In JRun 4, you can perform a single sign-on by passing username/password credentials
to the authenticateSecurityContext method of their Security Service Manager (an MBean).
Is it possible to do this in Weblogic 7.0? What would the ObjectName be, "DefaultDomain:service=
etc..???

You shouldn't have to pass anything anywhere or do a single programatic action to have single sign
on work.
Single sign on should automatically work between webapp to webapp to .ear file... no code involved.
This is true for WLS 6.1 and WLS 7.0

Does Weblogic 8.1 use Apache web service libraries ? I've been pressured to include the apache web service libraries, but have been resistant. I was later told by those wanting me to include the apache libraries that weblogic uses the apache libraries, but I have not found any evidence of it.

EddieHosting an Apache web service inside WLS is basically deploying the Apache service as a webapp in WLS. And in the webapp's WEB-INF\lib folder you would have the Apache libraries.

I have had a number of cellphones in my day, all with modest security features. Then I came across a Samsung phone...This phone allowed me to lock down everything, to the point that if someone turned the phone off and turned it back on it was still locked, but I digress.
I know have purchased the BBerry 8330. I have tinkered around within the security setting and I am not that happy. I want to be able to restrict incoming and outgoing calls. At present, if the phone is "locked" a call will still show and it will still be able to be answered which in my estimation defeats the purpose of locking the phone. Can anyone help me?hello,
when I turn my Curve off (red button) then turn it on, I can't use the phone unless I type the 4 digits code. Until I do so, there is no network coverage, meaning I can't answer a call because the call never reaches my device.

Adminserver throws weblogic.security.service.SecurityServiceException

When i installed weblogic 10.3.3 with java1.6 on RHEL 5.5 & created the domain. After the creation , i am not able to star the Admin server,it is throwing the below error. Do anyone have idea ,how to resolve this issue ?

It looks like your security services initilization has some problem.Please try to do below step.
Please login to the Database and then run the below SQL file to execute different queries mentioned in this file:
Suppose Database User Login is “weblogic” then login to Database with this credential and run the script under $BEA_HOME\wlserver_10.3\server\lib\rdbms_security_store_oracle.sql
Then restart your Server. -
No matter how many times I start itunes on my pc I have to agree to the terms of service again and when it does open my settings have all been changed. Why is it doing this and how can I stop it? Reinstalling/repairing does not fix it.
McAfee AntiVirus by any chance? See the thread Why does iTunes delete my itunesprefs.xml?
Or it could be an issue with the SC Info folder. See TS1277 - iTunes: Missing folder or incorrect permissions may prevent authorization for details.
Or a repair install of iTunes from the Programs and Features control panel might fix the problem.

In Lion, can I clear the list of applications that have requested Location Services under System Preferences...Security & Privacy…Privacy?
I have uninstalled an application but the name of the app is still showing up in this list of apps. I have disabled it but was wondering if there is a way to remove it from this list.I don't believe you can since it is populated automatically by the system. FWIW, I do not have location services enabled - I chose not to since I have no intention of tucking my 27" under my arm and taking it somewhere. And, I deny any request any app wanting to use it and have not experienced any error messages because of it.

Bluetooth: Device Does Not Have The Necessary Services
I have a new iMac and MacBook both with OS X 10.5.1. I paired both via Bluetooth and they both see each other. However when I try to "Send File" or "Browse Device" with either machine, I get an error that says "The device does not have the necessary services".

a window pops up when i open Firefox which indicates that the Yahoo tool bar does not have a security cert. Seems to lock up when going to Comcast.net. Uses 99% processor and won't close.

http://comcast.netOk. I disabled hardware acceleration. The only extension is the McAfee Scriptscan for Firefox 15.1.0, which was already disabled. I then disabled all plugins (Acrobat, Google Update, Intel Identity Protection (2x), Java Deployment Toolkit, Java Platform, MS Office 2013, Quicktime, Shockwave, Silverlight), which were all up to date.
Normal or safe mode still has same result. No startup, no option button and no customize.
