Duplicate HTTP requests from Flex app in Safari 4.0.3

We are currently trying to debug a problem a Mac user is having with our Flex based site, where almost every http operation he does is duplicated.
e.g.
"GET /path/file.xml HTTP/1.1" 200 3543 "https://www.site.com/index.jsp" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 1058; en-us) AppleWebKit/531.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.3 Safari/531.9"
Followed immediately by:
"GET /path/file.xml HTTP/1.1" 200 3543 "https://www.site.com/index.jsp" "Safari5531.9 CFNetwork/438.14 Darwin/9.8.0 (i386) (iMac9%2C1)"
Same with POSTs.
As you can see from the logs above, the weird thing (apart from the duplication) is that the two requests appear to have different user agents.
We unfortunately don't have much information about the user's machine config, and haven't been able to determine if they have the same problem with any other sites, Flex or otherwise.
Has anyone else noticed anything similar with Safari 4.0.3?

"/Library/InputManagers/Glims/Glims.bundle/Contents/MacOS/Glims"
Delete Glims from the system and restart your Mac.
If you need help uninstalling Glims go here.

ok, I think we do not need the save/loadPipeline things, because you can debug the flow without that. I first thought you act as HTTP server, but you issue the client call in the flow itself.
Looking at the logs more carefully, it shows for example:

So we see that your mappings assumptions do not match the result structure.
The other problem is that you get a status 500 and do not receive a cXML document, but that might be ok, depending on what parameters you pass to the other HTTP server. At least, you get a meaningful error message back from the server, meaning communication is ok.
I suggest you first correct those "copy failed" issues and then check by single-stepping where exactly the flow fails and check that input again.
By the way, when I feed the above cXML into recordToDocument, it works fine. Did you specify other input parameters besides "node" (e.g. recordName) ? And again, are you on Core Fix 8 ?

You shouldn't have to do that - the application server (Tomcat, Weblogic, etc) should be the only thing that has to worry about creating that kind of object and passing it to you.

Unlog from itunes, App Store, safari...

I have a macbook pro mid 2014, with OS X 10.9.5 (Mavericks),
and for 2 week, when i change wifi network, or disconnect and reconnect ( for Deactivation for example), i'm unlog from itunes, App Store, safari (not from google chrome Oo).
Anyone have an idea for fix this problem ?

Do you see any proxy selected when you cannot connect to Safari, App store and iTunes?
Try turning that off, if selected.
     System Preference > Network > Advanced > Proxies Tab
     Under "Select Protocol", uncheck any box if selected.
     Click "OK" then "Apply”.

Cookie set on the request from flex disappers

All,
I need to set cookie for calls from flex. So on the server side I set the cookie and send the response back to flex. I used tools like tamperdata and debugbar to monitor the request calls and I found that the cookie i set is available + a
JSessionID cookie is also available in the response headers "
Set-Cookie".Since cookie is set on the response headers, it is expected to be available in all the next successive calls.
But on my next successive call I see only the the Jsession id for all the calls. And in some call i see the cookie I set.
I use caringorm framework. So far I have analysed and found that if the call goes from same delegate I see my cookie, but if its from different delegate then i don't see the cookie in the request. I tried using same delegate for all my commands by creating objects of the same delegate but still it didn't work.
I feel creazy when i thing why only JseesionId is available in the cookie and not the one which i set in the calls irrespective of the delegate. I am not sure where i am going wrong. Even when i try to do document.cookie in the external interface call or in the URL using Javascript alert I only see a empty string not ven the Jsession id in the document.cookie. some thing is really creazy.
Sicne result event does not have the option of cookie, is flex eating the cookie set on the response. Then why on Jsessionid is available? I have also seen that in HTTPServiceMessage has an option of recordHeaders. Is my isseu is related to this. If so please let me know an example to use this. I am going insane with this issue. Please help!!

It's probably not the same delegate you need to hit, but exactly the same HTTPService.
This is a bit I've gleaned from encountering similar issues, so it might not be exactly right!
The Flash Player attaches the cookie info into the Channel that is used to make the call. If you want the same cookie, you need to use the same Channel.
The jsessionid you are seeing is the way the same session is indicated to back end resources, so if two Flash apps hit the same service it knows they are different.
The way I'm currently playing with, is to keep the ChannelSet around and inject it into Services as I need them, that's covering most of my problems!

As i posted in another forum the problem was in the free flex example which i used to add another state and by using SWFLoader to embed my swf file.
Now i was created my own flex app and add SWFLoader to embed my swf and voila - it works!
There is no cross-domain loads the loaded content is in the same domain.

Drag And Drop from the new Photos app to Safari does not work. This worked perfectly with iPhoto before.
I use this a lot to upload photos to a Wordpress blog. Is there a way to make this work again? Its a major regression to the old iPhoto behaviour -- at least for my workflow.

Ive run into this issue also. I need a way for a portlet to change to its maximized state for the purposes of user registration. Is there anyway this can be done? I know that sun jsp "Providers" which are shown on their example desktop, have some sort of maximized state that they can go into, but im not sure how to use this in a portlet.
There seems to be very inconsistent support between the proprietary sun provider api, and the portlet api.

Publish video to flex ios application from flex app in flash builder 4.6

Hi, i am publishing my live video stream from flex application like this
ns_out.publish("livestream", "live");
and receiving it from flex mobile (IOS) application
ns_in.receiveVideo(true);
ns_in.play("liveStream");
but i am not receiving yet anything on my simulator, but in mean while when i publish my video from flash media live encoder, my flex ios application runs it smoothy..:)
I am using Adobe Flash Builder for this development..
Any help is appreciated!

I got the answer, i need to encode video into H.264 format and then publish.
