Displaying Release Date from Atom Feed

When using an atom feed with iTunesU, we find that the Release Date field does not show meaningful data. The field contains the value of today in every
instance. I wonder if there is any way to make Release Date show the contents of the <updated/> element, or to otherwise modify the feed to enable use of the Release Date field?

I can attempt to offer just a bit of assistance; however, I don't and haven't used Atom for feeds, so my experience is limited to RSS only.
The Release Date field in the iTunes U Store and iTunes application rely on the pubDate tag in the iTunes xml namespace.

The page explicitly mentions RSS, but does not explicitly say that ATOM will not work, so YMMV.

Hi Gurus,
         I have a requirement in reporting to display actual data from one cube and plan data from a different one.
        The example below might give a clear picture of the requirement.
rows has key figures and columns = months
Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun ...   ....
GrossSales
Net Sales
Now if I run the report for Current month (Apr), then for the months of (Jan, Feb and Mar) i need to get the data from CUBE1   and for the remaining months (Apr thru Dec) from CUBE2.
Similarly when i run the report next month(may),
then (data for Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr from CUBE1)
and ( May thru Dec from CUBE2)
Any suggestions.

     We alreadey have a multi provider which includes
FinDat Cube(CUBE1) for actuals and Comm.Goals cube (CUBE2) for plan.
So you suggest that we have two versions of key figure for actual and plan.
ie. each KF will have two versions.
actuals = (version 10, FiscPer<curr.mnth, key figure, acutals cube)
Plan = (version 20, FiscPer>=curr.mnth, key figure, comm.goals cube)
eg:
Jan | Feb | Mar | Apr | May | Jun ...
GrossSales(Act)
GrossSlaes(Plan)
Net Sales(Acutal)
Net Sales(Plan)
Correct me if I am wrong.
the report has a lot of key figures, having two versions for each kf will be confusing.

I use JRun tags but you can use Oracle tags or just JDBC... First u need to install jdbs connection and set e connection by using JMC (For JRun) named nomad.

i not able to display the data in the table from the variable.
steps how the module should work.
In OEO:
1. data to be accepted from user, values to be passed to the program in database according to the data accepted.
In Oracle Express:
2. values is accepted in database program as arguments. according to arguments the limits are applied and calculation is made for leaf level and then assigned to variable
3. rollup is called in database program.
In OEO:
4. the data is shown in tables here the user can limit his view of the data according to his needs.
my problem:
the data acceptence from oeo is working fine and the backend or the database part(program, rolllups etc) are working fine. when values are passed thru express command box the program is working fine.
i am not able to get the calculated data form the variable which stores it and display in the table. the database connectivity is fine.
note: the display of data in table is in other page not in the data acceptence page.
pls also let me know how to check in oracle administrator whether the values sent from oeo and accepted in backend properly.
i will be thankfull if any helps me out to solve this problem.

Displaying the data from a "LINQ to SQL database"

I have created a LINQ to SQL database with a simple table/class with the following properties:
Counter
Subject
Description
About the Counter, how do I set the properties so it behaves like a "Counter". For each row I want it to automatically add new numbers like this:
1 Subject1 Decsription1
2 Subject2 Description2
3 Subject3 Description3...and so on for every new data inserted.
For now I have "Auto Generated Value=True" and "Primary Key=True". Is that the right way to go? What do I set for "Auto-Sync"? There are options like "Never, OnInsert, OnUpdate, Always".

How to display multiple data from different table in one table? please help

I got sun java studio creator 2(the separate installation not the one in the net beans)....
My question is about displaying data that have been taken from the database.... I know how to display data in a table(just click on the table "bind data" )... but my question is that:
when i want to use a sql statement that taken the data from different table...
how can i display that data in the table(that will be shown in the web) ??? when i click bind data on the table i can only select one table i can't select more than one....
Note:
1) i'm using the rowset for displaying the data in the table, since the sql statement is depending on a condition(i.e. select a from b where c= ? )...
2) i mean by different table is that( i.e. select a from table1,table2 )..

Problems with displaying read data from a .lvm file

Hi all.
I aquire data with the PCMCIA card 6036E. I aquire online in Labview 7 and store the data in a .lvm file. When i try to display the same data i aquired before with the "read .lvm file" express vi, the waveform chart redraws itself after an undefined time, sometimes it redraws faster and sometimes it takes longer. WHY? i have only one header per aquisition and if i restart the aquisition a new file is written! I tried almost everything. Is this a bug from labview 7?

