contains the 32 Bit code, which is not sufficient for you.
Itanium is not supported, so you will not use that I hope ...
