E amulet encding issue in URL

I've an HTML page from which I'm redirecting the system to the URL below:
http://www.minbuza.nl/nl/Reizen_en_Landen/Landenoverzicht/A/Albanië (notice last ë )
But when this URL opens in FF, it looks like URL below (which is wrong):
http://www.minbuza.nl/nl/Reizen_en_Landen/Landenoverzicht/A/Albani%EB (notice that ë changed to %EB )
Please help

Clicking the links work fine here: http://www.minbuza.nl/nl/Reizen_en_Landen
A copy and paste gives: http://www.minbuza.nl/nl/Reizen_en_Landen/Landenoverzicht/A/Albani%C3%AB
That is is the result of encodeURI
If it is escaped then you get Albani%EB
How did you create that link?

  • Acrobat 9 Form Issues - Font, URL, and Print Issues

    Hello folks,
    We are developing an Acrobat PDF (I have Pro updated to 9.4.5) with about 30 fields. Some of them contain a default label name, others are blank, and all fields have a unique name. The blank fields on the form are being filled via an automated web services API from Aspose. All info is entered and the PDF is then flattened by the web service.
    The document fully populates with all expected data but we are running into three issues:
    1) A field that gets populated with a URL by the script properly becomes clickable if the font is set to Helvetica, but when set to Verdana or Arial fails to be recognized by Acrobat.
    2) When I create a new form field, and assign a font face/size/color and input a default value, if I go back and try and change the size the default content seems to hold it's original size unless I do a full cut/paste of the value back into the box.
    3) We are getting the notorious "An Error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem"
    The odd part is we were not getting that error at first - even with data populated. It was only once we started working on getting the fields horizontally and vertically aligned that the error presented itself.
    Any thoughts? I have closed and opened Acrobat, tried opening from Acrobat instead of double clicking the PDF but nothing seems to help.

    thanks Mylenium
    the font association problem is something recent though, since I used acrobat to print mails directly from my gmail account previously...
    it's galling but I installed a free pdf printer which does the job, I needed copies of these mails urgently !
    as to the update issue, I see no aum.exe, msiexec.exe or setup.exe running... but that's quite above my head... do I look for those exact processes or are they generic names for processes ?
    does my question make sense ????

  • Issues getting url-redirect working with Cisco ISE

    Hi,
    I am currently doing a Proof of Concept using Cisco's new ISE product. I am having issues getting the url-redirect raidus attribute working. I have read the troubleshooting document and everything in it points to it should be working. By debuging the radius information on the switch I can see that its passing the url-redirect to the switch  which in my case is was https://DEVLABISE01.devlab.local:8443/guestportal/gateway?sessionId=0A00020A0000001604D3F5BE&action=cwa. Now to remove DNS issues etc from the equasion if I copy and paste this URL into the client browser it takes me to the correct place, and I can login and it changes VLAN's accordingly. Now as far as I know the client should automatticaly be redirected to this URL which is not working. Below I have included one of the debugs to show that the epm is in place.
    DEVLABSW01#show epm session ip 10.0.1.104
        Admission feature:  DOT1X
                  ACS ACL:  xACSACLx-IP-PRE-POSTURE-ACL-4de86e6c
         URL Redirect ACL:  ACL-WEBAUTH-REDIRECT
             URL Redirect:  https://DEVLABISE01.devlab.local:8443/guestportal/gateway?sessionId=0A00020A0000001604D3F5BE&action=cwa
    I have also attached my switch config. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Dan