Here is a simplified version of my VI and also 2 .lvm files from the logged data. Sorry for the size, but I aquire with a sample rate of 20 kS/s and my main frequency is only 0.3 Hz. In the 6MB file I aquired a little more than 3 periods. When you run the VI with this file at the beginning it redraws very often and very fast, then after some time it draws about 1 period and then it redraws again and so on. I want that the hole data from this file is displayed at once. The 900kB file is aquired with 10kS/s and about 1.5 periods. This is the last size the displaying is working with. You think it is possible that the VI only works until 1MB? But my data usually is much bigger than that. I hope you can use the data because it is
zipped, but otherwise it wouldnt be possible to post it.

Display of data from DB table to screen

i have added two date fields to the table MBEW by including a structure with 2 date fields. i want the data to displayed on the screen when the user retrives data.
when i enter any data it gets saved in the DB table but when i try to read it from screen fields the date fields dont display any date they remain blank. i have set the attributes as input and output for the screen fields .
please tell wats the problem.

So when you added these fields to the screen what is the reference structure you have taken to point to the screen fields.
And does ur work area SAP contains ur custom fields?
and also there is a standard procedure to extend the SAP screen.

How to release data from an Infoprovider to different ERP systems

Hi all,
We cannot release DP forecasts directly to the ERP systems (as we do NOT have the required plug-ins in the ERP systems).
Therefore we will extract the DP forecasts into APO BW and now want to release the data from an InfoCube to the ERP systems.
There is a standard transaction for that but I dont know where I specify the different ERP systems and how it works. Any help very welcome!

Actually my requirement is my application consists a button(submit_Btn) when we click on the button(submit_Btn), each time it must to database(through servlet) and brings the data from database and places it on the flash swf file.Here my problem is for the first time when we click on the button it goes to database and place the data(which was returned from database) on the swf file.Next when we click on the button for the second time(or anytime) it is not going and bringing the new data from database(if some data is modified in database or not),Infact it is showing the old data(the data that was collected from previous ClickListener) only on the swf file and it is also not showing any complile time or run time error.

                                                                                     For this I created bind variable in view object of employees table and wrote a where clause in the sql query using that bind variable. Then I created method for selection listener of department Table in java bean.

It is printing the selected value of department id from department table in the log. But it is not able to pass the value to employees view. It is showing the following error in the log
"Definition DepartmentId of type Variable is not found in EmployeesView1."
I will be very thankful if someone helps me to solve this errror or is there any other way to achieve the same requirement.

Note quite sure why you simply wont create a viewlink for the viewobject the tables are based on..
The viewlink attribute will be based on the departmentId and it's a simple master detail relationship which automatically uses ppr.
However, if both tables are on the same page; using your hack about;
On the underlying viewobject, define a viewcriteria e.g. "listById" and set your bind variable here.
I would bind table two to a RichTable component:

Numbers '09: How can I display selected data from one cell in another cell?

I have a Numbers document that contains a table that looks a little like this:

I'd like to have Numbers 09 automatically separate the "Amount;Code" data in the coloumns to the right.
Do you know the right function and/or equation to make this happen? Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

when I give the input as 7698 it is displaying the corresponding records... and also when I won't give any input then it is displaying all the records except the mgr with null values.
1)I want to display all the records when I won't give any input including nulls
2)I want to display all the records who's mgr is null
Is there any way to incorporate to include all these in a single query..It's a little unclear what you're asking.
The following query always includes rows where mgr is NULL, and when the bind variable :mgr is NULL, it displays all rows:
SELECT *
FROM     emp
WHERE     LNNVL (mgr != :mgr)
;That is, when :mgr = 7698, it displays 6 rows, and when :mgr is NULL it displays 14 rows (assuming you're using the Oracle-supplied scott.emp table).
The following query includes rows where mgr is NULL only when the bind variable :mgr is NULL, in which case it displays all rows:
SELECT     *
FROM     emp
WHERE     :mgr     = mgr
OR      :mgr      IS NULL
;When :mgr = 7698, this displays 5 rows, and when :mgr is NULL it displays 14 rows.
The following query includes rows where mgr is NULL only when the bind variab;e :mgr is NULL, in which case it displays only the rows where mgr is NULL. That is, it treats NULL as a value:
SELECT     *

WHERE     DECODE ( mgr
            , :mgr, 'OK'
            )     = 'OK'
;When :mgr = 7698, this displays 5 rows, and when :mgr is NULL, it displays 1 row.
