Displaying wrong Modified Date

Hi All,
Files uploaded in KM is not reflecting correct Modified Date.
However when I try to view the Details on right click it does reflect the correct Modified Date. Can Someone help me find out why these dates in the view and Details Property are not consistence.
I am uploading the files to the KM through a UNC path.

Hi,
Do you compare the Modified Date on the file from OS and from KM?
If so then KM has its property Changed On, so I think it is the date on which you upload the document.

Can you elaborate a little? What exactly do you want the last modified date of? (the page? the application itself? something else?)
If it's just the last time the application was updated, the following query should work -
select
last_updated_on
from
apex_applications
where
application_id = :APP_IDYou could obviously use that to set the value of a page item or application item etc to display in your page template.
Really need more information from you to give a more specific answer.

Wrong Modified Date on Files

When I tried opening a file on my macbook pro this evening, I was greeting by grayed out, inaccessible files, all with a modified date of January 24, 1984 at 2:00 am. Anyone know what might have caused this and/or how to fix it.

Try dragging the files into a new folder. If there's no change, and you have a backup of the files, restore them. Otherwise post your results.

Wrong modified dates in my folders

Hi,
I have this nagging problem for a while, all the "date modified" in most of my folders (application, documents,utility, libraries, download, etc.) are wrong.
They all show up with january dates, some this year, some previous years.Recent modifications are noted as "today" and "yesterday", beyond
that I get january dates.
My date and hour preferences are set ok.
Repaired permissions quite a few times, nothing changed.
Waited for a few system updates (10.7.3 - 10.7.2 - 10.7.1) hoping it would correct itself, but no.

Go to System Preferences > Language & Test > Formats. Click the "Customize" button in the Dates section.
The four formatting boxes in the upper portion of tat screen should contain only blue ovals (plus plain text separators, as needed, such as commas, etc.). If any of them contain a plain text entry, such as the word January, delete that plain text and replace it with the appropriate blue oval dragged up from the lower section.
Note - the text displayed on each oval is a representative label, and is not meant to reflect the current date info.

Bridge display wrong RAW data in metadata panel

Create a .PSD file with a raw file opened as a smart object. (CR2 files in my case)
Save the file.
Open the file.
Edit the PSD file and change some basic raw settings.
Save the file.
Look at the Camera Raw metadata in Bridge. It shows the raw meta data from the raw file originally opened. Not the current raw settings of the raw smart object in the PSD file.
With my currnet files Bridge shows the process 5.7 settings since that is how the PSD was created. The file(s) have all been switched to process 6.7 in the PSD file so the metadata displayed is even further from reality.
I believe the current raw settings of the raw smart object should be shown since they are the ones used to render the image. The original settings have no meaning in the current document.
I reported this ages ago in CS5.

How ever, I want to display it as : Tuesday 25th February 2014
Please suggest how to achieve this.

There is no generic SQL way for this. It depends completely on the features your DBMS offers. With Oracle you'd need to create column which gets updated in a trigger. I believe MS SQL Server offers a special data type for this, which is updated automatically. I don't know about others.

Search results not displaying correct last modified date

I have a bit of a strange issue. I have a SharePoint site that was upgraded from SP2010 to SP2013. A document has been created and uploaded into SharePoint on 1 August 2014 and the file has since been edited. In the search results the last
modified date is appearing as '8 January'. Note that this document was not originally created from a blank one but was instead a Word document that was received by the user and then edited and then uploaded into SharePoint.
I have checked my locale settings and everything is set to New Zealand.
I have rerun a full crawl on my search database and this hasn't helped.
Also, I have multiple sharepoint web applications on my server using the same search service application. is it best to separate these out?

As I understand, the issue you encountered is the LastModifiedTime displayed incorrect in search result.
If you go to CA > Search service application > Search schema, in Managed Properties, type LastModifiedTime, then you will get LastModifiedTime property. Click it and you will find the property is mapped to five crawled properties.
I’d recommend you create a new managed property and only map it to ows_modified property. Then test the issue again.

Wrong today date displayed

Someone can explain me why the date displayed into the banner of my portal pages is "fixed" at one day lost in the past ?? :-)

It looks as if you may be assuming that the last-modified date for a folder is the most-recent last-modified time of the files within it. That's not correct. A folder is modified, for example, when a file is added to it. But then the last-modified time of the folder will remain constant if it contains the same files, even if some of the files are modified.

I googled about it and I got the following code which I have inserted in my master page(Since I want to display on 2400 pages).

File Modified Date Wrong

Hi Everyone,
Happy New Year! I have a question. I have a 2012 MacBook Pro running 10.10.1 connected to a Seagate GoFlex Home NAS. This is the main storage location for all my files (work and personal). I am having a very annoying problem, all my file modified dates are showing September 2029! When I access the same file in my Windows 7 VM the date is correct. The date and time are set correctly in OS X and on the NAS drive. Any ideas?

The issue was caused by the date on the NAS being set to automatic. I manually set the correct time, and all was ok after!

App Icon Displays Wrong Date

The icon on my Mac for the application today is displaying yesterday's date (August 4) but when I open iCal it shows August 5 (the correct date). When I close iCal it goes back to displaying August 4. It looks like a script for the icon is being told to display a different date then my computer is showing in the menu bar next to the clock.

Hi! This bug is related to Leopard Time & Date underliying system and Apple Time server (Apple América/EE UU (time.apple.com)) and everything web based, not just Dashboard widgets... I tried to report this bug a while ago, but I cant find on Apple Web page the correct site to do this.
The problem symptoms are that every web page and dashboard widget that does a date calculation with results not localized, seem to get a 24 hour + result. I first tought it was a Webkit problem, but the problem is exactly the same on Firefox browser... Try this simple web page http://www.javascriptmall.com/jsc/jsC4Udate.htm with Safari and Firefox AND Timezone set to "Caracas - Venezuela". Opera does not show this problem but dashboard widgets does.
So this problem is symtem wide.

SharePoint 2007 Site Last Modified date issue

We are facing Last modified date update issue in MOSS 2007. From last 2 days, In All site content the site last modified date is displayed as 3 month ago but actually the site was last updated by more than 2 year ago.
Could you please help on how to resolve this issue.

From your description, you think last modified date of your Moss 2007 site is wrong.
Could you offer a screenshot about your All site content page?
You can use the LastItemModifiedDate property of the Web object to get the last modified date of your site:

How can I modify data from a Transparent Table without ABAP code.

Hi,All
How can I modify data from a Transparent Table (like TCURR), and important thing is I want do all that with no ABAP code here. It is like that we always do that in a Oracle database use TOAD or PLSQL third party tools, with no script code here.
I had fond that there is a way can do that:
1, type 'se11',and Display Database table 'TCURR', click Contents, then click Execute to display all data
2, type '/h' and let debugging on
3, select one of this data then click 'Display',enter in debugging system.
4, then make a breakpoint in the code. But... display a dialog let I type a 'ABAP Cmnds', I want to know what can be type in for that?
and, My system is ECC6.

Your approach (with Vijay's suggestion) MAY work. However, depending on how tight security is at the company that you are working at you may or may not be able to acutaly change the value of the SHOW field to EDIT. This will be especially true if you are working in a Production environment. Vijay's other comment is true as well. This is not a recommended approach to change data (especially data with a financial impact like TCURR) in a production environment. The auditors will not be impressed.
Explore the option of a maintenace view or look at tcode TBDM to upload a file which includes daily rates from providers like Reuters or try tcode s_bce_68000174 which is a maintenance view on TCURR.