    So im also doing ISE for the first time and i knew it may have been a bit tough however i didnt forsee my following issue.
    everything is working as expected other than every now and then (intermittent) the ISE Central Portal does not display on any device -android, windows, etc..... i checked and checked the configs, had probably about 10 TAC cases open..... this weekend i ripped out the main components, setup in the offfice and tried to replicate the issue....i could...what i noticed is that without Internet the ISE Portal didnt actually display....it sounds weird but thats what im seeing.....As soon as i plug into Internet Link into the equation, the portal page comes up.....im able to replicate it every time... Currently, i placed back into the customer network and im now looking down at the routing/firewall......
    my issue is that i cant really explain why the Internet affects the Central Auth Page.... In any event. im working backwards, tomorrow im bringing in a second link and doing NAT on a cisco router to bypass the checkpoint firewall....ill know if its checkpoint or if im barking up the wrong tree....
    if anyone can explain why, it would help out a great deal..
    My setup BTW is
    1. WLC 5760 - Not latest code but latest stable (recommended by the TAC Engineer)
    2. ISE 1.2 - Doing simple Wireless only implementation
    3. 3650 - Just acting like a switch - no ACLs etc - just a switch
    4. Integrated into AD
    Ill post back with any findings if i make any headway - BTW, i didnt like this at all as other solutions are so much simpler, BUT, i can now see how powerful this could potentially be for the right type of customer...
    thanks again how i can get some feedback

  • Odd Safari Issue (Invalid URL warning on common pages)

    I recently upgraded to Safari 5 and have had some strange issues since. Several times since the upgrade when I attempt to log into Facebook, Twitter, or even access Yahoo I sometimes get a page that says 'Invalid URL: The URL "/" is invalid. It's followed by a reference # beginning with a 9.
    Also, at times when I attempt to access Facebook, I get redirected to sites like MySpace. I never even use myspace so I don't know why this is happening. Same has happened on Twitter where I have been redirected to a random blog. Last night, when attempting to access Yahoo I was redirected to the Internet Movie database. I sometimes use IMDB but have no idea why Safari seems to be redirecting me to random sites when I have the URL entered correctly for the sites I actually want to visit.
    Anyone ever have a similar issue regarding the Invalid URL warning or redirection to random pages?

    Hi and welcome to Apple Discussions...
    From the Safari Menu Bar click Safari/Preferences then select the Security tab.
    Click: Show Cookies. Delete all Twitter and Facebook cookies. Relaunch Safari.
    If you still have problems accessing either site, open Keychain Access (Applications/Utilities) Select Passwords on the left. Delete the Twitter and Facebook keychains. Relaunch Safari and try logging into one of those sites. If you still have problems, delete the, "Safari Forms Autofill" keychain. Relaunch Safari.
    I get redirected to sites like MySpace.
    Many Safari users (including myself) benefit from using Open DNS Free / Basic to avoid redirects.

  • Issue with URL attribute in Header

    Hi,
    I am facing an issue with the URL attribute.
    I have created an header attribute #HDR_TEST_URL and selected the type as URL.
    Given a default value as http://www.google.com as the url
    Associated this attribute to the Notification message.
    But in the notification, the URL is being shown as the plain text not as a link.
    Can you please let me know what I am missing here.
    Thanks

    Please check the notification format if it is text then it might not be shown as a url but if it is HTML it might show up, if it is not showing then i would recommend using the anchor tag to create the Hyperlink.
    Regards,
    Varun

  • Converting to PDF issue with URLs

    I've edited a file for a client that was originally created in Adobe Illustrator and added phone numbers and URLs to each coupon.  When I open the PDF of the coupons and click on any of the links on the second row of Page 2 with florists, the "fl" in florist in each URL is converted to "%CB%9C". I realize these are encoded characters, but they are the wrong ones and the links don't open up correctly as a result.  All other links in all 3 pages of coupons open up correctly except for these three....HELP!!
    http://gallery.mailchimp.com/9948dc9b0f4637762c82e0a7f/files/Coupons.pdf

    Try turning off Standard Ligatures in the Opentype panel. I don’t usually use Illustrator to make PDFs with URLs, but I think what’s happening is Acrobat is just reading the text as a URL and assuming it is a link. I don’t think you can make a URL link from selected text in Illustrator. Really. Fracking ridiculous.
    You can open the PDF in Acrobat Pro and add he links there, without worrying about the actual text on the screen.

