Dlopen failed, Unsatisfied data symbol ''[Vtable_Q2_3std12out_of_range]key
After compiling and linking a shared library on HPUX that uses the OCI, attempts to load that shared library fail with the error:
dlopen failed, Unsatisfied data symbol ''[Vtable_Q2_3std12out_of_range]key:''
in load module ''/usr/lib/oracle/10.2.0.4/client64/lib/libocci.sl.10.1''.; Filename: MySharedLibrary.sl'
The same code compiled and linked on other platforms (Solaris, Linux, AIX) runs OK.
On the surface, it looks like there's a symbol referenced in libocci.sl that isn't found in any of the other Oracle library files, but comparing the /usr/liboracle/10.2.0.4/client64/lib directories on the other platforms that work don't show any different files.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Bill Erickson

Read Data from the dynamic Field Symbol with key ?
Dear All,
I've 2 dynamic internal tables in the form of field symbols.
Now,I want to loop the item field symbol, read the header field symbol content and then move the corresponding into a final field symbol.
How to read the field symbol with key ?
When I'm trying to give the key clause in the paranthesis it's giving a syntax error.
Any clues ?
FYI .....
* Get the Dynamic Field and Value for the Date/Year and convert it into Year value
LOOP AT <fs_t_son> ASSIGNING <wa_son>.
ASSIGN COMPONENT gwa_znrows_def-fieldname OF STRUCTURE <wa_son> TO <fs_year>.
IF sy-subrc = 0.
CLEAR gv_string.
MOVE <fs_year> TO gv_string.
CLEAR gv_year.
gv_year = gv_string.
<fs_year> = gv_year.
ELSE.
* When the Date/year Field is not in the Table then -->
* Get the Dynamic Field and Value
ASSIGN COMPONENT gwa_znrows_def-kfldname OF STRUCTURE <wa_rson> TO <fs_value>.
* Populate field for Dynamic Where condition
CLEAR gv_value.
CONCATENATE '''' <fs_value> '''' INTO gv_value.
CONCATENATE gwa_znrows_def-kfldname '=' gv_value INTO gt_where SEPARATED BY space.
APPEND gt_where.
CLEAR gt_where.
READ TABLE <fs_t_rson> ASSIGNING <wa_rson> ( gt_where ). "Key clause
ENDIF. " if sy-subrc = 0. "Assign
ENDLOOP.
Thanks & regards,

DATA: wa TYPE line,
itab TYPE HASHED TABLE OF line WITH UNIQUE KEY col1,
key(4) TYPE c VALUE 'COL1'.
FIELD-SYMBOLS <fs> TYPE ANY TABLE.
ASSIGN itab TO <fs>.
READ TABLE <fs> WITH TABLE KEY (key) = 'X' INTO wa.
The internal table itab is assigned to the generic field symbol <fs>, after which it is possible to address the table key of the field symbol dynamically. However, the static address
READ TABLE <fs> WITH TABLE KEY col1 = 'X' INTO wa.
is not possible syntactically, since the field symbol does not adopt the key of table itab until runtime. In the program, the type specification ANY TABLE only indicates that <fs> is a table. If the type had been ANY (or no type had been specified at all), even the specific internal table statement READ TABLE <fs> would not have been possible from a syntax point of view. -
Depmod error: failed to load symbols from ...
Hello,
I installed today arch and the installation went well except nvidia-340xx install gave me this error messsage; now, X wont start.
depmod ERROR: failed to load symbols from /lib/modules/3.16.4-1-ARCH/kernel/drivers/usb/wusbcore/wusbcore.ko.gz invalide argument
Any idea?Scimmia wrote:failed to load symbols doesn't sound good. It may need a reinstall of the kernel if something got corrupted on disk.
This is exactly what i have done and the error message went away.
But at boot still hangs.

Hi Experts,
I defined date as a key figure, AAAAMMGG,Iu2019m able to view data in my ODS, but when I try to create a query data format is wrong.
Can anybody share a solution.
Thanks in advance
NamrataHi,
May be you are getting a number. What looks like your wrong format? If it is a number,display your figure with a formula, where you will find option to convert data to numbers and number to date.
Cheers,

Data fileds and key fields in DSO
Can any one explain what exactly difference between data fileds and keyfields in DSO or the concept of these two
And how to know which fields should be assigned to data filed or key field
with regards,
musaiHi Musai,
Let me take an ex. Say you have 3 fields A, B & C. Let us assume 'A' is keyfield, 'B' & 'C' are Datafields.
Lets assume the PSA data is :
A B C
001 Musai 89.9
002 Musai 89.9
003 Pavan 75.00
So when you load the data to DSO, since all the keyfield values are unique (001,002,003), all the records will get loaded to DSO.
But If PSA data is :
A B C
001 Musai 89.9
001 Musai 85.7
003 Pavan 75.00
Only 2nd & 3rd rows will be loaded to DSO since 1st & 2nd row have same value for keyfield (001). So 1st row gets overwritten(or summation depending on what is the setting in Transformation rule for C considering C is Keyfigure) by 2nd when you load to DSO. 3rd row doesn't have any problem. So that will go as it is.
Also please note that we cannot use Keyfigures as keyfield.
Hope it is clear now!
Regards,
Pavan -
Hi,
Data fields and key fields are same as Characteristcs and key figures? Or they are diffrerent?
Thanks,
RadhaHI
Key Fields = Acts as Primary Key for The ODS like Primary of Tables in R3.
Data fields = Apart from Key fields We consider rest as data fields.
Ususally we use Characteristic info Objects and Dates in Key Fields and Key figures in Data fields.
It's decisive factor for overwriting property of ODS or DOS.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Rangzz

