EASY Q: Use Coldfusion to generate XML

Question

I'm certain this is an easy question, but I've spent 4 hours
pouring over CF docs and forum postings trying to figure out how to
do this, with no luck. Can someone smarter please enlighten me on
how I can use CF to create the xml document that my map needs.
I recently purchased an Flash Map, from one of the many
vendors online. The map requires a file called: data.xml on your
server that has this layout:

<data>
<entity id='NA' value='515' link='DemoLink1.html'/>
<entity id='SA' value='373' link='DemoLink2.html'/>
<entity id='AS' value='3875' link='DemoLink3.html'/>
</data>
</map>
I have an Access 50 record database table called "Maps" that
has these columns:
ID | Value | Link
How do I get a coldfusion page that will spit out all of the
column data into a file called data.xml ???