  • Transaction Launcher issue with url with extension aspx

    We have created a launch transaction to a web page.  The web page is:  https://www.pcaims.com/login.aspx
    We can open the web page successfully directly from the internet,  However, it will not open through the Transaction Launcher link.  This is the first url we have had to create with a .aspx extension.  Can CRM not handle this.
    the error message is:  The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time
    As I said when I launch this directly in the internet I have success.
    Any ideas

    We have only one check box HTTPS in 6.0. There is no HTTP check box. By default it is HTTP.
    Please let us know if it is HTTP or HTTPS that need to be selected?

    Hi,

    I added the Content URI & Portal URI to the Portal node (HRMS) and the default local node (PSFT_HR).

    form=srmenu.fmx
    width=1200
    height=700
    pageTitle=Sale Information System (SIS)
    form=regsale.fmx
    form=salefinincial.fmx
    form=rptinfo.fmx
    However it only display first srmenu form interface that i put in( 4 different URL. only display first URL)
    It seems that one formsweb.cfg, it doesn not support multip form setting application.

    # formsweb.cfg defines parameter values used by the FormsServlet (frmservlet)
    # This section defines the Default settings. Any of them may be overridden in the
    # following Named Configuration sections. If they are not overridden, then the
    # values here will be used.
    # The default settings comprise two types of parameters: System parameters,
    # which cannot be overridden in the URL, and User Parameters, which can.
    # Parameters which are not marked as System parameters are User parameters.
    # SYSTEM PARAMETERS
    # These have fixed names and give information required by the Forms
    # Servlet in order to function. They cannot be specified in the URL query
    # string. But they can be overridden in a named configuration (see below).
    # Some parameters specify file names: if the full path is not given,
    # they are assumed to be in the same directory as this file. If a path
    # is given, then it should be a physical path, not a URL.
    # USER PARAMETERS
    # These match variables (e.g. %form%) in the baseHTML file. Their values
    # may be overridden by specifying them in the URL query string
    # (e.g. "http://myhost.mydomain.com/forms/frmservlet?form=myform&width=700")
    # or by overriding them in a specific, named configuration (see below)

  • How to Modify Search URL's in Forums?

    OK, this has been plaguing me for a while now, but had time on my hands, so will ask for some assistance from the forum gurus here.
    Problem:
    I use the Forum Search (yeah, I know that the name could be better... ), to locate many articles to link to. In most cases, I know the exact Search keyword to use, but I then have an issue - the URL provided for the article is almost always pointing way down a long thread. That can be useful sometimes, but I want to get the URL for the beginning of those threads, to make it easier for others (especially new users) to get the thread from the beginning, and not at the end, or even the middle. Even when the Search keyword is in the title, and also in the OP, the Adobe Forum Search always dumps me at the end of the thread, or at best, the middle - never at the beginning.
    Here is an example:
    Search in Premiere Elements Tips & Tricks Forum for keyword "resources." I get http://forums.adobe.com/message/3953827#3953827, which is about the middle of that thread. The word "Resources" is used in the title, and also the OP (mine), but I do not get it, until down the thread. The Search function seems to overlook the first several uses of the word, and I get the URL for the Re:. This is the URL that I want: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/800455?tstart=0.
    What do I need to do, to get that ____start=0 ?
    Appreciated,
    Hunt

    Bill,
    Actually, it is sometimes possible to get to the thread URL in another way, but I am afraid it is no less silly.
    1) Make the search (Ask the Question) and get to wherever in the thread;
    2) Go to the top (if needed) and Click [the OP], then click [the OP]'s Stuff and see whether the thread is still in the list without Re: at the start.
    That will give the thread URL (without the ?tstart=0, though), as in this case http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1405227, which is viable in itself; you may add the ?tstart=0.
    I just made it before it went off the list.
