Document Load error in OAF:"jrad.flowlayout" is not a valid component."Flow
Hi,
I am new to OAF.I'm trying to customize Supplier page(/oracle/apps/pos/supplier/webui/SuppSummPG).
I have copied all the files and folders from $JAVA_TOP and $POS_TOP to C:\jdevR12.1.1\jdevhome\jdev\myclasses\oracle\apps\pos and
C:\jdevR12_1_1\jdevhome\jdev\myprojects\oracle\apps\pos correspondingly.
When I right click on SuppSummPG and select Run under Application Sources in JDeveloper 10g,am facing the following error:
Document Load error in OAF:"jrad.flowlayout" is not a valid component."FlowLayout is a valid component in "oa" namespace
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

3. Create new OA Workspace and OA Project - DBC should be correct, Application Short Name = SQLAP, Responsibility Key = PAYBLES_F (this is Payables Vision France in R12 Vision Instance)
4. Under Application Sources, I navigate to oracle.apps.pos -> supplier -> webui.
5. Right-clicked on QuickUpdatePG.xml then select Run.
An error message is displayed: Document load error: "jrad:flowLayout" is not a valid component. "flowLayout" is a valid component in "oa" namespace. Page is still spawned but with "oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException"
I noticed that when I try to rebuild my project, I also encounter the same error.

You may try to follow the steps below:
1.Close the Creative Cloud application.
2.Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
3.Delete the opm.db file.
4.Launch Creative Cloud.

I have an Item attribute of type 'Role' ('CREDIT_COMMITTEE_MEMBERS') and I am using that attribute as performer for two notification activities.
For first notification, I create an adhoc role and assign it to the attribute and the notification goes successfully.
I want to send reminder to the people who have not responded to the first notification.
So I used the following query:

I downloaded Firefox 4.o exe. When I tried to open it I got an error message stating that it was not a valid Win32 application. I am using windows XP SP3. How do I get it to open?
[[Firefox is already running but is not responding]] has steps that you can try. It sounds like you may have something that is hanging your browser on exit (probably an extension or a locked profile) and the steps on that page should help clear it up.

HP office jet pro 8600- "No document loaded" error message with OS Mavericks 10.9.1 when scanning
I am unable to scan from either my HP officejet pro 8600 printer or my iMac, using OS Mavericks 10.9.1. From computer, message in sequence are: 1) Waiting for scanner 2) no document loaded and 3) scanner failed to complete the scan (this after changing defaults to match type of feed and document. I can print and copy fine.
From the printer, I receive the following messages: Scan could not be completed due to one or more of the following:
1) Connection to computer is lost, 2) The scan application or computer is currently in use (Not that I can see) and 3) OCR application is not installed on the computer (have installed and re-installed driver several times, with help of HP customer support person).
I have spent 1-1/2 hours on the phone with an hp customer support person trying to resolve the problem, based on the above results. I have also read the solutions on this forum, none of which seemed to either apply or work.Hi Trishan,

Our users are receiving the following error within WEBI when oppening DESKI documents. "Cannot open document. (Error: INF). WEBI files open fine, DESKI files do not.
I want to break something.
Any ideas? Many thanksWe are also having the same issue - personal (i.e. my favorite) Webi documents saved prior to today cause the error: Value Cannot be Null (Error:INF). New Webi documents or documents in the corporate repository are functioning properly.
Any ideas on how to fix issue is greatly appreciated.

Mac-connected with USB - RFU LOAD ERROR-send RFU UPGRADE - Mac will not see printer driver
Here's another question about this seemingly well-worn path. I've been researching this issue for about 5 hours and have only found a couple of solutions that are purported to work.
I have an apple laptop running 10.9.4 (mavericks). My 5200tn was formatting some print output differently than the HP driver suggested that it would (landscape vs portrait etc). The first tier tech person at HP suggested that I need a firmware update.
BIG mistake. It appears that the mac and the firmware update do NOT play well together.
I tried using the driver to 'upload file' with the latest firmware. I simply got the 'beach ball' on the mac for a long long time.
I powercycled the printer and now I have this common status message - RFU LOAD ERROR etc. NOW the printer can't be seen by the mac. Any suggestions? I tried a cold reset - no luck. I tried to reset VRM - no luck.

