Downloaded Itunes for shuffle..but...what happened to Ipod Options????

few questions: 1: I used to right click my ipod and choose ipod options, and manually check the newly created playlist to add to my ipod. Now with this new itunes7.0, I can't do that. How can I update my new playlist to my ipod
2: Is it that the Ipod shuffle (new $79 one) can't have playlist? or is the shuffle exactly the same as the nano it's just that it only has 1 gig and no screen?

What have you tried so far in terms of troubleshooting this issue? Are you plugging the iPod into a high powered USB 2.0 port on the back of your Mac? Have you tried a different USB cable?
What happens if you try to reset the device with it still connected to the Mac?

Which exact model iPad? It would almost certainly state system requirements on the packaging.

Thank you for you answer, but it isn't heart of the problem. The problem is that I don't have choose iTunes version manually, it's happens automatically, and start downloading iTunes for Windows 32-bit.