ORA-22288: file or LOB operation FILEOPEN failed (The data is invalid)
Dear All,
I am trying to insert a image file (gif) to one of my field.
1. Here is my table structure and trying to insert gif image file to PIC file.
SQL> desc cis2.david_pic
Name Null? Type
ID VARCHAR2(5)
PIC BLOB
2. I using sql command to create directory and the path is pointing where the DB
server was installed.
SQL> create or replace directory MY_FILES as '\\hkqaa-db1\TEXT_IMPORT';
3. Written a script to insert empty blob first and than trying to use the dbms_lob.fileopen
to upload the gif file.
SQL> declare
2 l_blob blob;
3 l_bfile bfile;
4 begin
5 insert into cis2.david_pic values ( '1', empty_blob())
6 returning pic into l_blob;
7 l_bfile := bfilename('MY_FILES', 'bess_signature.gif');
8 dbms_lob.fileopen(l_bfile);
9 dbms_lob.loadfromfile(l_blob, l_bfile, dbms_lob.getlength(l_bfile));
10 dbms_lob.fileclose(l_bfile);
11 end;
12 /
4. After I ran my script I got this error message.
declare
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-22288: file or LOB operation FILEOPEN failed
The data is invalid.
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_LOB", line 475
ORA-06512: at line 8
Can any tell me what wrong? is this the way to insert image?
ThanksKnow this is an old post: (for sharing sake.)
Please try avoiding
1. the 'hyphen' in between the path (hkqaadb1 instead of hkqaa-db1)
2. Give direct path like 'C:\TEXT_IMPORT' instead of network path.
create or replace directory MY_FILES as '\\hkqaa-db1\TEXT_IMPORT'; -- Not working.
create or replace directory MY_FILES as 'C:\hkqaadb1\TEXT_IMPORT'; -- Working.
and this worked fine.

Date range for key date in hierarchy
Dear Friends,
Is there a work around for single key date restriction for time dependent hierarchy.Bcos i can only select one key date in teh report for my hierarchy so that it will take that hierarchy which falls in this date and display the result accordingly.
But is there a way to select the date range for key date so that more than one hierarchy can be used to display my report accrding to the time range.
Say,i have 4 hierarchies (time dependent) like v1,v2,v3,v4 and v5 for jan 08,feb 08,mar 08,apr 08 & may 08 respectively.
In my report,i want to display the result for the time interval say mar to May.
So my report should diplay the result according to the 3 different hierarchies for the time period i.e.v3,v4&v5.
How do i acheive this.
Thanks.
raguHi
I think we may do with the Char with text with replecement path.
take time char as Calmonth and set the offet value as -1 and -2 and design the report and use the hierarchies in that query.
Am not surt it willwork but better to try with this. -

When we are posting payment entries using these Spl GL indicators, for Spl GL indictor 1, Net Due Date symbol is not getting captured. It is blank. However, for Spl GL indicators 2 & 3, it is getting captured.
I have checked these Spl GL indicators for any data mismtach. There is no mismatch. All are having the same data. I need to have the Net Due Date symbol for Spl GL 1 also.
Can somebody help on this.
With Best Regards,
HemanthHi:
This field ins contained in standard dynpro:SAPMF05A 304 and hence it is not possible to display payment due date and other fields like payment terms in down payments with special GLs indicator, The reason being that the terms of payment not only control the due date but also the cash discount terms. Hence it is not feasible to display terms of payment/due date in Down payments. DP forms part of balance sheet and hence it is not system design to display payment terms with special GL indicator, Hope it will help you.

How to change data symbol color - line charts
In the keynote manual to change the color of lines they say you have to the graphic inspector and change the color of the line there, but that does not change the color of the data symbol (circle, triangle,...) How to change its color ?
thanksThe internal part of the dot can be changed simply by dragging a color from the Color Picker onto the dot or triangle.
You can do the same to change the color of the line.
I can find no way of actually changing the outer part of the data symbol.
The User Guide seems to not mention the subject at all. -
Hi All,
I'm facing a strange problem..
I've developed few reports. they are working fine in develop environment. after successfull testing they were published on web.
in web version, all reports are executing for first time.. if I change any of parameters values or without chaning also..
if I press "View Report" following error occurs..
An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
Query execution failed for data set 'dsMLGDB2Odbc'. (rsErrorExecutingCommand)
For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors
please suggest any alternative ways to overcome this issue
thanks in adv.in my case the problem is
one virtual machine is for developers
other for testers
in developers i created a report, then save like *.rdl and copy to testers machine, does not work there
the error what testers get is
Error during the local report processing.
Could not find a web-based application at http://developersMachine/AnalyticsReports/DataBaseConnector.rsds
and the solution is to use alternative url or in some cases http://localhost/ -
Query execution failed for data set
Hi,
We are using SQL 2005 server for generating reports.When we ran the reports it taking so much time after some time it shows this error:---
ReportProcessing.ProcessingAbortedException: An error has occurred during report processing. ---> Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.ReportProcessingException: Query execution failed for data set ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded.
Can you help me out.
Thanks,
--AmitMy team is also facing similar problem. The RS trace logs report:
w3wp!processing!13!9/26/2007-15:31:23:: e ERROR: Throwing Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.ReportProcessingException: Query execution failed for data set 'msdb'., ;
Info: Microsoft.ReportingServices.ReportProcessing.ReportProcessingException: Query execution failed for data set 'msdb'. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded.
Operation cancelled by user.
In our system, Report Server and Database are on different machines. Report Server access database using a service account who has stored proc execute permissions on database.
Problem comes only if the query execution time exceeds 5 mins. Otherwise the report gets generated successfully.
I suspected this to be some timeout issue. But I have checked that all timeout settings in rs config files are as default.
Any pointers?
Thanks
