E-MU Software bundle

Hi everyone,
I purchased my E-MU 0404 in 2007. It came with a Production Tools Software Bundle Installation CD (Cubase, Ableton and more..) I tried to make re recordings of some DAT tapes into my PC (Windows XP, Celeron, 1,7 MHz, 640 Mb) It worked, but there were hick ups in the recordings. It was not a very powerfull system and there was no hurry so I waited untill a new system was installed. This is a Vista, quad core, 4GB. This should do the trick. The E-MU USB control panel installed with no problem. But installing the software bundle was a problem: 'no supported product was found on the system'. I hope there is a way to fix this problem. I tried and retried several times over the last 4 years but I was not able to find a solution. I have had no use of the E-MU until now. Is there anybody that can help me with this problem?

Not much help here,
But I found a solution with the help of Creative Support. The problem is in the InstallShield Wizard but there is a workaround: open the folders on the Software Bundle CD and do a setup of the different programs you are willing to use. Succes!

Trouble Installing Software Bundle on my new Mac

Hi, I've had my tablet and software bundle for a couple years now. I've installed the software bundle and wacom tablet on pcs in the past with no trouble. I tried to install Photoshop Elements 8 on my new Mac, which in the instruction manual it says it is compatible with. But every time I click on installation, a PSE icon pops up in the menu bar, bouncing up and down, and it asks for my permission(I have to enter my password, I understand how this part works, and it's all well and good). The trouble starts after I enter my password to allow the process to continue. A second PSE icon pops up in the menu bar along the bottom of my screen, and the installation process starts, but the first remains and keeps jumping up and down. I've clicked on it again and again, and nothing shows up, and it won't go away. Meanwhile, the intallation progress is stuck on main_pageSubtitle, which it progresses along until the very end, where it stops, and won't go any further. However, if I right click on either icon and click either Quit or Force Quit, the process stops and closes altogether.
I've tried a number of things and nothing works. I've opened the software bundle folder and gone directly to the photoshop element 8 folder and clicked on the install icon there. I've clicked on Install Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 in the window that the program opens automatically. I even installed Nik Colour Efex Pro, which says it won't even work without Photoshop Elements 8 installed. THAT installation went off without a hitch. I've tried restarting my computer and doing it over again.
I'm running out of options and getting very frustrated. If anyone has any suggestions please help me out.

Have you been manually removing any bits of the failed installs that did get installed between attempts? You need to do that. I would run this, then do a search in applications, hard drive>library>appllcation support>adobe and also your username>library for anything that's there and remove it. Are you running lion or mountain lion?

Problems with the 6.0 3084 software bundle

I recently upgraded to the new 6.0 3084 on my BB Curve 9330 and I am appauled by the performance. My battery life plummeted, and the upgraded software bundle was using 98% of the device RAM (so consitently so that I have been virtually unable to use my phone for little more than checking the time/wake-up alarm since I upgraded several days ago). After being so extremely frustrated with the sluggish software and horrible battery life I have now downgraded to the previous software bundle and am no longer having any issues.
Is a fix in the works? I love my BB and was excited to see an available upgrade, but I am now disappointed by the implementation. I keep telling people I choose my BB over an Android or iPhone any day... but now I'm not sure....

I too have the same problem.
Upon upgrading it (overnight and on the charger), The first day I carried my BB battery died in 3 hours. Subsequently, It took 6 hours to charge. It was virtually unusable first two days; background processes seemingly preventing me from smooth operation. On the third day, finally the BB is usable again, background processes have gone away, but the battery life is about 4 hours. Also, I noticed that the device gets very hot, even when not used, in my hip-carried "Otterbox".
I decided to purchase 2 brand new and original batteries at the tune of $40 each. I figured, if the battery life is in any way related to the battery age, perhaps it was time to replace it. Thus, I purchased two, to keep one as a spare in my travel bag. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem; The difference between the new and old batteries is almost unremarkable.
I use it in Manhattan, NY - plenty of radio reception. No bluetooth, no wifi, no background apps or processes. Just regular email/text/voice.

