Each time i want to download from app store, or itunes, i get a massage from apple that my apple account has been disabled, please what can i do?
apple sends me a massage that my apple ID is disabled when ever i want to download from App Store. error 100. please any solutions?

Every time I want to download an app From AppStore when I start downloading it after I write my password there is warning that says to me that it isn't possible right now to download power DVD mobile even now were this app is deleted from my ipad
The power DVD app is active, and seems to download ok. You have already deleted the app?
I suspect what is happeneing is that a download is in your queue, and is blocking the queue until it completes, thus the message every time you try to do a down load. It may be failing because while it thinks you have the app, it is not finding it, and doesn't know what to do. ( sounds like a poorly designed download).
I think the way around this might be for you to resync with your iTunes, and let it reload the app onto your pad. Let it complete the download. Then, if you do not want the app, delete it again from your pad, and if you never want it, from I tunes as well.
The next time they do an update, you may wind up in the same situation, so if it happens again, until they fix the download routine, you will get stuck again.
So try the suggestion, and see if this clears it out.
The other option would be to open your account in I tunes on your computer, let it complete the download there. -

That is exactly what happened to me! I wrote to Apple and they informed me that my account had been disabled because somebody had made a complaint that their credit card had been used to buy stuff on my account without their consent thus my account was disabled and it was a permanant thing. They suggested I set up a new Id, explained I could still use my apps but would not be able to update them. I wrote back to them explaining that there was no way I would have done such a thing, that I felt that I was being penalised over something I had not control over and I had bought my apps in good faith expecting to be able to update them as required. I also pointed out that a little while ago I found that my account had suddenly changed to a USA based one so that I had reset it and the password along with the credit card attached to it. I didn't really think much about it but now I wonder if I had been hacked.
I did get a very nice email back saying that they would investigate but having waited a few days I just got an email from a supervisor saying they had closed the account, there would be no further information given and I could look at their terms and conditions. I haven't been even been told what apps were supposedly bought through my account to see if there has been a genuine mix-up with credit cards through the banking system. I feel somewhat besmirched by the whole affair; I would never do anything illegal or misuse my account but despite being a loyal Apple customer who has promoted their products at every given opportunity, both professionally and socially, I have been summararily dismissed without being given the chance to defend myself or my reputation. -
can't download anything from app store or itunes. everytime i try to install an app i get this error "there is a billing problem with a previous purchase. please update ur payment method". i have recently changed my visa debit card and home adress and when i make these changes i still get the same error.
will u please help me out?Are you listing the billing address for the card correctly? The address in the iTunes/MAS account must match the address on your bill exactly.

I have an iPhone 6 and an iPad air and each time I try to download the IOS 8.1 update I get the message "software update failed. An error occurred downloading iOS 8." What is wrong? Thanks for the question. Based on what you stated, it seems like you can't update the iOS device. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

I am about to pull my hair out. My itunes account has been disabled............or at least that's what it says everytime I want to update my apps....I can't do it. Then it sends me to a useless web address www.apples.com/itunes/storesupport/forassistance it never helps me. I've changed my password, etc. But I can't get my apps updated or the "Apple" in the sky to fix it...I don't know where to go for customer service....Any suggestions?

KathyI updated the software on my iphone4 tonight and ran into this same endless loop - "itunes terms & conditions have been changed" - go to itunes, aceept - back to the "T&C have been changed message" with no ability to do anything in the app store until I accepted the new terms.
While not a very direct solution, I was able to finally accept the terms in a way that seem to register with apple by making a purchase through iTunes on my computer. This forced me through updating my payment information and updating my iTunes software to the latest edition (which I had not yet taken the time to do). After doing both of these, iTunes took me through the terms & conditions on two separate pages, but ultimately allowed me to purchase my song. Once I completed these steps, it fixed the problem on my phone, so now I can update my apps and download new ones without running into that loop.

Download iTunes app get message account has been disabled
As you can see, I am able to log into the community to post, but, when I attempt to download the Citrix Receiver app from iTunes, after entering the same username and password I used to get into the community, I receive a message, my account has been disabled. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this. I need the Citrix Receiver to access applications.

If your account is just disabled, you'll have to email iTunes Support to have it reenabled. You'd probably know if your account was completely disabled, as this typically happens if you reported unauthorized activity through iTunes, a pay service or financial institution. I got disconnected after the release of the last update! I'm disconnected only from the app store and itunes. Do i have to update to activate my account? What to do, i'm stuck.
Have you restarted your phone?
If so, try a reset. Press and hold the home & sleep/wake buttons until the screen goes blank, ignoring the power off slider if it comes up.
Check for the app again after the phone starts back up.

Even after resetting my password, I still get message "your apple id has been disabled". How am I suppose to download updates or make purchases?
Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

ThanksAre you able to download the app using your apple ID on a computer? If it is saying your apple ID is disabled that could mean apple had seen fit to disable it for some reason. Check to make sure you don't owe and money on your account or anything.
