Does compiling an advanced datagrid using flex ant task require additional config other than the license property?

Hi,
    I am trying to build my Flex app which uses the Advanced Data Grid in a couple of locations. Originally, when I built the app using the flex ant tasks, I noticed the Visualization Trial watermark show up on the screen. I then added the license tag with the serial number to my flex-config.xml and re-ran my ant build. The watermark goes away, but then when I look at the advanced datagrid, the datagrid shows up with the hierarchy, but the data does not display in the grid (only the group by nodes are visible, not the data for the leaf elements). This works fine when I build the app using my Flex Builder. Is there something I am missing or need to add to my flex ant task to make this work?
Any help or guidance is much appreciated.
The following is the ant task to build the module that uses the ADG:
    <target name="compile-modules" depends="compile-shared">
        <!-- Module 1 -->
        <echo>Compiling module 1...</echo>
        <mxmlc file="${modulesrc.dir}\ui\modules\mod1\Module1.mxml"
                output="${dist.dir}\modules\mod1\Module1.swf"
                actionscript-file-encoding="UTF-8"
                incremental="true"
                default-background-color="0xFFFFFF"
                use-network="false"
                load-externs="${extern-report-xml}">
            <load-config filename="${FLEX_HOME}/frameworks/flex-config.xml" />
            <source-path path-element="${FLEX_HOME}/frameworks"/>
            <!-- source paths -->
            <compiler.source-path path-element="${modulesrc.dir}"/>
            <!-- add external libraries -->
            <compiler.library-path dir="${main.dir}" append="true">
                <include name="${lib.dir}"/>
            </compiler.library-path>
            <compiler.library-path dir="${FLEX_HOME}/frameworks" append="true">
                <include name="libs" />
                <include name="locale/{locale}" />
            </compiler.library-path>
            <compiler.debug>true</compiler.debug>
        </mxmlc>
    </target>
And here is the ant task for the main application:
    <target name="compile-ui" depends="compile-modules">
        <mxmlc file="${src.dir}/MainApp.mxml" output="${dist.dir}/MainApp.swf"
                actionscript-file-encoding="UTF-8" keep-generated-actionscript="false"
                fork="true" maxmemory="1024m">
            <jvmarg value="-XX:MaxPermSize=256m"/>
            <load-config filename="${FLEX_HOME}/frameworks/flex-config.xml"/>
            <source-path path-element="${FLEX_HOME}/frameworks"/>
            <source-path path-element="${src.dir}"/>
            <source-path path-element="${main.dir}/locale/{locale}"/>
            <!-- List of SWC files or directories that contain SWC files. -->
            <!--<compiler.library-path dir="${FLEX_HOME}/frameworks" append="true">
                <include name="libs" />
                <include name="locale/{locale}" />
            </compiler.library-path>-->
            <compiler.library-path dir="${FLEX_HOME}/frameworks" append="true">
                <include name="libs/datavisualization.swc" />
                <include name="libs/flex.swc" />
                <include name="libs/framework.swc" />
                <include name="libs/rpc.swc" />
                <include name="libs/utilities.swc" />
                <include name="locale/{locale}" />
            </compiler.library-path>
            <compiler.library-path dir="${main.dir}" append="true">
                <include name="${lib.dir}"/>
            </compiler.library-path>
            <runtime-shared-library-path path-element="${FLEX_FRAMEWORK}/framework.swc">
                <url rsl-url="framework_3.2.0.3958.swf"/>
                <url rsl-url="framework_3.2.0.3958.swz"/>
            </runtime-shared-library-path>
            <compiler.debug>true</compiler.debug>
        </mxmlc>
    </target>

    What is special about the connector for the 4s charger cable? Mine is a normal USB connector. The question was about the wall charger, not the connector to the phone.

  • Properties file not found by classloader when using wlappc ant task

    I have encountered a problem with the WebLogic Ant task "wlappc". When this task compiles a webmodule that uses the struts 1.1 framework I get the below error. This struts based web module deploys and runs fine on BEA Weblogic 8.1 SP2 as an exploded EAR structure. But when I attempt to precompile all the J2EE modules the struts web module will not compile with wlappc. The project is strutured correctly in a split directory structure. The problem area seems to be that we are using the struts-el (struts-el.jar) classes which need the properties files located in the struts.jar. The classloader seems to space out when running via the wlappc ant task. I tried adjusting the classpath via the "classpath" wlappc ant task attribute - but no success. Has anyone had this or a similiar problem?
    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks in advance,
    Scott

    You should use compiler.library-path to include libraries.
    Try the following
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="no"?>
    <project basedir="." default="build" name="Project_name">
    <property environment="env"/>
    <property name="FLEX_HOME" value="C:/Program Files/Flex 3.4"/>
    <property name="APP_ROOT" value="./src"/>
    <property name="Project_name.location" value="../Project_name"/>
    <taskdef resource="flexTasks.tasks" classpath="${FLEX_HOME}/ant/lib/flexTasks.jar"/>
    <target name="build">
    <mxmlc file="${APP_ROOT}/AdminConsole.mxml">
    <source-path path-element="${FLEX_HOME}/frameworks"/>
    <compiler.library-path>
    <include name="${Project_name.location}/src" />
    </compiler.library-path>
    </mxmlc>
    </target>
    </project>
    Although, I don't know what are you planning to include, and whether you should use compiler.library-path for that.