No LaserJet M1319f software bundle for Windows 7 (64 bit) version.

Does anyone know if HP is going to have the entire software bundle for the HP LaserJet M1319f Multifunction Printer under the Windows 7 (64 bit) version? After updating my software,firmware and drivers for my new Win7-64bit pc I realized there was no software bundle installed. The drivers installed and I can print but no other software. It looks like they have it for the Win7-32bit and I tried to install it just to see if it would work and of course in errored out incompatible. Any information would be appreciated.

I bought a Elements 12 Software bundle 3 weeks ago.But I only redeemed,'Premier Elements' with the code it gave and had a separate code for Elements 12 , wich I wrote down but did not use at that time. Now I have made space on the PC, I want to download the Elements 12 part of my bundle but its proving impossible. How do I redeem the other part of the product I paid for? The serial number retrieval code, from the card I bought comes up as Invalid now.

INSTALLATION FAILED: SOFTWARE BUNDLE

I just reformatted my mac book pro that originally came with snow leopard. I upgraded but i wanted to downgrade to snow leopard that's why i reformatted it. i reinstall the os using the disc that came with it. I CANNOT INSTALL SOFTWARE BUNDLE. I EVEN REREGISTER MY MACBOOK SEVERAL TIMES. What should I do to reinstall the software bundle? What about reregistering my mbp several times, will it forfeit the original info and other stuff the first time i bought my mbp?

I see you are having software installation issues. i would like to try and assist you.
I would suggest Uninstalling the Printer Software.
Once it is uninstalled, I would suggest putting your system into clean boot mode within the Microsoft configuration. You can do so by following this document: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.
Once the computer is in clean boot mode, I would reinstalling the HP Officejet Pro Full Feature Software and Driver.

Software Bundled with iBook GB OS 10.3.4

I'm working on reinstalling the OS on an iBook G4 (1.07 GHz PPC). The computer was not originally mine, so I'm not sure what additional software came bundled. As far as I can tell, it's this model. When I reinstalled with original Software Install DVDs, apparently not all the additional software was installed, and I can't find it. Specifically, I'm looking for AppleWorks, which is listed at the above link as being included with all models. The original user did have it installed, so it must be somewhere.
I only realized the software was missing after updating to 10.3.9. Which makes me wonder whether I need to have installed the software before updating to be able to access it at all.
When I open "Programme & Classic Support" on DVD 1 (German), it doesn't allow any form of custom installation, although the ReadMe suggests it should.
Should there be another disc included that I am unaware of? Any ideas about where the software might be? Thanks.

Solved the problem. It turns out there are two installers for installing software using "Programme & Classic Support". The first installer looks just like the one for installing the OS off the DVD, but it doesn't give you options for the choice of programs. But clicking install opens another installer that lets you choose what to install. Didn't get to pick the language, though, which apparently you should be able to do. It installed German whereas the OS was installed in Spanish.

How to re-install Photoshop Elements included in software bundle with Bamboo Create tablet?

Yes, about a year ago I purchased the Bamboo Create tablet and downloaded the free gift bundle which included the full versions of Photoshop Elements. Well my Mac stopped working and I lost the software. I have Windows now and I was liking to ask if I could get the bundle again on this computer? I contacted Wacom and they told me to come here. I tried to fix my Mac, but it's completely useless now and I cannot access the software. Since it was originally on the Mac anyway's, it wouldn't be compatible with Windows.

I'm not sure, the package just said Photoshop Elements
Here's the link to the tablet it came with. I wasn't ever given a serial number. When I registered my tablet I was brought to the page to download Photoshop Elements and/or Coral. I went with Photoshop and it downloaded to my computer. However during the whole process a serial number was never presented.

Software bundled with iMac

Dumb Newbie question follows: I am an Australian living in Austria and am just about to buy an iMac with the bundled software for iWorks, Aperture and Final Cut. I can order the keyboard in English but the Mac comes with only German versions of the software. Will I be able to easily change the language for the software to English.

