    I think it is not possible. becuase the date & time added at runtime. so if you check the table  PATH you can find filename and their definitions

    Can anybody guide me how to use dynamic name for Yellow Interface Target Table.
    Eg: T_SESSIONID.
    I tried
    1)Refreshing the SESSIONID in a Variable V1 and using T_#V1 directly
    2) Refreshing the T_#V1 in a Variable V2 and using #V2
    But its not creating properly.
    Please guide.

    You want to create dynamic target table name right?
    You can refresh a variable like #GET_SESSION
    #GET_SESSION= SELECT <%=odiRef.getSession("SESS_NAME")%> FROM DUAL
    My tmp table name like TMP_#GET_SESSION
    then in your package refresh #GET_SESSION variable and you can use it.

  • Dynamic Names for the Outputs

    Hi,
    I was wondering if it would be possible to name the PDF outputs dynamically?
    Say for example, I have a tag in the XML <TemplateName>ABC</TemplateName>. Can I have the output PDF with the name 'ABC'?
    And
    Is it possible to explicitly specifiy the name 'ABC' somewhere in the INI file so that the outputs generated will be multiple versions for 'ABC' (like ABC001, ABC002 etc)?

    Phew,
    As mentioned earlier, in order to rename the file you have two steps:
    1) Make the input data value available to genprint - this is normally done by creating a global variable.
    2) Configure the PDF print driver. Depending on the version of Documaker you are using you can refer to one of the following manuals:
    a) 11.5 - Using the PDF Print Driver - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E16256_01/pdf_book.pdf (see section "Generating Separate Print Files")
    b) 12.x - Printers Reference - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E22582_01/printers_rg.pdf (see section "Generating Separate Print Files")
    Essentially you will configure the INI like so:
    < BatchPrint >
    PDF = ~FUNCTION .PDF
    Where ~FUNCTION is an INI Built-in function like one of these:
    ~DALRUN {function name} - executes a DAL function to return a string which is used to name the file.
    ~DALVAR {variable name} - returns the value of a DAL variable which is used to name the file.
    Don't forget the space after the built-in function before the static bit of the filename...

    Dear ODI Team,
    We have a requirement where we are loading header data and then line data in our Package.ODI internally creates work tables to load data into target tables.If multiple sessions of the same interface is executed at the same time the I$table of the previous session affects the I$ table of the next session.Hence if session1 has completed loading then it is at the stage of dropping the I$ table.Hence the second session is erroring out.Kindly let me know if there is an option to create these work table names dynamically for each session

    activate the CRM DSs by scenario:
    1) Activate the application component hierarchy (tcode RSA9). Changes made to the application component hierarchy in the CRM system can be transferred to the BW using the "Edit Application Component Hierarchy" (SBIW - Postprocessing of DataSources).
    SAP Note 434886 must be implemented in CRM 3.0 before the application component hierarchy is activated.
    2) Activate the Business Content DataSources (tcode RSA5).
    Select/enter the application component and choose Execute (F8).
    To compare the shipped and active versions, choose the 'Select Delta' pushbutton. If there is no active version of the DataSource, it is selected automatically.
    To activate the shipped version, choose the 'Transfer DataSources' pushbutton.
    3) Management of the versions of the BW-Adapter metadata (tcode BWA5). All DataSources are displayed that are managed by the BW Adapter.
    As in transaction RSA5 (Service API Metadata Activation), the 'Select Delta' function can be used to select the inactive DataSources or compare shipped and active versions.
    You can also go directly to the screen for maintaining DataSources that are managed by the BW Adapter.
    The 'Compare Version' function makes a detailed comparison of the shipped and active versions.
    All BW-Adapter metadata is considered when versions are compared:
    Header information (Table SMOXHEAD)
    Mapping information (Table SMOXRELP)
    Global selection conditions (Table SMOXGSEL)
    Attribute key fields (Table SMOXAFLD)

    Need the table name for the sales order line item status Cstd
    Steps
    Go to the sales order line item
    go to the Tab status
    under that in processing status--> system status
    here Cstd is there but we are not able to find the table name for that
    Strecture is RV45A and field name is STTXT
    we are planing to restrict the PP order being released if the status is not Cstd
    PP order should release if the status in Sales order line item is Cstd
    Can you help to findout the table name foth above field

    Table name is VBUP and the method to check the  creation of Production order is BADI workorder_update
    I would rather prefer to have a COSTED status as a part of the incompletion Log in SD module so that you cant save a SO if SO is not costed... See if that is possible for you
    OR you can also change your Req Class settings to auto calculate SO cost estimate upon Saving SO

    the table behind structure INVFO is RBKP (Header level).
    For item level you have table RSEG.
    These tables refer to MM.
    Once the MM documents are completed and you post the corresponding invoice RBKP data goes to BKPF and RSEG data goes to  BSEG data.
    The relattion between MM(RBKP/RSEG) and FI(BKPF/BSEG) documents is in field BKPF-AWKEY. This field usually contains (RBKP-BELNRRBKP-GJAHR that is MM documentMM year).
    e.g. (BKPF-AWKEY = 51056024412009)

    actually my client want to change the payment term for all the vendor invoices.so wt we did is... we created aprogram to change the old payment term to new payment term in the vendor line items(fbl1n).
    when we run the program its changing the payment term and the base line date and the NO of days in the vendor linitems.but it not changing the net due date based on the new baseline date.
    i think with out changing the net due date only changing the payment term is use less.coz the item again show as due in the same date.
    so how can we change the net due date based on the new baseline date.?from which table we can take the field FAED and update with the new date.

    If the fields belong to the PO header then EKKO is the table you should look for.
    In case of item related data the table is EKPO.
    In any case structure MEPO1211 just belongs to screen 1211 in the PO application.
