Display Approval Status on the page

I have a pages library, where i have content approval turned on. I want to display the OOTB Approval Status( Internal name: ModeratorStatus) column in the pagelayout in read only mode. Any ideas??

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to display Approval Status on the page in read only mode.
You can insert the JQury code to a Content Editor Web Part:

Excel repeats only HEADER and FOOTER information on every page. The data on cell is relevant only for that page.
If you want to print something on every page in Excel, you will have to include it on HEADER/FOOTER section of the excel file.
To check this, go to excel, on meny go to File->PageSetup. Then select Header/Footer Tab... select Custom Header or custom footer.
Whatever you inset here (including image) will be printed on every page of Excel. Don't know OLE property to set this but I feel something should be available to set custom header footer for your file.

I will update this post as each submission moves through the process. Remember that pro and enterprise customers can create their own v24 Adobe Content Viewer using Viewer Builder, and that you can continue to create folios for previons versions of the viewer after updating your tools by setting the folio version in the new folio dialog.
Our what's new and bug fixes pages will be updated in the near future with new information for v24.

That is something I really would like to see. It would be great to be able to create custom viewer builders also as free member.
Another thing (this should only be for Pro/Enterprise) would be the ability to change the name and icons of the custom content viewer.

How do you make the title bar display different text than the page title?

I'm looking for a way for the title bar display of my web page to be different than the text in the actual nav bar created by iWeb. For instance, I'd like the nav bar to just say Home for my main page, but in the title bar in the browser say "blah blah blah."
I know there has to be a way to do this. iWeb has actually done it on one page already, but I can't figure out how. I think it picked up the title bar text from the first text box in the page. For instance, the page name in the navigation bar is "blahs for today" but the browser title bar when you open that page says "blah blah," which happens to be the first line of text on the page. The page title in iWeb.app, though, is "blahs for today." But if I look at the source code it lists title as "blah blah."
I'm guessing I might be able to work around by making an invisible text box with the text that I want in the title bar as the very first thing on the page, and hope iWeb makes that the title bar text. I'd rather have a more correct way of doing it.
Is there a way of doing this in the source code without having to change a lot of stuff?

Richard ~ The key is the default Title box that iWeb creates for every new page — it's that which you need to edit, not another text box you've created. And to make the text in that Title box invisible, see here.

Possible to display more statuses in the PO search screen?

Hello,
When you search for purchase orders, you can select between many statuses.
You can search for orders in status "outstanding confirmations" by selecting this status in the dropdown and you will get all POs that are in this status in a list.
Problem/question is, the status shown pr order in the status column is "ordered" and not "outstanding confirmations". This goes for other statuses as well
Question is why it is working this way, and if it is possible to do anything with this?

Displaying cascading list in the page

I have a cascading parent child list of Country , City , World.
I want to display the world list on the page using some webpart. I want that there should be two drop downs and when the Country and city are selected from that drop down then the list item should be displayed .
For eg.
If I select India and Delhi then the list item should be displayed for the same.

Hi Vij, Romeo's solution will work inside the form, but I think you might be talking about adding the dropdowns to the page itself where the list is, then I suggest the html web part. See the following link for information on how to set it up:

Where is the refresh button and where is the bar at the bottom of the page that gives the loading status of the page? Why did you mess with something that was perfectly fine??

I updated to firefox 4 and it's not as good as the former version. There is no refresh button, and I use that a lot. There is no loading status bar at the bottom of the page and I liked the tabs BELOW the page address.
Why do you keep changing things, just for the H**L of it...

In Firefox 4 by default the Stop, Go and Reload (Refresh) buttons are combined and attached to the right hand edge of the location bar.
When you are typing in the location bar it will show the Go button. When a site is loading it shows the Stop button. At other times it shows the Reload button.
If you want separate buttons, right-click on a toolbar and choose Customize, you can then drag and drop the stop or reload buttons and place them elsewhere. If you place them in the order "Reload-Stop" on the right hand edge of the location bar they will be combined again. CAN't find Parameters, Events and Approval tabs in the Page Properties opti

I am trying to test the approval process. I have created a page group and also created a page under that. I don't find the 3 tabs Parameters, Events and Approval in the Edit Page/Page Properties option. Please reply me what I have to do to activate those tabs.

