Dynamic xml parser in runtime

Question

Hello
i wrote xml parser for xml file that is holding the status
of many process ,the status of the process is changing during
runtime,if i hold the nodes of the status in a linkedlist
is there any way to read the updated status each time it;s changing
during the runtime without parsing the xml again

Having read todays news-paper, would you expect to be able to somehow magically also read tomorrows news from tomorrows newspaper??? or would you expect to have to go back to the newsagent (via the donut shop, of course) and actually _buy_ another freeken newspaper, then sit and actually read the freeken news from the freeken thing? Hmmm?
Why-oh-why do noobs think computers are basically magical? Common sense must be applied even more rigorously to "computer stuff" than to "real world" stuff, like driving on that side of the road which is more appropriate for your current locale.