The software will be in any language you choose on install.
Or, System Preferences > Languages to change.

Why doesn't my Premier Elements 11 software (bundled with Canon 6d) allow me to use elements editing

I have just loaded Premier Elements 11 bundled with my new Canon 6D camera (I also have elements 10 previously installed on my computer) but although it allows access to Elements Organiser, it doesnt allow me to edit anything via photoshop elements. I just get an error message saying that Elements 11 is required and do I want to download a free trial? I input the relevant licence numbers when I downloaded from the CD so is this not a full version of Elements or is there an error?

The default version of ACR in PSE11 is 7.1;
The Canon 6D was issued later and requires version 7.3, so you have to update your ACR version to a recent one (up to 8.0) in the help / update menu.

Here's what I'm talking about:
Mac OS X, Spotlight, Dashboard, Mail, iChat AV, Safari, Address Book, QuickTime, iLife (includes iTunes, iPhoto, iMovie HD, iDVD, and GarageBand), iCal, DVD Player, Classic environment, Art Directors Toolkit X, FileMaker Pro Trial, GraphicConverter, Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac Test Drive, OmniGraffle, OmniOutliner, QuickBooks New User Edition, Zinio Reader, Xcode Development Tools

As it's a laundry list of stuff that also came preinstalled on my G4 MDD, it sounds like the gray system install/restore disks that shipped with the computer. The clue is all the trial versions.
Although I think your computer is too old for this to work, try phoning the Apple Store and tell them you need replacement system disks for your computer. You must provide the serial number for them to find if they have the right set. If that disk set originally had those extras, the newer ones should too. If you computer did not come with the stuff you listed, replacement disks will likely not have it either.
However, these disks have always been subject to "stock on hand," so if Apple has run out, there will be no more.

No guarantees that it will work on your specific G5 variant but it's as close as I can get.

Torch 9860 software bundle 2406

I have tried to start the software update 2460 but it has just frozen on teh backup process...i pulled the battery and started the phone again and it started the backup straight away (didnt have to put pin in even) and it worked fine and then got stuck in the same place (on 'social feeds' part of backup). I have no idea what I can do as now have absolutely no use of my phone!! please help!!

I can definitely help you out. I would suggest performing a selective backup prior to the update of your BlackBerry®. Go into BlackBerry® Desktop Manager and click on Device>Backup>Custom. Choose everything except social feeds and then backup should be created successfully.
Proceed with the update without creating a backup (when prompted). Once the update is completed, restore the backup file you created.

Appointment reminder problems after software bundle download this weekend

Reminders for all appointments come twice (for the same appointment) since downloading new software package over the weekend.
Any ideas?

Halo is a third-party software product. I recommend you visit the developer's support site and post your inquiry there. The Apple forums do not provide support for non-Apple products. It's quite possible that Halo is not compatible with recent system updates. However, it's the software developer's responsibility to resolve that problem.
In the future please don't post such long log entries unless a helper asks specifically. They take up a lot of message space unnecessarily.

How to register bundled software MBP?

Can any body tell me how to rwgister the bundled software that came in the application DVD with my new Mac Book Pro? I mean, there is no serial number on the paper sleeves that contained the DVDs, or at least, I didn't see any.

This is the normal procedure when one buys software and you're furnished with a serial number. However, in my case at least, I received the 2 DVDs with my Mac Book Pro, one being the installation disk, the other being the one with the software bundle, labelled the "Application Install Disk". I couldn't find a serial number anywhere. However, I checked the apple site again, and after some digging, found the answer to be the following: the software gets automatically registered onc a new buyer registers his new computer. Anyway, we'll see how true that is when I need to purchase an upgrade.

I usually only install the driver when I get a creative card, as the bundled software tends to take over. I use the cards just for Cubase ASIO drivers. I'm just wondering am I missing out on anything. Is any of the software bundled with the card really worth installing? Or am I better off just leaving it on the CD
