Different views in "Personnel Data" tab for a withdrawn personnel number

Hi,
In PA20 one user can see the ticks for "Actions, Organizational Assignment & Personal Data" in "Personnel Data" tab for a personnel number which has been withdrawn.
But another user can see tick only for "Organizational Assignment" in "Personnel Data" tab for the same withdrawn personnel number.
If data is there , it should be seen for both of them , isnt it? What could be the problem with the second user? Please guide

Inspection set up data in QM view will appear only when you select quality view & maintain any plant releted data at the time of material creation .If you dont maintain any plant releted data then QM view then insp set up data will not appear. so please o through mm01 once again select QM view & maintain plant data, then next time insp set up data will appear.

We are not updating the standard table QMEL.
But we have a customised table for the same.
So when we create a notification number... it goes in the function exit but at that time we do not have the notification number generated.... and we are inserting records in custom table in this exit....
So please guide us how we go ahead about it...

Order of columns on Data tab for views does not correspond to view's def.

The column order on the data tab is different from the column order that is specified in the View's SQL statement.

00933 error when clicking on the data tab for the selected table

I'm getting the following error when selecting a table from the tree view then clicking on the data tab:
An error was encountered performing the requested operation:
ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended

The exact same tables created from sqlplus for a different user in the same database work fine. Note, I'm not typing any SQL in myself. It would appear this happens on all tables created as this user. I cannot see any difference between permissions for this user and others which work but the failing user does have a "-" in the username and password which I'm suspicious of.
This is SQL Developer v 1.2.0 (build 29.98) (the most recent I believe, Oracle Database 10g Express Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 and Linux ubuntu.

"-" is not allowed in identifiers and is almost certainly the cause of your problem. This can be got round by quoting i.e. using "STUPID-NAME" instead of STUPID-NAME.
I'm slightly surprised that SQLDeveloper doesn't quote the statement. Perhaps it quotes table names but not user names.

Different view in table and screen for field

I need to display EKKN-PS_PSP_PNR in one of my purchasing reports. This is the WBS Element. the problem is it is displayed different on the screen and in the database
for eg: When i extract it from the database it appears as a number, but on the screen when you click on the record, it is a bunch of characters. And it is the characters that I need to display. How to do the conversion. thank you

Data tab for table allowing page-up or page-down only once.

Click in a column with a varchar2 datatype. Page up or Down. That is only time you can do it. Clicking in a column with other types does not cause the problem.

Date range for a variable from number of days enterd

I have a requirement like ,
Number of Days should be enterd in the Selection screen ,
If user enters 10 Days in selection screen, then it should bring the records like date from = sy date and date to = ( the date after ten days from today ) for a characteristic( validity ) which holds the dates ,
i believe that i can create one formula variable to enter the number of days and how do i relate this with the other variable in the char ( validity ) ,

Column headers and data are mismatched in Data tab of views after move col.

Currently, I am using Windows XP, SQL Developer Version 1.2.1 Build Main 32.13.
Java platform 1.5.0_06
Oracle IDE 1.2.1.3213
I'm having trouble with display of data from views in the "Data" tab of SQL Developer. If I move a column left or right of its original place, the data no longer line up with the proper column heading. The data are in the correct order, but the column headers are out of whack. Also, in the Single Record View, the data and column headers are mismatched.
Refreshing the view, closing the view, closing and reopening SQL Developer do not "reset" the view so that the data and proper column headers are lined up. Even dropping and recreating the view does not force SQL Developer to use the proper data-column header match.
Just to be clear, the data within the view is fine. It is the display of the data-column headers in the "Data" tab of SQL Developer (and the single record view) that is wrong. The mismatch seems to occur after a column is moved in the view.
Is this a bug? I like the ability to move columns around within the display of the view. However, much more important that the column headers and data line up correctly.

Thanks much. I found the correct file, deleted it, and the column headers and data match up again.
I found the correct file by searching the directory for one of the column names that occurs in the view (though I had to find both instances of "COLUMN_NAME" and "COLUMN NAME" (without the underscore)). Not sure why there were files with both versions.
Do you know if there is any way to prevent those XXXXXXXXXTableSettings.xml files from writing all together (oracle.javatools.controls.nicetable.NiceTablePersistentSettings)? I looked through the SQL Developer preferences but nothing jumped out as being the setting to switch off.
Should I be doing anything in particular to bring more attention to this potential bug so it might get fixed in a future release?

SQL Developer problem. Rows without columns on data tab

I have a strange behavior in Oracle SQL Developer Version 2.1.0.63. When I'm trying to open the "Data tab" for some tables, SQL Developer shows data rows but without columns! It seems that I can select different rows but I can't see neither any data nor column names.
Under the filter setting there are no available columns either.
At the same time, when I'm trying to open sys tables they are displayed normally.
From the other side, those tables which are not displayed correctly in 2.1.0.63, could be opened in Version 1.5.5 without any problems.
Do you have any ideas?

"Data" tab no longer working

Version 1.5.0.53 Build MAIN-53.58, running on Mac OS X 10.5.2
All of a sudden, the "Data" tab for editing table data is no longer working. Clicking on it does nothing at all - no change in the icons, no apparent network activity - its as if you were just clicking on nothing.
It was working just fine, even after upgrading to the latest release. I did a clean install and still have the same issue. It's also occurring for multiple database connections.
Any thoughts or things to check?

User Exit - adding defualt WBS Element in addi.tab for IW31 - Servi.Order

I am facing a problem with adding WBS Element in Addit.Data tab for Service Order creation using IW31.
At the time of creating service order using TCODE IW31, I have to maintian default values like WBS ELEMENT, for this I am using a USER EXIT "IWO10010".
The problem is getting dump error. Becuase, it is NUMC type and I am passing the value with character + numeric. Like "EX/1232/22".
Field length is NUMC - 8.
"CAUFVD-PSPEL"
If I create manually without using user exist, the field WBS Element is accepting the value and service order is creating successfully with WBS Element.
This is also same as CAUFVD-PSPEL.
I Couldn't understand How the SAP system will works?
Any solution for this.
Note: Creating Service Order IW31, Passing WBS Element with user exist with same field (CAUFVD-PSPEL) giving dump error showing "Passing Character values". If I create manually, and enter character + numeric in the same field CAUFVD-PSPEL, system creating service order without any error.
