Doublechecking. Did you delete the item (and associated file) from your library prior to attempting the redownload?

Hi All,
In the menu Shopping cart Status, I could able to see all the shopping cart.
Now the requierment is , DELETE button should be disable/gray out if there is any corresponding PO for that SC.
Please let me know how to do this. I tried with BADI BBP_UI_CONTROL_BADI. But this will hide alll the SC's irrespective of PO's.
Please let me know any other way to do this?

Sanitze document option not available - grayed out.

This is not a protected document (that I can tell). Any reason the Sanitize document option would be grayed out within a document? Many thanks!

Need to disable/Grayed out Unreseve button for Order lines

Hi All,
In Back to Back order process once the order is progressed, the requisition will be created and Quantity will be reserved for PO to be received.
Some of our users want go and Unreserve this by the below methods.
1) Tools --> Scheduling --> Unreserve
2) Right Click on the order line --> Scheduling --> Unreserve
We need to Disable or Grayed out this Unreseve option for ATO Flagged lines.
Can anyone let me know if this is possible.

Why is the "Show my windows and tabs from last time) option in Options- General is grayed out and will not let me restore previous sessions?

After updating to Firefox 6, the option in the Options-> General section to "Show my windows and tabs form last time" is grayed out and will not allow me to set it. If I go to the Firefox homepage, the option does not appear, nor does it appear if I go under the History or Firefox tab.
I tried to follow the directions on this website on the Session Restore page, but that seems out of date or just not helping.
I even went to the about:config (about:session restore does not work) and there was nothing I saw that would work

Firefox 6 seems to change your settings in Tools Options Privacy to "Never remember history". Once you change this to "Remember history" it will restore your previous session, as long as the setting in Tools Options General Startup is set to "Show my windows and tabls from last time"
Bad idea Mozilla - installing 6 should pick up your settings from 5. This problem will confuse many users.

Video options almost all grayed out -- but camera works

A number of quite important options are grayed out of my iChat, and I don't know why. For example, under Buddies, I can't select anything under "Send Instant Message". Most importantly, I can't select "Invite to video chat" or "Invite to one way video chat." Here's my setup.
I have a USB camera plugged in and working in iChat 4.0.5. When I say working, I mean that there is a little green video camera next to my name, and I can see myself (live) in the video pane when I select Video>Video preview. The camera is a Logitech Notebook Deluxe. It shows up in the System Profiler and, as I mentioned, it seems to work with iChat.
I tried the suggestions in this post, http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=9772013&#9772013, but it did not work.
Is there a certain provider (e.g., AIM, google) that does/doesn't work. I tried AIM and google and -- nothing.
Anyone know what's going on?

In Leopard and Earlier you have to set your International Preferences in System Preferences to the United States. Some people have said this works if you are not in the United States but you can only Contact US phones.

Songs containing DRM (Digital Rights Management) may not appear, or may appear grayed out in iCloud. This can occur if your computer is not authorized for playback of that content. Try authorizing your computer, then manually update iTunes Match.
To determine what Apple ID your computer needs to be authorized for, locate and select the song in your iTunes library.
Choose File > Get Info.
In the Summary tab, locate the Account Name field in the right column and write it down.
Click OK.
Choose Store > Authorize this Computer.
Type in the account name from the Summary field and its password. Click Authorize.
Choose Store > Update iTunes Match.

Why is intellisense disabled/grayed out in SSMS 2012 Query? How to enable the intellisense?

I just got SSMS 2012 loaded on my win 7 workstation yesterday. Intellisense was working fine. Then I went to Tools/Options to select Display line numbers. Intellisense was still working yesterday. But today there is no intellisense, and I observed
that intellisense is grayed out in the Query menu. In Tools/Options the intellisense is checked to be enabled. I tried ctrl shift R, and also tried in manually from the Edit/Intellisense menu, but still no intellisense, and still it is grayed out
on the Query Menu.
What can I do to fix this?

Thank you for the reply. I had already gone to that site and tried the suggestion, but that did not fix the problem that I'm having with the intellisense. I have had this problem before where the intellisense is working for a while and then it
quits working all of a sudden. I am guessing that someone installed some more stuff my workstation and that may have caused it. I vaguely recall with sql 2008 R2 (or maybe it was with sql 2012 on another workstation in the past) I installed some
sp, and then (with maybe a few more steps in addition) the intellisense started working again. I just don't remember what I did (or which version of sql server I did it to).

Previous downloaded Icloud songs are grayed out and won't play on the computer or download to my Ipod ???

I know this is probably a frequent question but I am having trouble finding a solid solution. I had Icloud songs on my computer but recently they went gray and won't play or download to my Ipod. Any help???

