Dynamically change send-to address of EmailSubmitButton

I'm modifying an access request form that we use. Depending on whether the request is for new access (for a new user) or a change to existing access, there may be more than one person who needs to receive the form. I need to know how to modify the EmailAddress property of the EmailSubmitButton in response to a selection from a RadioButton list. I'm not having much luck finding an object model or other resource I can use to examine and change the appropriate properties in JavaScript.
I'm hoping this is something that's been done alot and has some basic scripts already set up.

Below is a modified version of the same with Radio buttons.. Hope this helps.

For Radiobuttons, you do not need if else statements because, the user can choose only one option from the radio buttons.

  • Change sender email address for payment advice

    Hi,
I used FIBF to activate BTE 2040 to allow me email Payment Advice. This is working well and takes the 'Sender' email address from the user master data. I don't want to use the user master data so does anyone know how/where to change the sender email in the code?
I have copied SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040 and can implement 2050 if needed but that seems to only modify the text of the mail - not the sender email?
    Thanks.

  • Changing sender email address via rewriting rules

My objective is to change my sender email address. For example, suppose my OCS email address is [email protected] and I would to send an email to [email protected]
John logs into yahoo mail and would see my mail. Upon opening my email, I would like John to see that the sender email address to be [email protected] so that whenever John replies my mail, the replied mail would go to [email protected] and not to [email protected]
I read the email admin guide and I configure the Sender rewriting rules within SMTP_OUT. I have key in the following within the Sender rewriting rules: $*@test.abc.com.my,$[email protected]
I restart the SMTP_OUT services and I check the log files in MIDTIER_HOME/oes/log/um_system/SMTP_OUT/12345
I found out that the rewriting rules have take effect on one of the lines.
Then I log into OCS as user Andrew with test.abc.com.my domain and send an email to yahoo.
I open my yahoo mail, which I receive the email.
However the sender email address remains unchanged which is [email protected]
How can I change the sender email domain?
    thanks;
    andrew

Your observation is very correct in terms of symptoms, not of behaviour. We have numerous ER's there enabling header rewriting, too. Obviously for you, envelope rewriting works well, without to achieve the target you want to address. Please forward your request to Support Services with an Enhancement Request for native header rewriting.

  • Changed Sender name/address of previously received email?

Something weird is happening with my Apple Mail.  I'm receiving some old messages that I already received last year, but the Sender name has been changed to a totally different person.  That is, the re-sent message has the wrong Sender name and not the name of the sender who originally sent me the message.  I've only received a couple of these messages but when I looked around in my mailbox, I noticed that this same thing has happened to other messages too.
Has this happened to anyone else?  Is my mail getting too full?  Any advice would be appreciated.

I will receive several emails when I turn on the computer. Most of the emails will have the correct sender and their message details. Sometimes though I will receive the emails from different senders but when I open the message detail the messages are all the same. Is there a setting that I can use to fix this problem?

How do I change my email address (correct it) when sending a PDF file?

You'll need to add the email address you want to use to Reader... If you're not prompted to do so when clicking the Submit button, you can do it via Edit - Preferences - Email Accounts.

  • When I send an email my contacts are changed in my Address Book on both my Mac and  iPhone4.

All my contacts are entered only in the first name space. ie John Smith is entered as John Smith in just the first name entry space - I don't use the last name space at all. When I send an email, that person's address gets changed immediately my address book which duplicates the first name into the last name space. I have tried deleting all my contacts and resynching them from my iPhone but the problem persists. Can anyone help me fix this?
I am running an iMac with Lion and my mail client is Mail. My ISP is gmail.

Double check your contacts email, and if its incorrect, go to their contact and change it and save it or you can delete the email you put in, and manually type it in.

  • Change sender address when use function SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1

The requirement need change the sender address when use function   SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1.
for example, the fixed sender  is '[email protected]'. how to change the sender address. could you please
    provide a instance?

    Hi 莫言,
As explained in mail home wiki here, this function module is obsolete and complex to use, please use CL_BCS instead. You can find lots of example there. And it is pretty easy to change sender address using CL_BCS instead.

  • I want to change the email address I registered with Firefox, so Mozilla sends me messages at the new address. How? Thanks, Curt Guenther, Memphis, TN

When Mozilla sends me their occasional emails, they use the address I originally sent them. I need to delete the old address and give them a new one to use to correspond with me. How do I notify them to change that email address? Thanks.

  • I need to change the "from" address (the "add to addressbook" address) in the first line of emails that I send. How do I do this?

I need to change the "from" address (the "add to addressbook" address) in the first line of emails that I send so that people reply to my email alias not the address where my emails originate. How do I do this?

So you have added a new 'Identity' to your existing email address.
If someone sends an email using that 'other identity'
you have a choice of where those received emails can go. they can be received into the original mail account, like a collect all in the one Inbox or perhaps sent to Local Folders, so you can see them as separate. Or you can filter on that identity to put those emails in a specific folder.
When you REply to any incoming mail that has used that new identity email address, it will use the new identity in the Email address in FROM assuming the received email in the main mail account of which the new identity email is applied.
This should also now offer the added identity email address as an option in the FROM drop down list. So you can easily swap when sending an email if required.
If you want to send using your default email address to people, but want their reply to use the identity email address:
    Tools > Account Settings
select the original email address mail account name
Where it says: 'Reply to addresses: enter the reply to identity email address.
    click on OK
This means when they click on 'Reply' it will auto insert the Reply-to option.
This will work providing it is a 'Reply' to an email you sent which contains the Reply-to email address.
If someone is not actually replying by using the Reply-to new identity email address:
In other words they are sending you a new email using the original email address because perhaps that is the one in their address book or the one they located on a webpage etc.
Then, when you select to Reply to that email, it will use the email address to which it was sent to in the FROM field - the original email address. Hence why you would need to select the new identity FROM in the drop down list.
One way to get around this is set out below.
If you do not use an identity - instead you create another existing mail account for the 'identity' email address, so you have two mail accounts for the two email addresses.
You can move selected emails manually or perhaps using a filter to screen them from the original mail account into the newly created mail account.
Then when you click on Reply, it will use the new mail account email address instead of the original email address.
