ECC Report showing Outline Agreements WITH related Release Orders

Does anyone know of a report in ECC which will display all Outline Agreements together with all the Related Release Orders associated with each Agreement Number?
I have trawled through hundreds of SAP transaction codes and cannot find something that will give this information - I can use ME3N of course, but ideally my Users want to be able to search on ALL Outline Agreements and see the associated release orders
If anyone is able to help it would save me a headache!
Many thanks
Jane

You can get Goods Movement from MSEG Tables. Why do you need Goods Movement in Sales Flow?
While Creating Every Document in SAP R/3, we will put reference Document and Item.
While Creating Sales Document, Customer PO is reference Document.
For Delivery, we can create againest Sales Document or Invoice etc.
For Invoice, either Delivery or Sales Document.
Pull all the Data Sales, Delivery, Billing and Shipping with Reference Documents into ODS.
You need to create a Infoset on these ODS.
Let me know if you still have any Questions.

  • Report for outline agreement

    Hi Guys:
I`m wondering on R/3, is there some transaction code or dynamic selection i can use to run a report for outline agreement. i am looking for one report that will generate following information: Outline agreements that has not been used since August 2007 till now, which means no Purchase orders drawn off the outline agreement.
In other word, Outline agreement with Purchase order but has not been used since a particular date.
    Much appreicate your help indeed.

    Hi Manish:
    Thanks a lot.
If i specify document date from 01.08.2007 to 14.05.2009, meanwhile, input RAHM into Scope of list. Then i will get one report including all the outline agreement created in this period, with filter, i think i can pick up outline agreement is not used until now.
I have another concern, how about the outline agreement created before 01.08.2007, but these outline agreement has not been used from 01.08.2007 to 14.05.2009.
    Waiting for your solution.

  • Outline agreement with different item prices

    Hi,
I have some outline agreements with different prices. The prices is based on the quantity purchased on the period of the contract:
Example: for the first 100000 items the price is 4u20AC, beetwen 100001 and 200000 it is 3,9u20AC and after it is 3,85u20AC.
    1st purchase order 50000pc, price 4u20AC*50000 = 2000000u20AC
    2nd purchase order 60000pc, price 500004u20AC + 100003,9u20AC = 239000u20AC
how to do this for one division and for several division (the contract can be used by all the divisions)?
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,
Do either quantity contract or value contract and maintain scales in that for your requirement. Whenever you raise purchase order with respect to contract, it will take the value according to the quantity you maintained in the scales.
    or
Maintain info record for that material, plant, vendor combination. In that, maintain scales according to your requirement. Then whenever you raise purchase order with reference to that contract, according to that scales maintained in info record, it will take the value.

  • Can't export from ECC report to Excel 2010 with more than 65 K Rows

I see several posts about Excel 2007 and the 65K row limitation, but we are rolling out Office 2010 (Excel 2010) and find that it still will not allow download of more than 65,000 from an ECC report screen.
Excel 2010 is supposed to handle over a million rows, and user is receiving an error message that they can not  do this.
Will SAP allow download to Excel 2010 of more than 65K rows?
Are there Excel settings, or GUI levels / settings we have to have ?
    Ruth Jones

    Details from the end User:
When you export line items from any detailed line item transaction in SAP that supports exporting to an excel format, SAP will only allow you to export 65K+ lines, equal to the number of line items that were available in the Excel 2003 format.  If you have more than that many line, you have to download the file as u201Cunconverted.u201D  While you can then open the u201Cunconvertedu201D file in excel, it is not properly formatted correctly, and may contain page headers and footers that need to be deleted.  In Office 2007/2010, excel was extended to 1 million+ line items.  When will SAP excel integration be upgraded to expand beyond the old 65K limit on number of exportable line items in excel format?
For example, transaction FBL3N is used to display line items in GL accounts.  Line items are routinely exported for further analysis in Finance.  GL accounts often have more than 65K line items.  When you try to export these results to a spreadsheet format, you will get a message that the list is too large to be exported.  However, if you select the unconverted format, you will be able to export the file.  Here is an example:  (Note that this is only one example with one transaction, there are many more SAP transactions that have this same issue.)
From the Menu, she if following the path List -->  Export -->  Spreadsheet
Receives the pop-up box entitiled:  "Export List object to XXL", with words, "An XXL list object is exported with 71993 lines and 20 columns.   Choose a processing mode".  Radio button choices of Table or Ptivot Table.  She chose Table.
Then receives a message that (at the bttom of the page),  List Object is too Large to be Exported.   Help says this is message PC020.  But offers no further information.

  • Report on Outline Agreement Usage

    Hello Guru,

  • System Center 2012 Cfg Mgr SP1 CU3 - Some Reports show blank box with no results (perhaps where a graphic would be)

Just migrated from SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012 SP1 CU3.  All seems to be working fairly well but when I run certain reports (especially in the EndPoint Protection) I get blank reports with a box where possibly a graphic should be shown.  No error given.  An
example would be the report named "Antimalware overall status and history".  It just shows several boxes with perhaps a small picture icon in the top left of the box.    This occurs on several different reports.  But I do

  • Create a report showing a tree with unlimited number of levels

    Hi,
Our reporting requirement is to be able to show a tree structure of tasks and task groups plus other data specific to a task. Task is the lowest level but there can be many levels of task groups above it. We do not have a maximum number of levels. So the tree can go many levels deep. Since it is impossible to predict the number of levels, is there a way to apply grouping here? Is it even possible to create a report displaying unknown number of hierarchies? Here is a sample skeletal outline of how the report is supposed to be laid out:
    TG1
    ----TG1.1
    --------TG1.1.1
    ------------Task1
    --------TG1.1.2
    ------------Task2
    ----TG1.2
    --------Task3
    --------Task4
    TG2
    ----TG2.1
    --------TG2.1.1
    -------------TG2.1.1.1
    ------------------TG2.1.1.1.1
    --------------------------Task1
    ----TG2.2
    ---------Task2
    Thanks!
    Sarah