Pan & Zoom option in Overlay Creator disabled/grayed out when trying to create scrolling text

Hi all,
I'm trying to create a scrolling text frame using the Paste Into method. I've created a long text frame, cut it, pasted into another frame. When I go to the Overlay Creator and click Pan & Zoom, it tells me to select a cropped image. I've tried an identical work flow on another computer and it works fine - the pan only radio button is available.
I've reinstalled the CS5 extensions, restarted my Mac and I can't resolve the issue. I only downloaded the extension tools last week, so I'd hope they aren't too out of date now. The About screen tells me I'm on 11.4.2.20111116_m_671500 7.0.3.13
Any help appreciated.

If you install the Folio Producer tools and then the Folio Builder panel, you should be able to sign in just fine. Let us know if you still get the error.

Tiger - All Sahring Options/Services disabled, greyed out

Hello from Portugal!
I noticed that on System Preferences I had all my Sharing services disabled and cannot select any of them (greyed out). Also, the Firewall Tab was disabled to (greyed out), and I couldn't select it either. I noticed that as the first option (also greyed out) I had a new service called "M82" ( ? ) that I had never seen before.
1- So I did a Archive and Install from Tiger 10.4.0 original DVD to try to find out what update cause this strange behavior.
2- After that I updated from 10.4.0 to 10.4.11 (Combo update) with Software Update.
3- After that I checked the Sharing services and all was well and normal. I could select/activate all the Sharing Option and the Firewall Tab was back to normal again.
4- I returned to Software Update and Made the folowing updates/instalations:
. Java 1.3.1 and 1.4.2 Release 2 (2.0)
. QuickTime (7.6)
. Migration and DVD/CD Sharing (1.1)
. Safari 3.2.1
5- After the restart I checked again and all my Sharing services and Firewall Tab were once again disabled. Also, the mysterious new service "M82" (also disabled) was back again.
So the cause of this problem is one (or more) of the updates I made in step 4 (maybe not Safari 3.2.1).
What can I do to resolve this issue without having to install Tiger 10.4.0 again?

I modified my system language from Portuguese (Portugal) to english an all got back to normal.
altought it's a solution to resolve this specific problem, it's forces me t use english instead of my mother language. Not wise. I'm going to contact Apple to fix this.

Disable (Gray Out) File Browse button

To all Apex gurus,
I am facing a situation when I have a Select List Item - P2_DOCS_CATEGORY (with Display Null enabled) and a File Browse Item - P2_FILE_INPUT and I dont want end-user to be able to click on File Browse (but I want it to be visible, so disabled or grey out state would be perfect) before selecting anything from my Select List (anything but not null state, where my Null Display value is - Select Type - ).
I was trying this script in HTML Header but apperantly it doesnt work for me:

ITunes Match and Genius options all greyed (grayed) out under 'Store' menu

I'm using iTunes 10.5.2.11 and have signed up for iTunes Match. - for the last couple of weeks it's been 'working' in so much as it has already scanned my Library and matched/uploaded just under 5000 tunes. I can see these on iPhone/iPad/Apple TV. I can't say more than that as generally I don't think Match 'works' very well at all, but that's another story!
However....for the last 2 days I can no longer get iTunes to match any recently added content. I've added around 20 CDs and it starts the scan process, but just sits there with the progress bar at around 95% complete with the message "Matching your music with songs in the iTunes store..." The iCloud status of all songs in the library is 'waiting'. They're pretty mainstream titles, so I can't see a problem matching them.
When I look at the main iTunes manu under the 'Store' dropdown, the items Turn off iTunes Match, Update iTunes Match, and Update Genius are all greyed out and there's nothing I can do.
I'm signed in with my normal account, have tried logging out/in and restarting my computer and iTunes but nothing seems to change.
Any ideas???

I'm using iTunes 10.5.2.11 and have signed up for iTunes Match. I am having the same issue. After letting it go all night I am stuck on the "matching your music with songs in the iTunes store" step with 1086 of 1110 songs checked.
Also, this is my situation exactly: "I should have added, the 'problem albums' and some of the artwork (hit and miss as usual) are visible on all my portable devices with all the track listings, but are all greyed out and have no 'cloud' icon next to them. Obviously they won't play"
Dont see why it should matter, but unlike others here, I do have a lot of non-generic music, album riips, etc. And I have a lot of my own vinyl artwork scanned myself.
What to do ...?

In the "Help" pull-down, is there a way to disable (gray out) the "Restart with Add-ons Disabled" so that a security extension can not be bypassed?

The extension that I am using is "Public Fox" 1.09.

Note that you would only have to hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox to start in Safe Mode.
Any restriction added via an extension can easily be bypassed by knowledgeable users.