In your Page Group properties ensure that parameters and events are enabled. Once they are enabled at the page group level, the tabs should appear in your page properties.

Sub form display from top of the page

Hi Experts
I have some page display issue with my form. I have 2 main forms and 5 sub forms. The form structure is I have called the subforms from the main form using button option, while I click the button to view the sub form I am veiwing it perfectly, but while loading the subforms the previous navigation scroll bar is not changing the newpage is not going to top of the page. This takes me the sub form half of the view I have to manually scroll to top of the page.
I have tried with zoom options but only fit height option works and it looks too small is there any other way to show subforms from top of the page?

Maybe this helps you. It is kinda clumsy but might work for you.
Sounds like you are ending up on the right page but in the wrong spot on that page. Yah?
So at the end of your button code (which already works) just put in:
xfa.host.pageDown();
xfa.host.pageUp();
So, in effect, you are going off page and then immediately coming back. It happens very quickly, so the user won't notice it.
It has the result of bringing you to the TOP of the page.

idm_guy, if you could elaborate more on what you mean with latest resource assigned it would help - but there are a number of options (if i interprent you correctly to solvethis). My guess is that the easiest way would be to determine if:
waveset.accounts[<iterate through resources>].created = true or false
and if
waveset.accounts[<resource>].lastPasswordUpdate = <last updated date>
The latter is of course only applicable to resource where you set a password. This value will be updated whenever you set the password and could be a possible value to check against.
If the account is not created yet but assigned it might be another possibility to check, but again - clairfy a bit about what you mean with "Latest Resource Assigned".

Using Print Screen only displays about 50% if the page. How may this be fixed?

I did pose this question earlier today. I am afraid that I am not competent enough to understand what to do with the Troubleshooter information. Could someone please explain in layman terms how I resolve this issue? Print screen does not operate in any web based windows. There is no problem with Print Screen when using Microsoft applications, e.g. Word.

Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

Approval Workflow does not update the Content Approval status if started automatically

I’m using a simple Approval Workflow associated with
Content Approval on site pages. It works fine when I set it to be started manually (by using
Allow this workflow to be manually started by an authenticated user with Edit Item permissions
option) and on the completion of the workflow the
Content Approval status is updated accordingly. But when I set it to be started automatically (by using
Start this workflow when a new item is created
/ Start this workflow when an item is changed
options), it does not updates the Content Approval status. Note that I’ve set the
Update the approval status after the workflow is completed (use this workflow to control content approval)
option to true.

It is recommended to select "Start this workflow to approve publishing a major version of an item" when you want to use the workflow to manage content approval for
a library.
According to the Notes for “Enable Content Approval” option in
this reference:
If you are using this Approval workflow to manage content approval (moderation) for a library, and you selected the Start this workflow to approve publishing a major version
of an item check box on the Add a Workflow page..
If you did not select the Start this workflow to approve publishing a major version of an item check box on the Add a Workflow page because you do not want this workflow to
be the default content approval workflow for a library, you can select the Update the approval status (use this workflow to control content approval) check box to make this workflow a secondary content approval workflow that specific users can
start manually.
That means having an approval workflow start automatically when a document is changed or created is not a good practice when you want to use the workflow to manage
content approval for a library. You should either select "Start this workflow to approve publishing a major version of an item" or give users the option to start the workflow manually at the time they want to submit for an approval.

I embedded some HTML code into adobe Muse but not displaying when the pages are Exporting to HTML

I embedded some HTML code into adobe Muse and when I published the remote site on business catalyst the (Add This widget) HTML code shows up but when I exported the site to HTML pages and view the index page in the browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) the (Add this widget) HTML code wouldn't display on any of the pages. I've used this code before on other Muse sites not sure what could have happened. Thnx!!!

SQL expression field is not displayed on the page header if no records

I'm creating a quite simple report. In this report I've got a SQL expression field which returns a DateTime
I display this field on the page header section.
Everything is working fine except when my principal query doesn't return any records my SQL expression field is not displayed. It doesn't seem to be evaluated.
So, I would display this field even if my Details Section doesn't contains any record.
I hope you understand what I mean.
Can someone help me?

I thought about creating a formula but the value I need is stored in a database.
So i created a simple SQL expression field.
SELECT CONVERT(DATE,j_1) FROM VW_STD_DATEFIXING
And this expression doesn't have any dependencies.