    Hi Tim,
Here is the sample xml output. In our application, to display the hierarchy, our developers implement some looping/code mechanism. The XML output shows the flat data used to create the hierarchy although i have included a GROUP BY clause in my SQL to show the distinct data. Using the PARENT_TEMPLATE_GUID column, they will trace back the ancestors of the given task group or task in the tree. So after you get the PARENT_TEMPLATE_GUID of a task or task group (record), you will compare its value to the TASK_GROUP_GUID of other records to identify its parent. Once found, you will again take that record's PARENT_TEMPLATE_GUID and compare against the other TASK_GROUP_GUID to search for its parent/ancestor. Once you encountered a record with a null PARENT_TEMPLATE_GUID, then you have reached the top most level of the tree and establish the hierarchy for a given task group or task. We have no way of knowing how many levels deep a tree is as it is variable.

  • Daily orders report (show day wise created, shipped, open orders)

I have to create crystal report for the following
Daily  orders - created, shipped, open (not processed till date) for a previous week (last seven days)
                                          Created                   Shipped                  Open
    Tuesday
    Wednesday
    Sunday
    Monday
What is the best approach to accomplish this in crystal report?
    I appreciate your help

    Hi,
I am guessing the values of Created, Shipped and Open are in a field like an OrderStatus.  You can create a group on the OrderStatus so the report is broken out by the different statuses.
Create a second group on the OrderDate.  You can set it to Group on Each Day.
In the Record Selection Formula you can create a formula like:
    {table.OrderDate} In LastFullWeek;
This will have the report query your data for all records with an OrderDate from last week.
    Good Luck,
    Brian

  • Creation of PO/Contract/Scheduling agreement with ref to PR using IDOC

    Hi Experts,
    Is it possible to <b>create PO/Contract/Scheduling agreement</b> <b>with reference to PR</b> <b>using inbound IDOC ?</b>
If yes, please let me know the segment type and field to be populated for referencing PR in the IDoc .
    Thanks in Advance,
    Best Regards,
    Mitesh Desai

    Hi Aarif,
Thanks for taking time to reply .
We are palnning to integrate SAP and non SAP systems.
The business Process is as under .
    (1) PR will be generated in ERP (Manaul/MRP)
    (2) PR will be coverted into RFQ (for which there is no appropriate source of supply
         in ERP)
    (3) Sourcing will be done in non SAP system. RFQ will be created with dummy vednro (for example say "source") to identify RFQs to be sent to another system.
These RFQs needs to be sent using IDOC alonwith reference PR numbers and line item numbers.
Multiple PRs will be combined into one RFQ as multiple line items.
    (4) Non SAP system will do sourcing and generates either PO or master outline agreement and have reference PR/RFQ numbers and line item numbers.
No SAP system will send PO/outline agreement information to SAP system in XML file format to generate inbound IDOC in SAP .
    (5) This inbound idoc will generate PO/outline agreement in SAP.
From SAP functionality point of view, I ca createPO/outline agreement with reference to PR but <b>My Question is how I can generate PO/outline agreement in SAP through IDOC and using "Reference PR or RFQ numbers".</b>
    Looking forward to help ASAP.

  • Error ME 083 if you add outline agreement in a PO

    Hello Guru
I have a issue when I perform next process:
    1. I create a PO with a item with account assignment Q with a WBS element
    2. I create an outline agreement with account assignment Q with the same WBS element
    2. I modify the PO by ME22N or Bapi (BAPI_PO_CHANGE) adding the outline agreement, in this step error ME 083 (Please enter WBS element) rise up, but the WBS element field still hold the initial WBS element.
The only manual action to correct it, it is to deleted the initial WBS element and insert it again.
Do you know if there is a OSS note to solve this error?
    regards!

Hard to tell what’s going on from the information you are providing; but just looking at the first line of your sample code:
Have you checked in the debugger to see what your dataProvider looks like?
You want a resultHandler to set some kind of list – let’s say a previously declared AC, which then becomes your dataProvider for the DataGrid. Something like:
    private function amfCallResultHandler(event:ResultEvent):void{
          Var someVar:ArrayCollection = event.result as ArrayCollection;
          blah blah blah;
          myDataProvider = someVar;

  • PR / Outline Agreement - UOM & Charges

    Hi,
The client is giving services charges based on % (e.g., For recruiting services, when the candidate (of the vendor) is selected, then the recruiting vendor will receive 10% of that candidate's basic pay).  The basic pays varies from position to position.  For this scenario how the user has to prepare the PR (which UOM), and how to create outline agreement (i.e.,on which conditions/price).
    Thanks,
Edited by: astudent on Dec 18, 2010 7:24 AM

    Hi,
Create Service Masters of different position of candidate (like example:  Service for Consultant, Service for  Software engineer, Service for  Sr. Consultant & Service for Sr. Software engineer with UOM is u201CEAu201D for all) & create a service vendor as recruiting service.
Create a service PR and then Service PO with service master with item category D & account assignment K & you can enter manually the price to be entering as 10% of amount of basic pay ( also you can enter service tax in invoice TAB 10.3%, if applicable) & save. Then you can do SES, MIRO and then payment to vendor.