Self Test Error -50002, The specified device is not a valid device.
I'm just an IT guy that knows nothing about Labview or DAQ cards that has been given the task of setting up a lab.
System is Dell GX280 with Windows XP SP-2. The DAQ card being used is a NI PCI-6251. The software used is Labview 7.11 and NI-DAQ 7.4.
Labview loads the professor's VI files as expected but when you start the vi it returns the following error.
Error -200157 occurred at the Traditional NI-DAQ Compatibility VI:AI Group Config.vi-> DAQmx Create Channel(AT-Voltage-Basic).vi
Also when you enter the Measurement and Automation application and browse to the device and execute a self-test it returns the following error.
Error -50002 occurred at Self Test
Possible Reason(s):
The specified device is not a valid device. The Operation could be completed as specified.
My question is are these errors because there are no devices connected to the DAQ? The professor claims that if nothing is connected it should still function properly. So now I'm trying to figure out what is wrong and the professor is not the friendliest in the world. I have tried reinstalling Labview and NI-Daq several times now and no luck using two separate computers. I would appreciate any assistance.Hi Rice IT,
Since you are new to using this whole DAQ thing, then I'll start with just the basics.
Make sure you have no NI Devices in your computer (if you do, remove them then begin).
Install LabVIEW.
Install the latest DAQ drivers for your system (for you it's NI-DAQmx Version 7.5 for Windows 2000/NT/XP).
Power down the computer and insert your DAQ board.
When Windows boots you should see the New Device Wizard. Have it search for and install the drivers.
Open Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX) to test the device (Start > All Programs > National Instruments)
Go to My System > Devices and Interfaces > NI-DAQmx Devices, you should see your DAQ device.
Right-click on your device and click Self-Test. If the device passes it should be ready to use
If that causes an error right-click on the device and Reset Device.
Redo Step 8 and perform a Self-Test of the device
If the Self-Test still does not work, then the board could be
broken. Try to place the board in a different PCI slot, if other
boards are available then try to use a known working board in your
system. If you still have trouble contact Technical Support.
Now your device should be working. You can try to run a Test Panel and look at how your device performs.
You could also right click on Data Neighborhood in MAX and
Create New... DAQmx Task and try to make a more customized measurement.
Finally you can open an example in LabVIEW
Open LabVIEW > Open > Examples (or Help > Find
Examples) > Browse > Hardware Input and Output > DAQmx.
Choose an example that is similar to what type of operation you are
trying to perform.
Typically you will want to start with an example and then
build up from there. If not, then you will want to take a look at
this KB
If you run into any problems, first read thru what the error message is
and where it occurs. If that can't help you isolate the error,
then try searching ni.com for more information. If you can't find
anything there, then check the forums to see if somebody else has had a
similar fate. Finally if you cannot find any more information
contact NI's Technical Support.

Error when installing VMM - %1 is not a valid Win32 application
Hi all
I'm attemping an install of SCVMM and despite installing all prerequisites I'm faced with the following when I launch the installer/disc and click 'Install':
"Error starting the Virtual Machine Manager Setup Wizard. %1 is not a valid Win32 application"
this error is the proceeded with another:
"Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable was not successfully installed. The selected Virtual Machine Manager feature cannot be installed without this prerequisite. Retry setup or manually install Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable
from Microsoft Download Center."
The latter package is already installed and I have re-downloaded and re-installed as well to no avail. All .Net packages are installed too.
I'm running a Windows Server 2012 R2 x64 virtual machine in a HyperV host (HyperV Server 2012) and have navigated the disc and launched the "SetupVMM.exe" located in the amd64 directory as I realise the above Win32 error points to a x86 application
- still no joy, the same errors!
I have tried the installer in a VMWare 2012 server with the same error and on a physical Windows 7 machine again same error so this makes me think I'm either missing something basic or have overlooked something seems the environment doesn't seem to make
a difference (although obviously not attempted a x86 environment but SCVMM is listed as x86 or x64).
This is for a lab test and personal experience before production so I realise running SCVMM within a virtual machine that is hosted on the same hypervisor isn't good practice - but it's a start :)

SamAre you installing directly from the ISO? If so, you can try with a new ISO in case this is broken. Also make sure your machine is joined to the domain and that you are executing the setup in the context of a local administrator.
Eventually, try to copy the ISO to local disk and run setup from there.

Running Windows XP Home Edition on a Pentium III with 512MB RAM.
Downloaded the new 3.6.8 installation files. Only options were Save and Cancel. Saved files, then tried to execute Firefox Setup 3.6.8.exe. Error message is "Firefox Setup 3.6.8.exe is not a valid Win32 application."It is possible that your anti-virus software is corrupting the downloaded files or otherwise interfering with downloading files by Firefox.<br />

I recently tried updating to the latest version of Itunes, never had a problem, after downloading the installer attempts the undate I get a dialog box telling me to locate the installer package, I locate the download and I get a message:
the file C: users\eric\appdata\apple\applesoftwareupdate\itunes64.msi is not a vaild insallation package for the product Itunes. Try to find the installation package "itunes64.msi" in a folder from which you can install itunes.
I cant even install because I get the same message.(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?