  • Setting UseXADataSourceInterface to false using wlconfig ant task

    Is there any way, I can set the UseXADataSourceInterface property to false within the wlconfig ant task.? I am aware that this property can be set using the admin console. But I would like to set this in an ant task. Any pointers?
    Thanks in advance,
    Jacob

    According to document:
    Warning: In particular, the wlconfig Ant task uses the deprecated BEA
    proprietary API weblogic.management.MBeanHome to access WebLogic MBeans, the
    same as it did in Version 8.1 of WebLogic Server. The Ant task does not use
    the standard JMX interface (javax.management.MBeanServerConnection) to
    discover MBeans.
    Warning: This means that the only MBeans that you can access using wlconfig
    are those listed under the Deprecated MBeans category in the WebLogic Server
    MBean Reference.
    Since UseXADataSourceInterface is defined in JDBCDriverParamsBean which is
    introduced in WLS 9.0, so I feel this should be impossible.
    Maybe you can try WLST, which also can be used in Ant.

  • Are the Flex Ant tasks open source? If so, where to find them?

    I took a brief look into Flex SDK source and didn't see the Flex Ant tasks. Is this also open source? Where would I find it?
    I probably won't change anything, just want to take a look. Although, I'm annoyed that the tasks don't work in a similar fashion as the core ant tasks
    Thanks.

    http://opensource.adobe.com/svn/opensource/flex/sdk/trunk/modules/antTasks
    Note that the way the tasks are put together ain't exactly pretty--they're just a very thin wrapper on mxmlc / compc / etc. There are some advantages to this approach, but if you're hoping to learn about the compiler options by looking at the task source, it could take some doing.

  • I am trying to use a website that requires that my computer have the lastest version of Java, which I have updated and installed, however Firefox does not recon

    I am trying to use a website that requires that my computer have the latest version of Java, which I have updated and installed Java 7 Update 51 (64-bit), however Firefox does not recognize that I even have Java on my computer. My computer is 64-bit
    When I run "Verify Java Version" it show nothing is installed... but it is, I know that for a fact because it shows in my "Control Panel/Programs/Programs and Features".
    When I go back to the Java Download page, the following message is visible:
    "We have detected you may be viewing this page in a 32-bit browser. If you use 32-bit and 64-bit browsers interchangeably, you will need to install both 32-bit and 64-bit Java in order to have the Java plug-in for both browsers."
    My question is this:
    Is there a way to change my Firefox browser from 32-bit to 64-bit.... because it appears that this is way Java is not functioning properly?

    Firefox needs 32-bit plugins, so you'll need to install 32-bit Java for Firefox.
    No, you can't change Firefox from 32-bt to 64-bit. There is a Nightly 64-bit version (alpha) of Firefox, but it is used only to test for regressions until development is resumed.

  • TS3297 iTunes puts up a message "The item you've requested is not currently available in the Hong Kong Store." I had not requested anything from the HK store at that point, and I have never used any store other than the HK one. How I can clear that messag

    I've been running iTunes on WinXP for years with few problems.  I have all my iTunes files on an external USB drive. I just bought a new PC running Win7, 64-bit.
    I connected the external USB drive to the new PC and installed 64-bit iTunes on it. When iTunes started up, I pointed it at the iTunes directory in the external drive, using Edit > Preferences > Advanced > iTunes Media Folder Location. It showed a progress bar that it was updating the iTunes Library. I signed in and authorized the new machine. I have one spare authorization.
    Then iTunes put up a message "The item you've requested is not currently available in the Hong Kong Store." I had not requested anything from the HK store at that point, and I have never used any store other than the HK one.
    When I click OK, the iTunes Store page remains blank, apart from saying "iTunes Store" in the middle of the page.
    I went to "View My Account" and pressed the Reset button to "Reset all warnings for buying and downloading items", but that doesn’t fix this particular warning. I also tried Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Reset Warnings and Rest Cache.
    But still, every time I click the “App Store” button in the iTunes Store window, the message appears. If I click the Books, Podcasts or iTunesU buttons, these display normally.  So I’m stuck with being unable to purchase apps, other than through my iPad and iPhone.
    If I move the external drive back to the XP machine, the same thing happens.  If I go to another PC - a notebook running Vista - everything is normal.
    Any idea how I can clear that message?
    Thanks for any help you can offer.

    Further info on my question above.
    I have tried re-validating my credit card, which apparently fixed it for some.
    I have also tried uninstalling, re-downloading and installing again.
    Neither of these steps fixed the problem.

  • MacBook Pro freezes when using any app other than the web browser.

    My MacBook freezes when using any app other than the web browser. I can open up Google Chrome and use it all day with no problem, but if I minimize it and try to browse through photos in my picture folder or do anything that involves the Finder, the computer just freezes up and I get the rainbow wheel. If I put in a CD to play it, the computer freezes with the rainbow wheel. Any suggestions? I would like to use the mac for more things than the internet.

    Please read this whole message before doing anything.
    This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
    The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, or by corruption of certain system caches.
    Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
    Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and  Wi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
    The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

    Having updated to iOS7, I am unable to upload a video to shared stream but when I do, it won't play on any device other than the one used to upload ... help please

    I also have this problem, as does everybody else I know who has tried to use the video in icloud. As the original poster says, they can be uploaded, but will only play on the device from which they were originally uploaded, appeaering only as images which display an endless buffering symbol when "played" on any other devices with which the photostream is shared.
    Has anyone been able to get this to work? And if not, why is there no acknowledgement from Apple that this bug exists and will be addressed in an update (now running 7.0.2 and still no improvement)? It was, after all, advertised as one of the attractive new features of iOS 7. So why the stony silence?
